I am happy with the service overall. I am comfortable with the care provided. I was nervous initially but the staff are very reassuring and provided updates on how my daughter is doing.

My daughter really enjoyed her time in the nursery. I am pleased and glad that she has been looked after really well, in terms of meals, naps and diaper changing. She is always engaged with all the great activities planned for them which I really feel helps with her development.

My child absolutely loves coming into nursery and feels especially close to his key worker. He has come on leaps and bounds in all aspects and I am happy with his development.

Second nursery that my child has been to and he has progressed so much. Updates every day on the app with pictures are great. Feel the staff are doing a fantastic job with him.

We are honestly over the moon that our daughter gets to go to this nursery. The staff are just incredible. They go above and beyond to give the children the best experience. She is so bonded with the staff and loves them to bits. The activities they do with the children are lovely and show clear links to education and development. The food that the children get served makes us jealous! Such a diverse range of deliciousness! We have recommended them to others who have now also signed their baby up. We value that we trust them implicitly.

My daughter has been in preschool since September. She settled in well to Tiddlywinks and has loved making new friends. She loves the staff and always comes home talking about all the fun they get up. We loved the stay-and-play for parents to attend and it was special to get to see a day in the life at nursery! She's come on loads over the last few months with her writing and phonics and the preschool have helped prepare her for big school in a few months time. I get updates and pictures weekly on the app and a breakdown of her development and areas and activities they are working on to support her at the end of each term. I'm grateful to all the staff at Tiddlywinks for making her first experience of school such a lovely one!

Amazing nursery! My little girl loves it here! So clean and welcoming and put my nerves at ease instantly. My little girl loves all the workers, especially her key worker! Thank you so much Tiddlywinks!

My little girl has settled really well. She comes home and is so excited to tell me all about her day what she has been learning about and what fun activities she has been doing. She has made lots of friends and has amazing bonds with the staff within the nursery. It's like home from home and a second family. The staff are amazing at what they do.

From the day my son started, I am happy with how he has settled in. The fact that he can run into nursery in the morning happy reassures us both. I am very happy with how much he has come on and very proud.

We are really happy with our child's introduction to the nursery and his development within the nursery. All the staff are friendly and respectful and they have helped him and us to feel comfortable within the nursery environment.

My experience with the nursery has been nothing but positive. My child loves it. He experiences lots of different things which helps with his development and interacting with other children. All staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It is very obvious my child loves them all.

Absolutely an amazing nursery and staff is always welcome and friendly and my son loves it there. I would highly recommend this nursery they go above and beyond amazing service and the feedback we get dropping and picking our son up makes my day.

My daughter has learnt and developed so much in the short time she has attended. The nursery has been incredibly accommodating with her doctor's requirements and have been attentive to us as parents too. Overall, an excellent nursery with amazing staff.

Staff always give a thorough handover and I can see that they all have my daughter's best interests at heart. Very professional and would highly recommend Tiddlywinks, especially as I can see a positive development with my daughter's speech and learning.
