Highly recommend Jack and Jill to any parent, they have been absolutely fantastic with my grandchildren. The children enjoy going to nursery and always talk about what great days they've had there.

We have always been happy with the care and support of staff at Jack and Jill's. Our Son attended and currently, our Daughter attends and we recommend it to our friends. The communication, in particular, is very good and we always feel like they have had lots of fun! Thank you, Jack and Jill's for doing what you do!

My eldest daughter was at Jack and Jill's and she was so happy there, it was a no-brainer to send our youngest too. Jack and Jill's are fantastic at understanding your child's needs and all staff are so friendly and supportive. Both my girls have benefited hugely and have gained confidence by socialising with other children and it's certainly helped by preparing them for school, whilst having fun! They do so many activities both indoors and outdoors and have wonderful facilities. We were lucky enough to have the chance to take part in the carnival this year on their float, and it was incredible. All staff, children, and parents had a fabulous day. Thank you, Jack and Jill's.

I chose Jack & Jill's as the nursery was close to my place of work. I was so lucky to find such a lovely nursery for my daughter. The staff are all brilliant in their own way and truly enjoy being around the children. My daughter has been here for almost 3 years and has enjoyed it. They have set her up so well for school too. The managers are brilliant with communication and all the staff is friendly, approachable and you can tell the kids love them. I will always recommend Jack & Jill's.

Both of my children attend Jack and Jill’s and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. They are so well loved and looked after. They always leave with a smile on their face and have always done something exciting. We moved away from the area but make the effort to commute there because we couldn’t imagine them being anywhere near as happy anywhere else.

Cannot express how amazing all the staff are and how accommodating they are for my son. The progress he has made since being there is just amazing and he has become so happy being there. He loves all the outside play and all the arts and crafts they do. Highly recommend, they are just brilliant.

My daughter has been attending Jack and Jill for over a year and she settled very quickly with all of the staff who look after her. Staff are hardworking and friendly and give updates on her day at the door and always good, efficient communication using their online tool. They have got to know her really well and she looks forward to going. They open from 8 am which helps with our work routine and easy drop/off collection in their car park. It’s helpful that they also provide snacks in between meals as she loves to get food. She also enjoys the messy play and craft activities as well as exploring their large outdoor spaces, several garden areas etc. The nursery also runs community-type events such as clothes swap and book library which is a nice touch.

Our son has been at Jack and Jill since he was 9 months old (he is now 2.5). They are a fantastic nursery. The staff are so warm and friendly and I always feel that they truly care for our son and each individual child. They have loads of great activities every day and our son loves his time there, he is always happy to go in and has made some lovely friends. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a nurturing, warm, loving and safe environment for your child.

My son has attended Jack and Jill's Nursery for over 1.5 years. The staff have been so flexible, accommodating and supportive including day changes, start dates, sickness, accommodating the changing needs of my son, and answering my queries and concerns in a supportive and professional manner. We love how the staff are so engaging with the children and genuinely enjoy spending time with them The facilities are well maintained. They encourage a range of activities with the children, and I enjoy getting regular updates on what the children have been up to. I also like how the children in the different age groups are encouraged to socialise too. My little boy obviously learns a lot because his range of vocabulary is amazing - I am often shocked by what he comes out with. One improvement I would really like is for the children to go out into the community a little more ie walking to the shops, or visiting certain places however I do appreciate this may not be an easy thing to do!

We have had two children at Jack and Jill’s. Our first son was 9 months old through to starting primary school and our second son is still there. We really love the nurturing environment there, the staff led by managemnt really care. We’ve found it reassuring the staff seem to be well settled and this gives continuity. Also, the activities seem well structured and we feel our little ones learn a lot from nursery. More than we originally expected. No hesitation in recommending it.

My 3-year-old son has been attending Jack and Jill since he was around 11 months old. They create a fantastic environment for developing the children’s social skills, and learning skills appropriate for their age- through fun play they all enjoy. The team are friendly, and enthusiastic and develop fantastic relationships with families. They use the app to update families on progress through the day - which I found particularly helpful when my son was younger, having milk/in nappies/ having naps. They give frequent progress reports over time so you know how they have been developing in the setting. Thank you to the Jack and Jill team!

Both my boys attend Jack and Jills, one is a full day with half days thrown in and the younger is a couple of half days. I cannot speak highly enough about the team and facilities there. Amazingly attentive and informative as well as helpful in all regards. The boys love going there.

My son has been at Jack and Jill nursery for 6 months. His sister went there from 8 months up to school age. The staff are amazing across the setting. Kind, enthusiastic, energetic and engaging. They truly help build the forming years of children’s lives. My son loves it. He gets excited as we pull into the road! Management is fantastic. Supportive and understanding, as well as doing the most they can to help if additional nursery slots are needed. Most importantly, they’re heavily involved with the children and are loved just as much as the other staff. Activities are fun and innovative, to the point where we’d love to go to Jack and Jill to do some of the things the kids do! You also wouldn’t know the next day that there’d been messy play the day before, it’s always immaculate. Can’t recommend this childcare setting enough. Despite my daughter not going there for the last 2 years, she still gets greeted with a hug and the staff all want to know how she is doing at school.

Jack and Jills have been fantastic for both my girls providing them with all the skills needed ready for school. Right from the baby room, they have been so supportive, caring and generally amazing! We feel beyond lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery!

I am so glad that I chose Jack and Jill Day Nursery for my son's first experience in an educational setting. He joined when he was three and was there for almost a year and enjoyed going every day. All the staff are lovely, and they got to know him really well. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled his food allergies diligently. They got to know my younger daughter too, and she can't wait to join them next year!

Our little boy started at Jack & Jill Day Nursery in April 2022 when he was 10 months old, and understandably, a scary time for us as parents, but the staff were so welcoming and facilitating! We had various settle sessions and really got to know the staff! They have continued to be so caring, kind and accommodating of our baby's needs (as well as ours). Our little guy always comes home suitably tired from days full of fun, which we love. The staff follow our routine as much as possible to provide that real home-from-home experience. The baby space is warm and welcoming! The next room also looks very exciting for when that time comes! Communication between parents and the staff is made easy via a parent app, and I always feel able to ask for updates throughout the day! We viewed a lot of childcare facilities when searching for the right one, and as soon as we viewed Jack and Jill, we knew, instantly, it was the right one! Thank you for taking good care of our son!
