My daughter has been going here since April and I am so happy with how well she's settled in. She hands it over to the staff with no problems every time she's there. All the staff are lovely and friendly and I have no concerns with anything. Highly recommended.

My little boy is 9 months old and has just started his journey at Busy Bees, he has settled well thanks to the care of the team. We have had some lovely observations and photographs which always helps when you are leaving your child in a new place. My little boy loves food anyway but the menu has been varied and healthy! The nursery is cosy and welcoming and both the Manager and Deputy are clearly driven by continually raising standards and offering the children the best care and experience possible. A special mention to two staff members who have been super attentive and helpful!

My little one has been attending Busy Bees York Heworth for over four years now and this place is not only a daycare but his second home. The girls and management there are absolutely amazing and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me with raising my little one. The environment feels super safe and there wasn't a day when I felt unsure or anxious about his well-being. They also deliver fantastic early education and everyday activities. Love this place and would strongly recommend to everyone.

Busy Bees has become a home away from home for my daughter. She's been attending for over two years and has loved every minute of it. She so genuinely loves the team there and it's very clear they adore her too. She has grown and learned so much over her time at nursery and I cannot thank the centre director and key workers enough for their excellent care. I absolutely recommend Busy Bees. I know how scary it can be to trust other people to look after your baby but my experience has been nothing short of fantastic.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. The staff are amazingly supportive and she learns so much in a safe and friendly environment. She is thriving with all the activities and support she receives and we are delighted with our choice and so sad that is nearly finishing her year at Busy Bees. The staff members are all lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this nursery and can't praise them enough.

It's an amazing nursery my son enjoys going there every morning with no problems. Also, the staff are just amazing as well with my son he tells me every day about his teachers and all the fun activities he's done.

Fantastic nursery! My little one loves it here and the staff are all so kind helpful and also fantastic with my son! He has come on leaps and bounds since starting in September. Can 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good nursery to use Busy Bees Heworth!

All staff members are very friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and approachable and the director of the branch is an absolute gem! The nursery is always clean and tidy, never had problems seeing anything of concern for the past 1 year and 9 months. I can wholeheartedly say that the current director is far better than the previous one. Outside space is really well maintained although currently, they should probably get more outside support for fixing the pest issue, like perhaps putting a bit more pressure on the council in this regard to get the construction company or land owners to solve the issue. The learning and activities are really well thought out and global. Food would like to see a bit of improvement because there are a lot of ready-made ingredients instead of fresh as well and it is a multicultural menu however there are no Mediterranean or Eastern European dishes, really gutted about that as the palate of the child is developing more towards what they have at nursery.

My son comes home happy every day from nursery and always speaks positively about his time there. The nursery has helped his confidence build and he has continued his development in all areas. The staff are incredibly friendly.

I'm very happy with Busy Bees York. It's a great nursery and my daughter has a great time and is really well cared for. Her key workers are lovely and have a fantastic bond with her. I love the activities they think up. Would highly recommend.

My son has settled in nicely at Kindercare - Heworth Green, part of Busy Bees, all the staff all very friendly and welcoming. His key worker plans daily activities for him following his interests and developmental needs. Parents evenings are really helpful as we discuss next steps and what I can do at home to help him develop further. All staff are very helpful when dropping off and picking up discussing how he has been throughout the day.

My little boy enjoys nursery although he does need a cuddle when I drop him off which is always never too much trouble. My little boy has been going for a year and a half and is always very happy playing with his friends. I am welcome to have a look through his development file whenever I want. His keyworker is fantastic and always there to listen to me if I have any concerns about his development.

I have found the staff friendly and accommodating to the twins needs, development and health. The twins look forward to their days at nursery!

We have been very impressed with the care provided for our son, now aged 18 months. He started attending just after his first birthday and settled in very quickly, we believe mainly due to the consistent support provided by his key worker. It is clear he has made a solid attachment to this worker and his confidence has grown steadily, allowing easy drop off and collection. The feedback provided at the end of the day is helpful to allow us to plan meals/bedtime but does not seem to restrict staff spending quality time with the children. It is lovely to see our little boy come home with paint splatters on his trousers and a smile on his face, after a long day of activities we have yet to try at home.

My little boy was very reluctant to go to nursery but the staff were so kind and helpful, after a week of him attending Kindercare he is now excited by every mention of the nursery. I've noticed fantastic changes in his behaviour, speech and he can now recite his ABC and count to 20.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome on a morning and afternoon. My son has learnt so much and developed in skills and speech. I cannot fault how my son is dealt with and he has a great connection with the staff and his key worker.

My daughter loves this nursery and the carers. The facilities are always clean and maintained. The meals are well balanced. Staff are always friendly and happy to help and I know my daughter is learning and having fun in a safe and caring environment.

My son loves his time at Kindercare, Heworth. He looks forward to coming every day. He spends a lot of time talking about his friends and the teachers/nursery caregivers. I feel very comfortable and reassured every time I bring him each day. I know he's in the best hands, with people who care for him and like him. Nothing negative to say at all.
