My daughter has settled in the nursery really well. Staff are really friendly and she has warmed to her key worker really well. Outdoor facilities are amazing and my daughter goes outdoors in all weathers. So far my experience at Cleadon Towers has been great, although I do not personally pick her up, information is always relayed about what she has had to eat. Great nursery loving our experience so far.

Overall happy with everything. - staff friendly - nursery clean. - good location. My daughter is happy here so no complaints.

This nursery is absolutely outstanding. Normally I would have liked to see a rating of outstanding by Ofsted, however I feel that the nursery is second to none. The outside area in particular is amazing. The sandpit must be a nightmare to clean up after, but how fantastic for the children. The meals are not only healthy but varied and my child eats so well there. I know that his personal interests are catered to whenever possible (i.e his own project on robots). He loves to play on the PC. We both enjoyed the open day and I thought the igloo was amazing! They grow things in the garden and have little outings to the library etc. All round, this nursery is fantastic. I am so glad to have come across Cleadon Tower and the fab staff.

We visited the nursery (& many others) in July 2015. My son had a speech delay so this was an important aspect to address with regards to his learning. We felt that the staff were knowledgeable & confident answering our questions with regards to this & were happy to give us the time & attention we needed on making the best decision for our son. It was this open, honest, friendly & helpful experience on our visit that made Cleadon Tower our first choice of nursery & made them stand out from the rest. We left feeling that the staff would be able to support our son with his speech & that it was an environment he would thrive in. Our son started in Jan 2016 & we haven't been disappointed. We are happy that he has settled in and he loves the outdoor space. All the staff i have met are friendly & polite, & are lovely with the children. It was important to us that our son enjoyed his time at nursery so he could thrive, we are very happy with our decision to send our son here. Lovely nursery!

My daughter has settled extremely well into the setting, I feel this is down to the caring and supportive nature of the staff involved in her care. She throughly enjoys her time at the nursery and always looks forward to going.
