Kids Planet Stockport is simply fabulous. I couldn't have asked for anything more for my baby. It's always a difficult time for me having to go back to work and not be with my children all day every day, this time around was so much easier because I knew how happy my baby is there and that she's in very capable hands. The food is always healthy with a good range of different things to try. I am kept up to date every day via the app. The staff are absolutely fantastic and have such a lovely way with the children. The admin side of things is easy to understand and work with. My baby loves coming here. It's also safe and secure.

I have been blown away by the kindness and patience of all members of staff I have come into contact with so far. My 11 month old has only had his first three settling in sessions, and they have not quite gone as smoothly as I had imagined: he is usually a very happy, cheeky and independent baby who enjoys exploring his environment, but to my total surprise, he has been very unsettled, which in turn has made the experience of leaving him much harder. However, the reception staff have been nothing but kind, supportive and calming - they listened to my worries, made me a drink and sat with me when I was upset. The baby room staff have been so calm and kind, reassuring me via telephone and the app when I left him and explained that nothing was too much trouble. I also passed staff in the corridor that I had not met before who noticed I was upset and had offered to call me when he had settled. I'm so grateful for the patience, kindness and reassurance they have given me so far.

My child has done 2 weeks and is settling in well. The team in the baby room are amazing. Had the most interaction with one staff member in particular who is great and always does a great handover at drop off and pick up times. I always feel well informed and that my baby is in good care. Two further staff members have also been great.

Absolutely highly recommend Kids Planet Stockport! As a first time mummy, it was so hard to start my 2 year old at nursery after it being just me and her all while daddy is at work. But they have been so supportive, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all to call in and check on her as much I wanted to! Which has been so reassuring. Honestly, it's daunting but with the right staff and nursery, you will have the best support and I feel like Kids Planet Stockport has provided that for me and my daughter. They have an app that helps keep you updated and captured her moments so you feel involved, and they have weekly activities where you can see what your child will be doing. It's amazing, as much as I didn't want to send her and still get nervous every day, it's reassuring to know they are doing the absolute best to give her the best experience.

Amazing staff, made me and my daughter feel very welcomed when we came for our inductions back in December 2024. They have gone above and beyond for my little one who has started and made sure she was safe and happy. Always a joy to pick her up to hear the lovely stories the staff tell me what they have gotten up to during her days at nursery. Lovely staff, at reception and in my daughter's class.

When I first started looking for a nursery for my daughter, I found it really difficult to choose the right place. However, when I visited the Kids Planet website and read about how the CEO is a mother just like me, it gave me a sense of reassurance. The staff were incredibly helpful from the start, making sure my daughter had a smooth induction week where I was able to meet the team and observe the nursery's daily routine. Since my daughter has been attending, any time I've had a concern, the staff has been so supportive, reassured me, and helped resolve any issues quickly. I have to especially mention the manager who has been a huge support to me and my family. The entire team consistently shows a positive and caring attitude, which makes all the difference. I was so impressed with the care my daughter received that I decided to enroll my son there as well. They've met all his needs and shown the same level of support and care. I truly couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

My little boy has been at Kids Planet since he was 8 months old, he's now nearly 3. In each of the 3 rooms he's been in we've had a really good experience overall with lots of age-appropriate and engaging activities for the kids and kind staff that make an effort to get to know the children well. The staff in his current room, Toddler 2, are friendly, caring, and enthusiastic, I feel they really go out of their way to make sure the kids have a good time & have got to know my son really well. My son has come on really well in terms of his confidence and overall development whilst he's been at Kids Planet but more importantly, I feel confident leaving him in good hands with staff who are kind and knowledgeable and who care about him. The ability to add/swap nursery days is also hugely useful as it allows my mum (who has him 2 days a week) to have breaks when needed. I would recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at this nursery, she loves and eats all the food here she loves the reading and teddy area and gets daily updates on the app. Staff are friendly and know her well she loves going to them for cuddles. It's lovely to see all the activities she does and she enjoys being out in the garden area.

My boys have attended Kids Planet over the last 6 years. The team here are like family to us. We value the hard work and dedication they've shown over the years. Trust is a huge part of our decision in sending our boys to nursery. We trust all staff with the care of boys. Every member of staff plays their part, and reception welcome when you drop off /pick up. The room staff are always so welcoming too. On pick up, we have a full run-through of their day. Their food, play, their sleep, if any. We also have access to an app which tells us this info too. The indoor and outdoor facilities are great. The centre is clean and the boys have been fed like kings over the years! Both boys have loved their time here and hold fond memories and friends to this day. Nursery sets the boys up for school perfectly. They know the routine and have learnt skills in preparation for school. We'd highly recommend this nursery in a heartbeat, the best decision we've made for our boys' early year development.

I couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we joined, the team have been exceptional, making us feel welcomed and confident that my son is in the best hands. A special mention to the admin manager/receptionist who has been nothing short of incredible. She's always warm, responsive, and attentive to our needs, going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She truly understands what families need and makes each interaction feel personal and reassuring. A special mention to my son's favourite people, they are truly outstanding. The gentle approach and creativity of one of these staff members have brought out such a sense of curiosity and excitement in our little one, he always tells me about their dance parties. The energy and nurturing attitude of another one of these staff members are a perfect balance, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about each child's development. The other one of these staff members is amazing at engaging the children, making every learning experience both fun and meaningful.

End of day handover is our favourite part of the day - hearing all about our daughter's day, how much fun she's had and also how well the room staff know her quirks and character! They do lots of activities and she comes home demonstrating them and talking about it. Her development has come on so much by coming to nursing and the communication of this is great through the app. Admin is also dealt with efficiently when we need it by reception and finance.

The nursery has been great since we started last year. We looked at many nurseries before deciding on Stockport Kids Planet, and I can say we're really pleased we picked this nursery. The facilities are really good and always clean (as much as you can when doing messy activities with the kids). I don't think the nursery would be what it is without its staff, I think they make the environment caring, fun and engaging, perfect for little kiddies. From the staff member on reception creating a warm welcome to those who we've had in our little boy's rooms. Particular shout out to one staff member in particular who was our little boy's first key worker and first person to create a loving bond with, our little boy still loves to see him around now. I also can't praise the room leader of Toddler 1 enough, she is just fantastic, a testament to the nursery. You can see she is very knowledgeable in her role and clearly runs a fun and educational room. Big thank you to this staff member, our little boy will be very sad when she has to move room.

Fantastic purpose-designed nursery. Friendly staff and engaged curriculum to keep little ones entertained all day. Room staff are great at building strong relationships with children and bringing out the best in them. Lots of tailored activities to help development across key learning and development areas and reports each day against progress to help you know which areas to focus on at home. Specific call out for the room leader of Toddler 1 who is an absolute star - she's built such a strong and positive relationship with my son, he really enjoys spending time and learning with her.

My daughter started at the nursery 6 months ago. The staff have been welcoming and look after the children well. I like the way the rooms are set out. Children can play outdoors if they wish to or stay inside. Both areas have plenty for children to do. The nursery also arranged plenty of trips out which my daughter loves. She often comes home and tells me all about it.

My daughter started at the Kids Planet Stockport in March 2024. After starting she has developed beautifully and it's all thanks to the care and love that is shown in the baby room. For a parent leaving your child for the first time since birth is a big deal and a daunting experience but the support we received from the nursery was amazing. The updates on the parent app allow you to feel like you're not missing any milestones which can easily be the case when leaving the baby at such a young age. Two members of staff in the baby room are amazing key people and our little one loves being there. The other staff are also so great we couldn't have found a better nursery for our little girl.

I have a baby of 10 months who has been there since September and she is really happy there. The baby team have been fantastic- they interact well with her and offer support when she is struggling, especially in the early days and weeks! She's active in their activities and is supported when participating in messy play.

The staff are amazing! All so friendly. My baby has just joined, and they go out of their way to help him settle in and enjoy every minute of his time at nursery. We couldn't have picked a better first nursery!

Kids Planet Stockport have a lovely & welcoming team. I feel safe in the knowledge that my child has excellent care, he has really developed in preschool and been given new opportunities to learn and have fun. He's always excited to go into nursery.

Our little boy has taken to nursery. He seems happy and settled already and he has only had 3 sessions so far. The staff have been brilliant at communicating with us, and we love the updates on the app. Walking into the building we always receive a warm welcome. The staff are all lovely, and I feel calm leaving him as I know he is in good hands.

My daughter has had amazing settling in sessions and has had a brilliant first week. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. I love the app and how it updates with her naps, food, nappies and observations. The sensory room and outdoor space are amazing and she's had some positive potty training here as well.
