We joined Charlton House in Flax Bourton in January for our 1 year old. We have absolutely loved our experience. The communication is fantastic and you will always get a response via email that day. Our child is in Daffodils and the staff in there are helpful and kind. Our son absolutely loves going in and will often run off to say hello to the staff before we have time to say goodbye. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We looked around a few nurseries for our child but Charlton Nursery and its caring atmosphere was head and shoulders above the rest. Our little one absolutely loves going to nursery and everyone is so welcoming - we feel part of a family. The staff are amazing - there's always laughter and we are always greeted with a smile. Everyone has taken the time to get to know our son, and us as parents, which we really appreciate. Whenever we've had any issues with our little one, such as fussy eating or weaning off the dummy, the team have been super patient with him and tried lots of different techniques with him - plus they have all provided us with hints and tips as to help him at home too. Our little one has developed so much since starting at Charlton and it's all down to the great learning environment provided by Charlton.

Charlton Nursery has been such a great support and addition to my son's life! He's constantly learning and growing with the support, care and love. I couldn't ask for better people to look after him, he loves them all!!

My 2-year-old son attends Charlton Flax Bourton and has always loved it there. It's a great setting with lovely staff that make it feel like a home from home. A special mention for two ladies - they are both brilliant, setting the tone for the nursery and how my son's room is managed. As a result of my son's experience, I have friends who have also enrolled at the nursery as they have seen how much he loves it there. Thank you Team Flax for all that you do!

Charlton Nursery has been an amazing experience for our family. My son (3 years old) had to change nursery a year ago when we moved across the country, and he settled in so quickly. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and empathetic. It feels like a team effort, with regular check ins and reviews. They helped us with potty training and were supportive when he needed help with brushing his teeth. The outdoor space and activities are excellent and my son loves yoga, French and football. The daily menu is enviable too.

Our two daughters had their first week of nursery and all the teachers have been amazing with them, including the odd picture on the App to let us know they are happy. We all feel very welcome and they love their teachers.

The care and experience at the nursery have exceeded our expectations. The general manager is outstanding. The team pays special attention to the needs of each child. The facilities are great and as parents, we feel like we are involved and a part of the community. Our daughter has settled incredibly well due to the kindness and patience of the staff.

We decided on Charlton Nursery after our initial discussion with the manager. Her dedication to the children resonated with us. For the past three years, our son has attended Charlton Nursery. Our experience has been filled with various challenges, but the nursery staff made it easier. They listened to our opinions, and if something didn't work, we found a solution together. We had a view on how we wanted our son to be nurtured, and Charlton Nursery has been outstanding. They worked tirelessly to achieve the results we desired, and we are grateful for their dedication. He has enjoyed his French, yoga, outdoor activities, baking, the sand pit, water play, forest school, and the construction site, and enjoyed the food. Our son has flourished under their care. He is more independent, has found his voice, and has made friends. Most importantly, he is happy and school-ready. The care and nurture at Charlton Nursery have positively impacted our son, and our experience has been excellent.

We are very happy with the exceptional care our son receives at Charlton. Each and every person is kind, well trained, and gets to know your child properly. I feel very confident leaving my son in their care. Charlton is a lovely environment with lots on offer (music class and French for example) and always looks clean and well-maintained. We feel very lucky to have found this nursery, it shone compared to the others we visited.

I have 2 children at Charlton (one who is in Sunflowers and attended the nursery for over 3 years and one who has just joined Daffodils) and I have to begin by saying that in the 3 years, we have never had anything but positive experiences. My youngest recently joined the nursery in Daffodils room and has some more complex needs when it comes to feeding, due to an extended stay in hospital from birth. The entire team at Charlton have been nothing but completely and utterly supportive and reassuring. They made his transition into nursery seamless and bent over backward to make it happen. They've been amazing at communicating with me and the girls in daffodils have been so kind and patient in learning his quirks. We've already seen such huge progress in his eating habits after just 2 weeks and that's entirely down to the work the team has done with him. I have no worries about leaving either of my children at Charlton because I know they are in the best possible care.

The staff is warm, friendly, and truly invested in the well-being and growth of each child. The nursery provides a nurturing and fun environment where our kids are thriving and happy. We highly recommend Charlton Nursery Flax Bourton, for a positive and supportive early childhood experience.

I have two children at Charlton Nursery Flax Bourton and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the welcome and settling period, right through to the pre-school prep the manager and her staff do an amazing job at developing children at all stages. The staff is always prepared to give you their time to discuss your children and how they are individualising development for them with regular focus weeks on each child. There is a wide range of activities done so children can always find something they enjoy.
