The staff at Clearly Kids couldn't be more welcoming and passionate about childcare. My little one looks forward to going in and always leaves with a smile on her face. As a first time parent nervous about leaving my child at first the staff were great and kept me posted on their activities and schedule on the app which helped put my mind at ease.

The staff are amazing! My daughter has grown in confidence and begun to make her own friends. She always eats so well and has a varied diet every day. We get lovely photos of how her day is going and a note of how she's been when she's picked up. The staff really take the time with the children, they're doing something new all the time. Would really recommend.

My little one has been in clearly kids now for 6 Months and I couldn't have picked a better place for him to be. He absolutely loves it and enjoys every aspect, from the food, the staff, to the activities during the day. I couldn't be more grateful for everything the staff do! He was once a shy baby who wouldn't leave my side and now his confidence has flourished!

Love this nursery, staff are so friendly and very approachable. My son is very happy here too and can tell he loves the staff also. Plenty of different toys and activities. Updates are sent through on the app throughout the day so I can see what my son is up to. Brilliant variety of food is provided for snacks and lunch

My child has attended clearly kids for 2 years now, the staff are great and very attentive, they are great with my son. My child loves it, I would highly recommend this nursery, they are very accommodating if needing extra days

Clearly Kids Newtownards Road is a hidden gem in East Belfast. Our son has been here from age 11 months and now nearly 3 and he loves it. The facilities are warm, bright, modern and spotless. The staff are first class, lovely, caring, attentive, they have been very supportive and helpful of naps and potty training. You can tell they love what they do and always willing to go above and beyond for the parents and kids. We are so glad we found you!

I can't recommend this nursery enough! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children. My little one has flourished with them, enjoying a variety of fun and educational activities that promote creativity and learning. The daily updates and communication with parents are excellent, making me feel involved in my child's development. The nursery's focus on social skills and emotional growth is evident, and I love seeing my child make new friends and gain confidence. Overall, it's a fantastic place.

My little one has just started and already has settled well into nursery life. The girls in the room have been warm and welcoming and I already feel like he has made a lovely bond with them! They offer great meals, allowing my baby to experience new foods and they have been great at trying to keep him in his routine. The one thing that would make things better for us is if we were to receive picture updates of his day. As a Mummy who has struggled with the process and has been anxious, I know that the one day I received a picture, it was the first thing to put me at ease, it was great to see him happy. Because no pictures are sent, I have no clue as to what activities are being done daily. I feel that pictures would make me feel more included and I would like to see what opportunities my wee one is getting. I am unsure how many stars to give as we are still getting to know the nursery. I am happy with everything else so far and believe we have made the correct nursery choice.

I've 2 children who attend Clearly Kids Newtownards Road and we are completely happy with the care and fun provided for our children. Here are some of my favourite things - Staff, without exception every member of staff has been friendly, professional and exudes a genuine care for my children. There has been some staff turnover but it has always been well managed and continuity of care maintained. Outdoor play, kids well fed, kids always changed and clean at pick up. Observation pics are sent (almost) daily. We are potty training our youngest and support has been great, the staff are invested in her success. Holiday closures are minimal and you know them a year in advance making planning easy. So far no fee increases since we joined a year ago. Overall a great daycare run by great people.

I'm a grandparent (carer) to 3 of my Grandkids who have all attended Clearly Kids Daycare, I have no hesitation recommending Clearly Kids Daycare (Newtownards Road) as the facilities and staff are excellent, my Grandkids really enjoyed going there and it really helped prepare them for their nursery placement in their school.

My grandson loves attending here, he's always really happy going in. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond. I am kept updated on things that are being done during the day. I would definitely highly recommend this place.

The staff at Clearly Kids are fab, so friendly and caring, and the facilities are great. It's nice and warm in winter as well as the building is modern. My daughter has been attending daycare here for almost 2 years and loves it, I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My daughter loves coming to the nursery and the staff are super pleasant. I am more than happy with my daughter attending this nursery and feel her learning has progressed so well from being here. She loves the staff and enjoys going every day.

I'm so thrilled with my son's daycare! He has been with C K Newtownards Rd for close to 1.5 years now. The standards of care and safety is at absolute top-notch levels. The staff are really caring and knowledgeable. My child is exposed to loads of educational play, sensory arts and crafts and positive examples of social interactions that really did let him unfold his little personality. Meals and snack menu prepared in the daycare's own kitchen are well designed to accommodate the nutritional needs and tastes of the youngest. Monthly newsletter and parent app with daily updates really helps to stay in touch and on top of everything. Safe, clean and well organised environment with loving and genuine staff. I just now I can rely on without any hesitation. Clearly Kids Newtownards Rd truly deserves the recognition for its family-like atmosphere and the constant strive for the excellence in providing the level of care I am happy to recommend to fellow parents at any given time.

I highly recommend Clearly Kids Day Nursery to all the parents who might see this review. The amount of personal care, love, and support the staff have shown towards my daughter was just excellent. My daughter was just over 2 years old and was really shy and couldn’t really form words well when she joined the child care and today she is 3 and I can see a real change in her confidence and her ability to communicate with words. I am extremely satisfied with the overall professionalism shown by the staff.

Amazing and friendly staff who have been so welcoming and personable since my child started in November. Very child-centred and really involve parents - so the care feels very collaborative. Such good value for money and very accommodating when you need an extra day - even at short notice! I was really impressed by the high number of staff working right up until the last collection - not the usual six o'clock skeleton crew. Cleanest nursery I have ever used too. Outdoor space may be sparse but they make really good use of the big rooms and differentiating where the children play. My son loves it. Would highly recommend it!

Clearly Kids Day Nursery offer a warm, safe and nurturing space for our kids. We are so happy with how quickly the kids settled in and they go into Clearly Kids every day happy and looking forward to a day of varied fun with all their newfound friends. We can't thank the staff enough for their consistency, kindness and warmth.

My daughter has attended Clearly Kids since she is 9 months on and off and for the last year part-time and the last 3 months full-time. She adores the ladies who are taking care of her. I can see she is so happy to be there. They have different activities for different age groups and the kids learn a lot from them. The manager of the nursery is the most loving and caring person who has a shining smile. My daughter loves to say bay bay to her every evening. The staff are very friendly, well-educated professionals in their case all are golden-hearted people which I am trusting to leave my daughter in their care. Christmas parties which families can attend and meet other families and enjoy their delicious snacks and lots of activities for kids. Petting animals days. Every month there is a parent activity day which is 1 hour where you can play and do some activities with your kids all together with other parents. I love that day. Food, games, toys and the building is excellent, clean and tidy. I recommend it to any parent.

Brilliant, the nursery would be even better if they had dinners but my son loves it and wouldn't change anything. The staff are amazing with him it's definitely value for money, when my son's upset they are totally great with him.

My wee boy has been coming here for just over a year and he absolutely loves it! All the staff are very friendly and they are also great with his food intolerance which is brilliant! I really couldn't recommend a better creche for him! Keep up the great work!
