View Full Details of Busy Bees Ashford GodintonGreat nursery, everyone is lovely! Admin could be better however the care for my little girl is amazing. Massive shout out to three members of staff, in particular, I was very nervous being a first-time mum with leaving my little girl but everyone made us feel so welcome.
Our son has settled well into time at Busy Bees and we love to see the photos and updates during the day. We look forward to the handover at the end of the day and all that he's been up to. I definitely feel there is a home-to-nursery link which helps to keep everyone informed. He is stimulated and really enjoys the activities that he's exposed to. His key worker is approachable and I feel our son is very settled with her. The nursery has a really good feel to it with a caring, calm and friendly ethos.
Amazing nursery, my little girl has been there from 9 months old and is now in pre-school. She loves coming to nursery and always comes home with a smile on her face. I get to see all the amazing activities she does through the app which is always lovely to see what she gets up to throughout the day. All the staff are friendly and nothing is to much they go above and beyond for my daughter.
My daughter has just moved into preschool and the transition has been amazing. The staff are so kind and my daughter loves to come home and tell me all about her day. Her key person is amazing and very understanding.
An amazing nursery with amazing staff! My daughter started very young (6 months) and I felt so reassured with her coming here. The staff are professional and organised and having updates on her day through the app is great.
My daughter started at nursery this month, and as a full time working mum I was terrified. All staff have been amazing in helping both my daughter and I adjust. They are friendly, informative, comforting and, above all, put my daughter first. She takes part in a range of activities each day and has settled fantastically. She loves nursery already. My mind has been put at ease knowing I leave her each day in an environment she loves and is safe in.
I'm so pleased with my choice. It's been an outstanding environment for my child and it's all the value you take for the money you pay. I was always surprised by the amazing service they provide and how easy it was for my child to settle in. This nursery has exceeded all my expectations regarding care, facilities, cleanliness, food, care and staff.
My daughter has been at Busy Bees since she was 11 month and is now 2 1/2. She looks forward to going and always tells me about all the activities that she has done during the day with her friends. The staff seem genuinely interested and warm to the children and welcoming. My daughter has become more confident and her speech has come on considerably. We are so pleased we chose this nursery.
Absolutely love it. It is the bee's knees no pun intended. They make my child very welcome, very friendly team all of them and being a preschool practitioner myself, this is one of the best ones I've ever come across. Thank you.
We have never had any problems with Ashford Godinton Nursery. Both of my daughters have attended the Nursery and have been happy there. They have both formed good relationships with the Staff that are assigned to them as well as other members of staff including Management. The Nursery has lovely indoor and outside space.
My daughter started Busy Bees in October 2017 and she loves it. Nursery is all about playing, learning, mixing with other children, social skills and I feel that her needs are being met. We have noticed a significant improvement in her and it is doing her good. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are very caring towards my daughter. She makes seasonal decorations/drawings/biscuits/paintings that are sent home which is delightful (a lovely keepsake for a scrapbook).
Changed to Busy Bees from a different nursery and I couldn't be happier. Her key person is lovely and I wish I had listened to my gut feeling sooner and switched her.
Initially, we were impressed with this nursery. Staff were very friendly and warm to our son. Then he graduated to the blue room and problems began. With each passing week, I noticed him becoming more subdued when I took him. Two girls there are friendly but not as warm - lack of excitement in their voice to children. Eventually, my son cracked and broke down twice - once when I dropped him off and once when his mum did so. He seemed in genuine distress. I picked him up on his last trip and he seemed distressed when I arrived to collect him too. Generally a good nursery but there are two staff that are not as warm as others ladies there. There was also a time when he came home in soiled trousers but a clean nappy. Overall the staff are good and most mean well but it didn't work out for my boy.
My son started nursery when he was 9 months old and is now due to complete his time at pre school having recently turned 4. My husband and I have been very pleased with the standard of childcare that he has received across his time at nursery and have enjoyed collecting him each day, always finding him with a smile on his face. All of our son's key workers have managed to form strong bonds with him and seeing their genuine affection towards him and knowing he was being well looked after (from day 1 in the baby room) has made the experience of nursery so much easier for us. We have noticed a difference in him in confidence since he moved into his pre school room and have really enjoyed watching this grow over the last year, we know he will miss his key worker dearly, she has been truly fabulous throughout and is a real credit to the nursery.
My eldest son attended Busy Bees Godinton from 9 months old until leaving to start school, I am now sending my youngest there too as we have been so impressed with them. The staff are kind and caring with the children's interests in the forefront of their minds. They are helpful and supportive and both of my children have built great relationships with them. My eldest son's first key person is now my youngest son's key person and this consistency and familiarity for us all as a family has made it an excellent experience. The manager, in particular, is brilliant, she knows all the children well and is very approachable and understanding. The facilities are also excellent particularly the outside space, where each age range has their own garden with lots of shade and equipment for the children to play with.
Our son started here at 11 months after removing him from another nursery which we felt we weren't happy with. He went off on his first day with no issue considering he did not have a settling in session (our fault due to illness). He was so happy when we left him on his first day we knew straight away we had made the right decision. All the staff are so friendly. It's so lovely to leave our son knowing he is happy and cared for while we go to work. He has always been busy doing activities during the day painting, singing, playing, etc. They have a brilliant outside space for all the different ages of children. The only thing that isn't as good for us is the nursery is open only till 6 which sometimes is a struggle with our working hours and I imagine with other people as well however this is a small compromise to make for such a fantastic nursery.
Our son attended the nursery from the age of 9 months. He's been very well taken care of. He is 2 years 4 months old now and likes it a lot. Busy Bees has great facilities, it's clean, has very friendly and professional staff, who are flexible and adapt according to the children's needs. We're very happy with the nursery. The only criticism is the almost constantly overflowing bin outside the nursery building. Often there's rubbish flying around after the bags have been torn by animals. Not a great environment near children.
