I noticed that this nursery was special when I first visited the setting. Overall, the atmosphere was positive, the children seemed happy and content, and the staff were very friendly. My daughter joined the nursery in December 2024 and the staff were so supportive in the initial stages to ensure that it would be a positive experience for our family. Looking back, I could not be happier with how well she has settled in. She adores her key worker, has made some new friends, and is constantly learning new things.

I am very happy with my son's nursery. The staff are lovely and I 100% trust he is in good hands when he is there. He has settled in well and doesn't cry when I leave him anymore, as he knows he is ok. He is 19 months old and in the baby section. Staff always keep me updated on their app and send regular updates about his progress.

Had a lovely experience so far with Nuffy Bear Nursery. Our daughter loves attending and has developed great relationships with staff. She is happy to go in each day and we get lots of communication from staff and photos of her progress.

I cannot recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery highly enough. From the very first day, the staff have been absolutely wonderful in providing a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for my son and daughter. My son has a severe sight impairment, and as a parent, it's not easy trusting others with his care. However, the team at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery has gone above and beyond to ensure he feels safe, supported, and valued. I'm grateful for the continuous communication and the way they keep me informed about his progress and daily experiences. It's reassuring to know that my son is not only being well cared for but is thriving in an environment where everyone takes a personal interest in his growth. The team at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery has made a real difference in our lives, and I'm so thankful for their dedication and exceptional care. It's clear that this is a place where children with all abilities are celebrated and supported.

This is the second time we have used Nuffy Bear Day Nursery and couldn't recommend it enough! Our daughter was there from age 1 till 4 and she loved it! The staff are amazing, as a first-time parent they were very helpful, understanding and made us feel at ease. Our daughter learnt so much and her speech and social skills improved massively while being at Nuffy. She was so ready for school and that's all down to Nuffy! She's also made some friends for life which we still see outside of nursery. Our son is currently at Nuffy Bear and he's loving his time there. Learning new things, trying new foods. When children turn 3 they are also entitled to start swimming lessons. We thought this was a great extra as most nurseries don't offer this. Our daughter now loves swimming which lessons really helped with. If you're thinking of joining Nuffy Bear - do it!

Such a lovely nursery where you can tell the staff really cares about the children. It is quite a small setting so the care provided feels very personal. My daughter took a little while to initially settle in however, the staff were so patient with her and kept me and her dad updated constantly all whilst reassuring us that this was normal. She has been going to nursery now for over a year and she absolutely loves it and is thriving! The app is also great for keeping us updated. Overall I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody.

Nuffy Bear has been such a great experience for my son. The staff are exceptional and have gone above and beyond to cater for his needs and help him with his areas for development. He loves going and can’t wait to arrive every morning.

My wife and I have had 2 children stay with Nuffy and both have loved their time. The staff have been fantastic throughout particularly during the difficult COVID period. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Our experience at Nuffys has so far been fantastic. The management team have been extremely supportive and has listened to the needs of our child with care. We feel able to approach the team and they are all kind and friendly. Our child is very excited every time she attends the nursery, excited to see friends and also the staff. Learning new skills, and has a variety of activities that they take part in. Happy child, happy parents!

We have been so pleased with Nuffy Bear. The staff are wonderful, and we receive regular, on-the-day, face-to-face feedback. We’ve had two children at Nuffy and both have always really enjoyed themselves. It’s wonderful that some extra activities are included and the food is always a talking point each session! Thank you to the lovely staff who make it what it is!

Overall lovely team, shame about outside space, as well as the breakfast items don’t match the brochure. But my child is overall happy here and has fun during the day and has a lot to talk about on the car ride home.

Nuffy Bear is such a nice warming place where I feel completely at ease for the care given to my children and others. We are always welcome, the staff engage with parents in the growth and development of the kids. Nursery manager and assistant are so open and friendly, they are always very helpful and understanding.

We have been with Nuffy Bear for 4 years now with 2 children, one of whom has left for school. All of the staff at Nuffy Bear are like family to us and each and every one shows affection and kindness to both girls. Communication is always clear and with the new app showing meals etc we can have a better handover about the activities that they’ve done that day so much better. The nursery is always clean, and my children rarely have colds, sickness etc so hygiene and infection control is great. I actively recommend Nuffy Bear to my friends and family. Outside space is small in comparison to other settings but enough my my girls.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Nuffy Bear Nursery they look after my two boys so well my youngest from 9 months old and I wouldn’t want them anywhere else. My eldest said to me in the car this morning 'I am so excited to go to nursery'. They never go in upset just always so excited and happy to see all the staff and cuddle them. They eat and play and learn so well there that we couldn’t feel more content to have our boys at Nuffy which has made going back to work both times so much more manageable knowing they are so happy where they are. The outside truthfully may be ever so slightly small but there is no doubt they make the absolute most of it playing games and with bikes and toys and the kids get to be outside all day whatever the weather so that certainly makes up for it.

Nuffy Bear Nursery is a perfect place for our kids, it is a very warm, comforting, welcoming and child-friendly environment and facilities. Very professional, kind and always smiling teachers. I feel like my kids are in an ongoing active learning process. I love their communication and the fact that it's very important for them to keep updating us parents. Nuffy Bear is such a brilliant Nursery. I have seen my clever, shy little boy flourish into a confident socialite. He has been encouraged, guided and supported since joining at 12 months and is really thriving under the nursery's leadership and the whole team. I am a naturally anxious mum, and I have a particularly sensitive little boy. Both of us feel very supported by the Nuffy Bear team... there is never a question too silly or a person too busy to help. I cannot wait for my little girl to join in August next year and watch her thrive there too.

Staff members are giving the kids the priority that they need, which makes me feel that my children are in a safe place. I am grateful for the amount of dedication given for my children to feel comfortable during their time at the nursery. Definitely a great place to be in for learning.

My grandson, who is now in my full-time care, has been attending Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Crawley since September 2022. I have found the staff to be so helpful and supportive through a very tough time. My grandson has excelled in his social skills, physically and mentally. He has really benefitted with the routine and stability that the nursery provides in a very warm and friendly environment. This has helped him to become a very happy, confident little boy who has so much joy when attending Nuffy Bear Day Nursery.

Our daughter has been at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery for 2 years and she is very happy there. She's made a lot of friends and has formed lovely bonds with the staff. We are very happy with her development and believe the staff at Nuffy Bear have played a large part in helping that. We receive regular updates through the app as well as handovers in person at the end of the day.

As first time parents, we couldn't have asked for a better nursery! The staff are brilliant, caring and kind. They take the time to get to know every child. The food is good and the activities varied. It's a shame the outdoor space isn't bigger and they don't use an app but I believe this is in the pipeline. We would recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery at Crawley, our daughter loves it!
