The feeling when we walked in the door was relaxed and comfortable my son was immediately keen to go off and play. This may be because the nursery looks like a family home at the entrance. There is plenty of outside space and activities with each class having their own garden space being able to see through the small fence between them made transitioning to the bigger class easier as the spaces and faces were familiar. We found the online Tapestry learning journal very useful in the early months there was an entry each week with photos of an activity, we would have liked the regular updates to have continued to be as frequent after moving up a class. It is such a great way of recording and sharing his life at 'school'. Our son made good friends with all the staff a mix of both female and male carers. We are so pleased that with the help of the staff at the Fun Factory our son has learned to be so polite and caring.

The Fun Factory is such a warm and caring environment, I cannot fault it. Rather than stand at my side, during all other nursery 'look rounds' both my children ran off and started playing immediately. Surely that says it all really. Both children are previously looked after children so there was an extra dimension to consider. The Fun Factory has developed and cared for both my children far beyond any of my expectations.

We have been really delighted with the way that my daughter has progressed at The Fun Factory and she has clearly enjoyed herself there - she couldn't wait to get there in the mornings. All of the staff are extremely professional and have the utmost confidence in the care and attention that they give all the children. Thank you so much for everything that you have done and continue to do, we would have no hesitation in recommending The Fun Factory to anyone.

From day one we have been extremely impressed with the quality of care provided by The Fun Factory. My girl's settling in days were done at a pace that suited both her and us. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming and always excited to tell us how our girl's day has been. Our girl is excited to arrive every day and sad to leave. She is pushed and encouraged to learn and her progress is recorded on a dedicated, secure web page unique to her and her individual journey. She has progressed so much since starting. The only reason we are leaving is because we have to relocate for work, otherwise we would be very happy with her staying there. I can only speak about The Fun Factory in the highest possible terms. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending it to parents looking for top quality childcare

My son has just left The Fun Factory Woking after two and a half years. I can't praise the management and staff enough for the excellent care and learning development support given to him during this time. From the wide ranging activities, thoughtfully structured sessions and close relationships with parents, I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to anyone in the Woking area wanting quality childcare in a lovely friendly environment.
