You have realised that the administrator has wrongly refused to apply and claim early years the funding, whether this was intentional or not, I can't say. Deadline to claim funding is 4th of March code provided 2nd of February But instead of accepting that you were wrong and made amends you have turned to lying and bullying me into paying full fees, it is very shameful and not the type of culture you should encourage in your organisation, because sooner or later you will experience the same behaviour amongst yourselves. And there is a possibility that you have claimed the funds and lied about not claiming it, plus requesting I make full payment on top. That is fraud.

My little girl has the best time at the nursery and has developed into such an amazing little girl. The developmental support and assistance we get from the nursery is great and they have helped us through all the little bumps in her developmental journey. I have joked with the nursery that when we go to birthday parties in the local area we can tell which children are from Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool due to their kids and caring nature. She loves going into nursery and telling us what she has been doing with such big smiles on her face. All the staff at the nursery have been amazing and we have always felt like Bright Horizons is the best place for her, they have always supported our wishes and gone out of their way for her and we have never had any complaints about her care. We have recommended all our friends to Bright Horizons and they are all also so happy with it.

This is an excellent nursery. My son attended here from age 3 onwards in preschool 1 and loved it. I have now sent my 2-year-old daughter here who is in nursery. She has settled in so well and loves the staff in her room. It is a great feeling knowing that your child is happy and well looked after and staff really do go above and beyond. It is great getting the updates on her day in the app and the feedback from staff on pick-up. It is such a caring place and I would highly recommend it.

Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool is exceptional. The support of the team, communication throughout the day via their app and at drop-off and collection is second to none. The quality of the food and the care taken to keep me informed is excellent in regard to my daughters’ eating habits and their progress alongside the other children to learn fundamental skills which empower them to help themselves and enjoy meals. I love the flexibility of drop-off times and collection and attitude towards parents is so understanding and caring.

My daughter loves this nursery. They are attentive, caring and do lots of things to stimulate the children. I feel at peace that I can go to work knowing that my daughter is in safe hands. All the staff are great. The manager is doing a great job.

My son started going to this nursery when was 9 months old. I didn’t have any problems at all. They are very professional and look after my son well. They focus on his development and teach him different things. I'm very happy with everyone in Bright Horizon Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool.

My son has been attending this nursery since the age of 10 months, so we have experience of baby room, toddler room, nursery and preschool. I must say, this nursery has been excellent and preschool has been the most outstanding of all classes along with baby room. We also feel secure, sure and my son has made good relationships with carers and friends and has good social progress. We are very pleased. Food is also generally very good and wish I knew what magic they weave to get my son to eat the variety he does in nursery!

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 1 and has flourished there. She’s now in her final year and loves it. The staff are very focused on her personal development and she has made huge progress with her confidence, numbers and phonics in a very short space of time. Communication from the room leaders is very good and they always make time for discussion. Would be nice if the nursery could do a few local trips as you often see other nurseries in the area doing these. Overall, a lovely nursery that I would recommend to others. Only negative comment is that the front gate is often broken/stuck open.

I would most happily recommend this nursery to friends with children. The staff here are very friendly and ensure the children are well looked after which, as a parent, takes a lot of stress off your mind. They have helped my child settle into the nursery seamlessly and can see the positive impact it has had in my child's development.

The baby room team at Bright Horizons Cheshunt has been great in helping our baby girl settle in the nursery over the last couple of months. We can see that she is now excited about going to nursery each morning and is very happy playing with all the staff and her baby friends there. We know that our girl still struggles to get enough naptime at nursery as she is still settling into the new environment but we can see that she is slowly getting better at it which is amazing. Helping her to sleep and rest longer during the day is important to us and we are very grateful for your support with it. Thanks to longer naps she's not too overtired and sleeps way better at night. Last week instead of getting up around 5 am she slept till almost 7 am! Thank you Baby Room Team at Bright Horizons Cheshunt.

My son has attended the nursery since he was 11 months old and is now 3. He has therefore been in three different classrooms since joining. The nursery has always had great facilities and the staff have always been very caring. Our son is happy at the end of his day at nursery and has great stories to tell about what he has learnt, played with and has eaten. We are particularly happy with the teachers in his current classroom who are always welcoming, happy and give informed feedback at the end of the day.

My experience with Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool began five years ago with my eldest son who absolutely loved the nursery and was more than ready for school by the time he left. My youngest is now in the toddler 2 room and enjoys the variety of activities they have every day and has made great bonds with the staff and other children. The nursery teaches independence alongside a varied curriculum. After a slight decline, the nursery and its management have improved greatly over the past two years and I would recommend it to other families.

Our son has been going to this nursery for the last year and a half. His latest room is great, we love his key worker. She is very caring, attentive to the children’s needs while also ensuring that they get ready to move up into other classes in a fun way. Activities vary from painting, drawing to singing and dancing. Our son is very independent and full of confidence for his age. We would recommend Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool to fellow parents.

My son has been coming to Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 1. He’s now 4 and still loves going there. The transition when all of his friends left to go to reception this September was really scary for me as he really missed his friends but preschool staff were amazing with keeping him engaged and happy, even with the new younger children joining the class. The staff in his class are really dope, not only supportive to my son but also me, as a single, working mother.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Cheshunt in Toddler 2 room since June 2023 and we couldn’t be happier. We had visited a few other nurseries but when we had the tour here it just felt right. All the staff take pride in their roles and provide the children with fun and educational activities and my daughter always leaves happy and is excited to get to class in the morning! They are always so welcoming and you can see how happy the children are there. She has a fantastic key worker who takes the time to provide detailed feedback, and observations and we can really see how much she has progressed and developed. She is so well looked after and all the staff are an asset. The children are stimulated and they update parents throughout the day via the app which is brilliant, lots of pictures and what they have done throughout the day. They provide healthy and nutritious meals and the nursery is very clean. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been in Toddler 2 for the last six months and absolutely loves it. She asks to go to nursery every day and has a special bond with her key workers. The nursery really cares about the children and they regularly update you through their app.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 1 and is now nearly 3, so currently in the Nursery room. She absolutely loves it there, they really have taught her so much and helped with her development massively. We get regular updates through the app with everything she has done in a day, including pictures of the activities which is such a nice touch. All of the staff in her room are brilliant, particularly the room leader, who has such a tailored approach with her and she absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I am really happy so far with my babies experience of Bright Horizons so far. The staff in the baby room are really friendly and have been really good at updating me as to her progress, particularly to reassure me when she has been unsettled at drop off. She loves the food too. I recommend this nursery to others.
