My child's key worker always goes above and beyond when looking after my child; this is apparent in the feedback I'm given and the learning updates loaded on the app. At the last parents' evening, the feedback was amazing, it's apparent that the key worker thinks very highly of my child, and give really in-depth and informative feedback. I really appreciate this as it gives me and their father an insight into what our child is like at nursery. My child's key worker understands their personality and needs, and will cater to these to make my child feel comfortable and give them the best experience at nursery. Management are also amazing, super helpful and approachable, will go above and beyond to give the best support and experience for my child.

All the staff at Kids Planet Tong are wonderful with our little girl. The activities they carry out are fun and she loves going to nursery.

Our child loves coming to nursery. The staff here have been amazing. They got to know him, which helped him settle. They always clearly communicate whatever has gone on in the day and how he has been. He goes in now with no crying, waving bye to us but always really excited to see his key worker.

I have had 2 children at Kids Planet Tong since March 2020. During this time I have nothing but positive things to say. All the staff I have encountered have been brilliant. Both my girls have loved their time here.

Fantastic support from staff in supporting my child's emotional development. She talks non-stop about 'Colour Monster' and relates to her own feelings. The staff gave me a check-in resource to use at home which has been effective in supporting my child to express his emotions.

Initially, I was worried and nervous about sending my child to nursery but it was the best decision we made as a family. My child has come on since nursery and absolutely loves being there. The staff are amazing and so informative. My child comes out happy and can't wait to visit again. Good range of food, toys and activities. The staff are very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend it to other parents.

Our experience with Kids Planet Tong has been excellent. The staff do an amazing job daily and we always feel confident leaving our child in their care, knowing they are in good hands. Communication with parents is great ensuring that we are always informed about our child's activities, progress and well-being. Our child loves going to Kids Planet Tong and I would highly recommend it to other parents.

The baby and toddler room plus the Senco worker have been amazing at learning about my daughter's needs and making me feel very relaxed about leaving her at nursery, something that feels even harder for parents of children with complex needs. They've been thorough with her care and I trust them completely with her feeding and all aspects of her routine. I've told everyone who will listen how amazing they've been and I can't wait to see how much she thrives at Kids Planet Tong. Thank you.

Our son has been quite poorly with a chest infection, cough, fever, cold, and gunky eyes - the lot this month! The lovely ladies have been so caring towards him, provided extra updates on the app and phoned to inform us if he was needing paracetamol or generally not himself. My wife and I are so thankful for their care and attention to detail.

Where do I start, what an amazing nursery! My little boy started when he was 12 months old, I was nervous about going back to work and my mind was put at ease constantly. All the girls are amazing - 4 ladies in particular (everyone in babies/tots and of course the management. It is run professionally with so much care. I would not want my little boy going anywhere else. He has come along so much with walking, talking and his speech. Thank you all, you are all superstars! Keep smashing it!

Our little boy has been going here since he was 10 months old. He absolutely loves going to nursery, he has so many friends and loves all the workers. The staff have been great at helping him to develop. The management and staff are always great at answering any questions you have. They keep you informed of everything to do with your child. It is a great nursery with lots of facilities and resources and will be sad when our child leaves. Knowing how happy our son is when he comes to nursery speaks a thousand words of how great it is. Thank you all!

My son has come on leaps and bounds which I believe is due to your staff and how well they do their job. We are sad to go and the staff will all be missed. Wish them all the best and thank you.

Loved my grandparents stay and play recently. The staff are all very helpful and friendly to me. I’ve been collecting my grandchildren from Kids Planet for the past 4 years and always get a very informative hand over from their key worker.

Our four year old loves his mornings at nursery. They do a variety of activities and he gets all the messy play he wants. He is always trying new food and loving it. The staff are really friendly too. All-round great place for my kid to spend his early years.

Everything about Kids Planet Tong is amazing. The staff are so caring, welcoming and know all of the children (and parents) very well. Our daughter has learned so much and has progressed academically, socially and emotionally whilst at Kids Planet. Our experience has been extremely positive and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I would like to state that Kids Planet Tong is the best nursery I have ever been to. I have both of my sons in this nursery and they have both developed so much. Both of my kids were born in Covid so they didn't have the best social skills as they were not around anyone due to the lockdown. The nursery staff have brought my kids out of their shells. They have been fabulous. I could not praise them anymore.

My child has attended Kids Planet for three years and I can honestly say it has been wonderful! The team are fantastic and have taught my child to be loving, caring and helpful. She will be going to school in September and preschool has prepared her for the transition. She loves her time there and it will be sad when she does move on up to school. My son loves coming to nursery, there's lots of fun stuff for him to do, the staff are great always helpful, and the nursery itself is very flexible as I work shifts, there's a good range of different foods my son gets to try and he always has a smile on his face for the staff when we arrive in the mornings

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Tong highly enough, as a place that knows its children and families really well and strives to provide the best for them. All the staff are warm, engaged and caring and have lovely bonds with the children. My son has sometimes struggled to settle on a morning, and each time the practitioners in his room know just what to say to bring him round! The online system is great for keeping parents informed - we love seeing the pictures of what he has been getting up to during the day! Excellent in all areas!

I would like to state that Kids Planet Tong is the best nursery I have ever been to. I have both of my sons in this nursery and they have both developed so much.
