Home from Home is a wonderful nursery. Our son has attended since only 8 months old, he's now 3.5 years old and has never once been upset going in, activities are imaginative and there is an emphasis learning through play. They go for walks when the weather allows and have a play area full of apparatus, they like to read, move, sing and they learn how to look after each other and adjust their feelings, too. My son has also learned some Welsh. Communication is also great and the staff appear happy. No complaints!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 2 and a half years and I could not recommend this place enough. Each "room" she attended has been perfectly suited for her age range and has developed her cognitive ability. The nursery has supported her learning through play, whether that is through sensory, arts and crafts, song or reading, she particularly loves the outdoor opportunities and the soft play area. Overall, attending this nursery has developed my daughter emotional intelligence as she interacts with other children, learning to take turns and to show kindness others. Each member of staff goes the extra mile to show they care for my daughter, even checking in on days she has been unwell. My daughter runs into nursery which goes to show how much she loves it there herself.

Home From Home provides the most outstanding childcare service I have ever experienced. After moving my son here from a previous nursery, I was completely blown away by the love, care, support and attention to detail this nursery provides. They go above and beyond to make parents feel at ease, sending frequent pictures and updates throughout the day so that you know exactly what your child is doing. They put children's wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do - I feel so at ease with my son being here. Every member of staff I have met are so kind and caring. They do so many different activities at the setting, including lovely walks for the children to get fresh air. I honestly can't rate Home from Home highly enough. It is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend to anybody!

We were nervous about our daughter starting nursery as we knew that it would likely take a long time for her to settle. After visiting Home from Home we felt confident as we could see how happy the other children were, their policies aligned with our values and the environment was really warm and welcoming. Home from Home were great at settling our daughter. We never felt rushed or pressured and our daughter was allowed to take her time over several stay and play sessions. She now absolutely loves nursery and has formed genuine bonds with her educarers. The staff are always polite, professional and nothing is too much trouble. We love the app so we get updated with all the things our daughter has been up to throughout the day and lovely photos of her too. We would 100% recommend Home from Home.

My children love coming to home from home. They've all settled in so quickly when they first started, due to the loving nature of the workers. My children have learnt so much, have improved their development and grown in confidence. All the workers go above and beyond and are so friendly and happy when greeting the children in the morning. They can't do enough and I will be sad when my children are too old to come here anymore!

My daughter loves attending on a Friday, all staff are incredible, so accommodating to my daughters needs, go above and beyond, always send updates throughout the day - so nice to see how much she's loving her day there. As it's our only child it was daunting finding the right place, but from the start, we've received nothing but the best care for our daughter, it was a no brainer for us, transitioned amazingly. I can't recommend this nursery enough, my daughter has learnt so much here, I'm so thankful to all staff for everything they do, just amazing.

My daughter has been attending Home From Home Children's Day Nursery Ltd now since May 2024 and she absolutely loves it there. All of the girls are brilliant with the children and treat them as if they are their own which is exactly what you want when you're leaving your child somewhere. Knowing that I and my partner can go to work and not have to worry at all about her safety is every parent's dream! Thanks to the app we can see what she has been up to throughout the day, see what she has eaten and see how long she has slept for and it is regularly updated with photos aswell, it's amazing. I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody who is looking for a place for their little one.

My daughter loves going to nursery, she is always happy going there. The staff are all welcoming, kind and caring. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds being there. I can see the repour she has with the staff which puts me at ease with how well she is looked after and I absolutely love how well-informed I am about her day, and love seeing all the photos sent on the app.

I chose this nursery for my daughter after seeing several establishments in the local area. What sold it for me was the manager's professionalism when we visited and the overall nursery environment. It is well organised and inviting for the children, with different ages having their own areas. Every staff member we have met since my daughter started in the baby's room and now toddlers have been brilliant, especially three members of staff in particular. Everyone is so warm, welcoming and kind. The communication is excellent with regular updates via the app. My daughter loves going to nursery and that speaks volumes. She has a great time, comes home singing lots of new songs and shows new skills such as mark-making. I love that the food is home-cooked and has a good variety as my daughter is a good eater and loves her food. If for some reason she doesn't like what is on offer, there are alternatives offered and food/drink is documented on the app. Thank you all.

Home From Home Children's Day Nursery truly is second to none. Their care is inclusive, nurturing, creative and educational. My little girl has thrived since joining Home from Home last year. The activities they carry out are engaging, age-appropriate and all designed to allow your little one to develop, explore and excel. The staff are so professional but maintain a friendly, caring approach to put you at ease that your child is having fun but most importantly, safe. Their communication to parents is exceptional with regular updates on everything from pictures of your little one completing fun activities to what your child has eaten, how long they've napped etc. The food that is offered is nutritional and balanced. And the environment is always so organised with themed activities every week. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and effort all of the staff put into the children at Home From Home. Highly recommend.

My eldest daughter has been attending Home From Home Children's Day Nursery Ltd since she was 9 months old. She is now 3.5 years old and in her final week as she is about to attend school full time. She has absolutely loved attending the setting and the care she has received has been outstanding. I have never doubted that she would be loved and cared for during her stays and the fact that the children are always learning and eating lovely home-cooked food is a bonus. The outdoor play area is amazing and you can see the effort that goes into the daily activities via the app. I'm devasted that her time is coming to an end but my youngest daughter attends and again has done since she was 9 months old. She is now 18 months old and cannot wait to go in every morning. The smile on all the children's faces as they are greeted by staff says it all. I always recommend Home from Home to any parents looking for a nursery setting. Home From Home is the best.

My husband and I visited lots of different, local nurseries for my son when he started back in October 2022 at 9 months old. Home from Home was by far the best. I liked the amount of play/activity space for each age group and the fact that each age group was clearly separated into different rooms. My son loves the staff who cares for him and he never fails to come home without a smile on his face. I like that the nursery uses an app so I can see uploaded photographs of my son and read regular updates relating to food, drink and nappy changes, etc. Despite only being almost 24 months old, he learns new things every time he attends nursery and it's fabulous training for when he will go to school. The carers and management are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

I could not speak more highly about Home from Home Children's Day Nursery. Our experience has always been completely positive, and I trust them wholeheartedly. I now have my second child here, having put my first child here too, and I wouldn't even consider anywhere else! The staff genuinely care about the children like they're one of their own, we get regular updates and lovely photos of them throughout the day, and I am always informed immediately about any issues. It's a beautiful setting, my daughter can't wait to get there each day. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone, I was so worried about childcare when thinking about going back to work after my first daughter, but I needn't have been. Returning to work after my second daughter was much easier because I knew what to expect with Home From Home and felt completely at ease that she'd be safe, cared for and happy. Both my children have thrived here, I am so happy we chose Home From Home for them!

Home From Home Day Nursery have cared for both of my children and I can’t speak highly enough. They are so nurturing and caring which reflects so clearly on my children’s eagerness to attend nursery. They provide detailed updates throughout the day and are always so helpful if ever I phone to speak to one of the girls. They provide a variety of nutritious food, a range of activities to help children learn and boost their confidence. I wouldn’t trust any other nursery with my babies! Thank you Home From Home.

I was nervous at the thought of sending my little lockdown first baby to a nursery back in 2020 but as soon as I visited home from home I knew I had found the right place. My child has Autism Spectrum Disorders and the entire staff especially the manager and one staff member have been nothing short of outstanding with the support and care given. Nothing has ever been too much. So when I had my second child last year I was not hesitant at all to ask for a place for him at the nursery also. Both children can’t wait to be handed over to the always happy and friendly staff when it’s their nursery days. Can’t praise them enough!

My daughter started her journey at Home from Home since she was just 9 months old and she has enjoyed every moment since she began to now almost 3 years old! The staff are absolutely amazing so kind and caring, and always welcome my little one to nursery with the biggest smile and warmest cuddle. Having the updates and photos throughout the day is so wonderful to see all of the wonderful activities and things she participates in. Management are always helpful and happy to help with anything if and when needed. Couldn’t recommend Home from Home anymore most definitely the best, like a part of the family.

Excellent nursery both my son and daughter have attended. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond. All meals are freshly cooked and prepared in a good variety. Lovely activities go on daily walks and have outdoor garden areas and soft play facilities. Would highly recommend it.

We absolutely love Home from Home. Both of us as parents and our daughter. She attends one day a week but absolutely loves the staff and gets excited when they greet us at the door. The communication, the care, kindness and love from the staff are second to none. Not to mention the amazing app that gives me such a lovely picture of her day/how it’s going. I can’t thank you enough!

My daughter started attending Home from Home when she was 11 months old. The nursery staff go above and beyond for the children and are absolutely fabulous. My daughter loves going there even though she is still very attached to me. I love having photo updates throughout the day and having info on what she’s eaten, what time she’s slept and when her nappy has been changed. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent nursery both my son and daughter have attended. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond. All meals are freshly cooked and prepared in a good variety. Lovely activities go on daily walks and have outdoor garden areas and soft play facilities. Would highly recommend it.
