The nursery is very caring, very clean environment, well-organised, always receive updates of my kid's performance on a daily basis which is very helpful. The only thing to improve is answering the door on time.

Our daughter, almost 4, started when she was 11 months. Our son, just over 18 months, started when he was 8 months old. Banana Moon Day Nursery Kempston is where we feel happy and comfortable to send our children. As any parent knows, this is a big deal; handing over our children. Banana Moon is a setting that supports and nurtures our children. A safe and happy environment for our children to learn, develop and thrive. If ever we have questions or concerns, these are always listened to, understood and answered. The staff engage in the wonderful diversity of the community, e.g. watching a Sikh groom arrive for his wedding, going to the local market to buy fruit or the local care home to engage with the residents. These are all life lessons which we're pleased our children get to learn from. I appreciate the communication from the team, whether diary updates, end-of-day handovers, calls if a concern and also the regular emails from the nursery with updates on staff, training events etc. It makes us feel included and valued.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. They were so considerate to my daughter when she was a baby, both to me and to her - they always kept me up to date, incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I was comforted by how well they cared for her. She is still there and about to turn 4 and they have nurtured her big personality and helped her overcome all sorts. She has made the staff at this nursery her 'best friends' and every time I drop her off they are there with open arms and full of life. I am due to send my new 10-month-old there and rather than being apprehensive about leaving her for the first time I am actually excited because I know she will grow and be nurtured. Their staff is what makes this place and the facilities are also great.

My little boy has recently started at Banana Moon. The staff seem to really care and have a lovely bond with the children. The children spend lots of time outside, which is great for them to burn off energy. They give lots of cuddles if my little one ever feels unsure at drop-off. The manager is very hands-on and knows all the children really well. She values parent’s opinions. The menu is good, and my son loves the food. There have been a few staff changes recently, which can be confusing, but I appreciate that these things happen. Overall, it’s a nice nursery with a family feel, which I really like.

The preschool manager is a specific, precise woman. She answered every question we had. She responds to our emails very quickly. The team of educators is always helpful and friendly. There is also a website with updates on our children's activities. We highly recommend this preschool.

Amazing place for our little one. He enjoys it so much at Banana Moon Kempston. Thanks so much to the team. Can't fault it - A star. Everyone at the nursery makes us feel as if we are family; it's an amazing and clean space. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Banana Moon is brilliant, and I would happily recommend it to other parents. Our 3-year-old is currently in the preschool room. He was previously at a childminder and since starting nursery his confidence has grown massively and he is so happy (and exhausted!) after each day. They have a great outdoor space where they spend a lot of time, and indoors there is dress-up, role play, music, puzzles, books, messy play and much more. In preschool, they have events like sports day and help them with their independence so they are ready for school. We viewed a few nurseries and Banana Moon really stood out as it has a home-from-home feel, the manager prioritises staff training and safety, the staff were all smiley, it's really clean, and they provide two hot meals. Luckily first impressions were right. Our son is very cared for, all the staff are lovely and he has formed such good relationships with them and the other children, plus communication from the nursery has always been good.

My son has been attending the nursery for almost 2 years and has never once not wanted to go. He’s established friendships across all the different age groups and developed strong bonds with the staff. His speech and confidence around others has developed significantly during this time and friends whose children don’t attend a nursery regularly comment on his progress compared to their own. The syllabus ensures learning is fun, from painting to cooking and in all weathers inside and outside. The in-house catering ensures all dietary requirements are catered for, particularly important with allergies. The app provides regular updates and photos of each day and the staff ensure parents are informed by phone about any slips, trips or falls. Quarterly face-to-face meetings with his “key person” are held, with ad-hoc discussions encouraged as required. Perfect preparation for primary school. I highly recommend this nursery, my wife and I confidently leave our son in their very safe hands.

Both my children attended Banana Moon Kempston from 14 months up to 4 years. We loved the layout of the rooms for varying age groups, and the accessible resources and were confident this was the right place for our kids. The staff are caring and enthusiastic and take the time to get to know the children, build their confidence and let them experience a range of activities and scenarios, from exploring nature, growing vegetables (pre-school), helping make cakes and who help develop a rounded approach which they feedback to the parents/guardians. My children were encouraged to be independent while practising walking up stairs, changing shoes, using cutlery, learning to toilet independently and when the time came, preparing for school. The eldest was so confident starting school as a result, despite none of her friends from nursery going to the same school. My youngest is excited to go after learning about school logos, colours and even visits from their staff. Highly recommend this nursery.

I love this nursery, I feel so so comfortable leaving my son in the care of Banana Moon Kempston. He always has a lovely time and I especially enjoy the app where I get loads of regular updates on his day.

Banana Moon is a place where my kids are happy and cared for. When you see your children with a big smile and running into nursery to hug their teachers, you know that this is a place where they feel safe and joyful. This is why totally recommend Banana Moon to everyone

Our daughter joined Banana Moon Kempston when she was 16 months old, back in January 2020. From our first visit, we just felt such warmth, the environment is homely, and the staff genuinely love and care for the children as if they were their own. We will forever be grateful for the sense of normality and routine that the nursery gave us and our daughter through Covid lockdowns; we would have been lost without you. Our daughter's confidence has blossomed beautifully over the past 2.5 years; her language developed so quickly as soon as she joined the nursery. Her social skills and inquisitive nature have been nurtured wonderfully, and she has made so many friends. We are so sad that she will be leaving to go to school in September but so grateful that the Banana Moon team has helped to shape the young lady that she is today and prepare her for school. Thank you for everything you have done for our little girl; she will miss you, and so will we. I would truly recommend this setting to anyone.

I highly recommend this nursery. Is the best place. My boy is here since he was a baby coming every day and now he is preparing to go at preschool. The staff are very friendly and the most important is that they really do a lot of activities for the children to help them develop. My son actually grew here and I was so happy to see him every day coming with new things learned. He never cried in the morning when I dropped him instead he was very excited to start a new day here. The food is so healthy and well prepared. The nursery is clean and with all that it needs for a little child to grow and develop in a healthy and good environment with lots of equipment and resources. They are very caring and they have safety measures in place Is the second home for my son, therefore, we are so sorry because we have to leave the nursery thank you very much to all of the staff for all support we received during this period, we hope we will have the chance in future to drop in the nursery and see all

My son has been at the nursery for a little under a year now and I cannot say enough about the level of quality. My son loves it and has the best days there, they keep us informed and up to date every day and have worked hard on his personal progression with walking, talking and interacting with those around him!

Banana Moon have been looking after our daughter for over three years now and it always amazes me how much she has learnt and continues to learn whilst there (she has even taught me a few things!). We will be so sad when she leaves this year for school. The staff are very approachable with any concerns you may have and are happy to help and support with any milestones you are teaching your child at home. I would definitely recommend Banana Moon to anyone looking for a fun, friendly and caring nursery.

My son started here when he was 1 and a half, he started in the baby room and now will soon be leaving to start school! I honestly can not sing their praises loud enough! Every member of staff has had an impact on my son's development and character, they have not only supported him through his early years but me too! Reassured me when I have needed it and given me guidance when I have asked. They have always respected and given great choices for his diet as he's vegetarian and dairy intolerant which is amazing! Never left out at snack times or even birthdays! My son loves his nursery and it will be very emotional leaving Banana Moon for us both! I know it's his next chapter with school but I wish he could stay forever where I know he's so well cared for and safe. Thank you for everything to the whole Banana Moon team.

My son has been at Banana Moon Kempston for 3 months now and I have already recommended the nursery to 2 of my friends, who also now send their children there. My little one has the best time at nursery doing a variety of things. The teachers are lovely and always so helpful when it comes to meeting his needs. I am kept updated throughout the day with what my son is up to and receive regular pictures too. So far, we’ve had a brilliant experience with this nursery.

My son started July 2020, an anxious time but due to work commitments childcare was necessary. Communication initially was easy the manager performed a Zoom call tour which was great and she was friendly and approachable. My son settled in so well, I get regular updates when he is at nursery. He is happy to go and has made many friends. Lots of interesting and fun activities are set up and he has developed so well and will be more than ready for the transition into pre-school because of the time he has spent at Banana Moon! Cannot speak highly enough of this nursery.

Banana Moon has been amazing since my some started last year. It took him a while to settle in but they assured me it always takes time before long he was loving it lockdown hit and he was off for 14 weeks. Taking him back in July he didn't want to go. But he soon remembered how much he loves nursery and all the girls are there too. I love it just as much as he does.

Banana Moon Kempston is the most fantastic childcare facility. My son is happy and thriving thanks to the fantastic team members. The staff are always so friendly and from the first day have always filled me with confidence that they’re taking excellent care of my son. The activities they do throughout the day with the children always look like such fun! The updates on the app are great, seeing how much my son is enjoying himself and knowing when he’s eaten, slept, etc. puts my mind at ease. The freshly prepared meals Banana Moon Kempston offers are fantastic. I was worried that as a vegetarian my son wouldn’t be offered a wide variety of nutritious meals but I couldn’t be feeding him better myself! 10/10, I would recommend for the amazing staff, the great facilities, the meals and the activities they do all day every day! Even through the struggles of the Covid-19 pandemic, their standards have remained high.

Banana Moon has been amazing since my some started last year.
