My daughter has now been at Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool for a few months. She settled after a few weeks and it's clear to me she really enjoys being there. All my interactions with the staff have been great. They're all very kind natured and caring. I also enjoy getting the updates throughout the day of what she is eating and receiving the weekly pictures.

I absolutely love the nursery. I think the management and staff are exceptional and I feel very comfortable to leave my little one for long hours, as I know she is in such good hands. When the nursery was closed for a few days, my daughter kept bringing her backpack and shoes to the front door and asking to go. They are so creative and do so many activities. I could never replicate this from home. Further, the facilities of Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery are gorgeous and I feel safe from the embassy level security that they use. The carer's are so kind and compassionate. Everyone is diligent with communication. The pictures of the kids during the week really makes it easier to be away. I think the quality of service justifies the premium and I am grateful and happy that I am able to attend this nursery.

The nursery and the staff are really caring and our daughter is very happy here. Every day there are loads of activities and play. The staff puts in a lot of thought and effort to plan the days, engage with the kids etc.

Our daughter started thirteen months ago. The team and manager are brilliant. The manager is always available to speak to us and so is the team. The care of our child and the educational development she's made have been really amazing. We cannot recommend Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool highly enough!

Great nursery, it's very clean and love the communication between parents and key workers about my child's daily activities. We are pleased with the level of care my child is experiencing at Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool. He is happy and enjoying his time at the nursery. He has plenty of learning opportunities through play.

My daughter attended Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool for just over a year. The nursery and staff are incredible. We only left as we moved out of the area. Our daughter absolutely loved it and we were incredibly sad to leave. The staff are fantastic. Incredibly caring and helpful. Our daughter developed amazingly while she was at JW3 Bright Horizons. The nursery is always incredibly clean and the food offered is nutritious without being boring. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for their child.

I relocated abroad due to work but my children were so happy and well cared for at Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool. The manager is approachable and knowledgeable as were my children's key people and all staff. The nursery site is very secure and my children made friends with children from other backgrounds which developed their skills. Food is great, we are a vegan family so suited us well.

The caregivers clearly love kids, the food is nutritious and there are daily updates. I’m really happy with my kid’s development and he seems very happy. I recommend Bright Horizons at JW3. My only tip is to be wary of peak drop-off times as it does get hectic.

Our daughter had a brilliant experience at JW3 Bright Horizons from age 1 to 2. The staff are caring and kind and she thrived there. The team work really hard with the children and it's a very positive and happy environment.

My son started with JW3 Bright Horizons when he was 8 months old and stayed until he was 16 months old. We only left because we moved out of the area. The Baby 1 and 2 team leaders are excellent. They get to know the children really well and go out of their way to make them feel comfortable and settled. The team leader was particularly instrumental in helping my son to walk. The manager and deputy manager are brilliant and make themselves known and available to the parents. We have been really pleased with this nursery and were very sad to leave. We highly recommend it.

Our daughter went to JW3 Bright Horizon. It has been a wonderful experience. She was in pre-school, and the teachers were super nice and really caring. Emotionally supporting the kids, encouraging them, and teaching are all the qualities we can look for at a nursery. Our daughter was so delighted to go there. She was a bit delayed in her general development, and the great support she received there changed everything. Everything is great in this nursery, and the staff is very nice.

My daughter was at Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool from around 10 months old to 3.5 years and she absolutely loved JW3 and the staff there. They are such a wonderful nursery. Everyone is very nurturing and committed to the children's personal and social development and we could really see she flourished under their care. You can tell that the key workers are really thoughtful about how to best support their children. There were almost daily updates and photos of what the class and my daughter were doing and regular updates on her development. In addition, the flexibility re. drop-off and pick-up were amazing, we never needed to worry about dropping her off earlier than usual or picking her up later.

The staff are amazing, they are very genuine in the way that they care for and about the children. My son wasn't in full-time but despite that, he settled in very well. He always came back with a smile on his face which says it all.

We were so happy at Bright Horizons, the team was very supportive all throughout the time my son was at the nursery. The staff is so caring, they are so sweet and my son seemed to always be happy to come in. I was always impressed by the food menu during the day, it was full of vegetables, and overall great ingredients. I love that the classes are always small, and I could see that all the children were very cared for and had great attention. Communication with staff was always easy, either by phone or email. I always got the support I needed. Furthermore, the app they use is very handy for us parents. It’s nice to know what the children have been doing during the day. How they ate, slept and what kind of activities they were up to. Overall, I would recommend the nursery and it was a very wonderful place for my son to be in.

This facility is truly amazing. My son was over-excited every morning joining the nursery. He learned a lot. When we arrived, he did not speak English and just in couple of months he become fluent, thanks to his attendance and nursery group activities. We are very happy with the nursery. Very warm attitude and devoted staff, with great connection to the kid's needs and parents and great support to the overall child's development. You cannot ask for more. The only point I did like less, is the vegetarian food options as my son has eating issues (medical related). Even though, staff were very much aware and updated us all the time on his food preferences and how he was doing all the time and gave maximum effort in this direction, to expand his dietary choices and preferences day by day. I warmly recommend this incredible facility. I could work peacefully, not worrying at all about how my son is doing. On the last day we both had tears (we moved back to our home country). We will be missing you!

Both our daughters have been here and overall we have been very pleased. The staff is very caring and attentive, with great facilities and food. Perfect flexibility in terms of drop-off and pickup time. Overall highly recommended.

My daughter is very happy in this well-organised nursery! The teachers are doing a great job, every day. A lot of different activities to stimulate the children. Also, the communication between the staff and us as parents is very clear.

The staff are caring and attentive - it feels like they take a real interest in my son and are helping to develop his personality when he’s at daycare. I was apprehensive about him starting daycare full stop but my fears were eased when I met the staff at Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool!

Our daughter, who is nearly 2 years old, loves this nursery! The staff are all so kind and genuine. Management is very professional yet friendly. The place is clean, airy and bright. We highly recommend it.

My daughter joined Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road six months ago and we could not be happier with our choice (visited 10+ places before deciding on the nursery). Some points I found important: - The personnel at the nursery is fantastic, everyone is highly qualified and totally passionate about the kids and their wellbeing. From the head of the nursery to the teaching assistants, there is an enormous amount of energy and care involved in running this place. - The environment is very nurturing but at the same time very oriented on the accumulation of age-specific knowledge, my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter is learning so many things every day, from vocabulary to games to skills such as hand grip; the daily activities are entertaining and we get updated every day through the app including lots of pictures. - The facilities are very nice and very clean, with outdoor space and the food served is delicious (my daughter loves everything there) and the toys, games and rooms set-up are smartly constructed. - Safeguarding is very effective.
