My daughter has been in twts since March 24. She has loved it from the very first day, she is always so excited to go and misses it when she has to miss a day. The environment is so nurturing and the staff really make every effort to discover their individual personalities and connect with them. From the moment she arrives at twts to the time she is picked up there is non stop engagement in activities to help them explore and learn. She comes home singing songs she has learnt on a regular basis. The day we finish in twts will be a very sad one.

Our third child has just started at the setting. We have such confidence in the setting and the staff and management, they have been so important in our children's formative years. They engage the children in things that are directed by them, that have a lot of meaning and are important to our local community and culture. Activities such as visiting the local shop to choose fair trade items and visiting the food bank encourage the children to learn about important issues and they teach them in a very clever way ensuring they remember them. The staff make so much effort to form meaningful and thoughtful relationships with the children and all of our children speak extremely highly of the setting (even asking to go in on the weekends!!). The staff deliver Welsh and English medium capably and our non native Welsh children are becoming confident in Welsh which is testament to their embedded teaching of the language. We will be forever grateful to the setting for our children's start.

This is my second child I have sent to Twts Tywi and I have to say the service we have received has been second to none for both children. My child has had the best care I could ask for and I have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. He really enjoys attending Twts and cannot wait to go in. They do loads of varying activities throughout the day with the children but also relate it to things they do outside of Twts at home with us. I think it shows a strong connection between Twts and Home. I really believe Twts gives them a great start to their education and has really helped to prepare my child to start school. I will be sad to see my child leave as it will be the end of an era.

My son is fully enjoying his time at Twts Tywi. The team there are great, friendly, open communication both ways and the setting is ideal for a child to develop naturally at their own pace, in a safe and friendly environment. Wholesome home cooked meals are given regularly throughout the day, and the app for updates is ideal way of staying connected and see what our son gets up to during the day. The children have regular trips around the area, also their outdoor setting is fantastic for the children to play in. Highly recommended.

Our daughter has thrived since joining Twts Tywi two years ago. She has made great friends and developed so much since starting here. She loves the variety of activities and learning opportunities provided and she is always excited to go. The communication with the nursery is excellent, we are always kept informed about our child's day and progress. But most of all, the staff are amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure our child feels loved and supported.

So happy with the care my two children have in Twts Tywi. It's such an amazing care setting, they have such wonderful activities every week for the children and always give them such a variety of activities to do. It's The staff are always friendly and welcoming with the kids. Both of my children feel very at home there it seems.

My child started Twts Twyi in January and settled in straight away. The staff are all lovely and really care about my child. He looks forward to going and is always happy leaving too. I would definitely recommend!

Can't thank the staff enough, my daughter has been there for 3 years till she started full-time school, she has learnt so much and gained friendships, the support I've had has been brilliant, my second child started in April and is loving it.

This our my second child and we were keen to send her to Twts Tywi after our son had such a positive experience there, even through Covid. We have not been disappointed. The nursery still gives fantastic attention to detail to each individual child, provides a variety of activities each day and communicates and updates via the app throughout the day to give me and my husband complete assurance that our daughter is happy and developing when she is there. Couldn't be happier.

Both our children (who attend the nursery and holiday club) always look forward to going to Twts Tywi and on many occasions, are disappointed that they have to leave! This speaks volumes as they evidently feel safe in the environment and find the activities fun and engaging. Both children have developed a close, trusting relationship with their key workers and the communication with us as parents via the app is second to none. The staff and management team are always professional and we as parents feel like we’ve invested in our children’s childhood by sending them to an establishment of such standard. We can’t thank them enough.

My little boy loves it here! He waves goodbye and goes straight in! I love the updates throughout the day so I can see what he gets up to, and they do such a variety of activities inside and out that he is never bored. It also gives me some ideas of things I can do at home with him. I genuinely cannot recommend Twts Towy enough!

Both our children have attended Twts Tywi and both have absolutely loved their time there. The staff are friendly and caring and are great at communicating throughout the day. Both the indoor and outdoor facilities are incredible and the manager and her team are always adding and changing the wonderful areas they have created. I would certainly recommend it!

Both my children have attended Twts Tywi and both have found it to be a nurturing and secure environment. Both children have loved attending and have been eager to go every day they attend. Both have developed strong friendships and become more confident and outgoing. So much effort is made to do lots of diverse activities and look at a range of topics. My daughter goes off to school full-time soon and we will very much miss the setting but it is a great form of comfort that the nursery also runs our after-school club as I know the children are in safe hands!

Absolutely wonderful nursery with so much for the children to do and explore. Very happy so far. I wish I could be 3 again and hang out there! Youngest has loved Explorers and eldest has loved the holiday club. So much investment in their fun and learning.

Twts Tywi is the best nursery we have come across and so grateful for how amazing the staff are with our little boy. We are welcomed every morning that our little boy attends with such a warm and loving welcome. We are updated throughout the day which I think is brilliant and so reassuring! We can’t thank the staff enough for their brilliant care.

From the first contact with the nursery, the director and the team have been fantastic, well-communicated, sweet and lovely. Always on hand if I have any questions. My daughter looks forward to going there every week, which in itself says a lot. The team are just fantastic and kind and I'm so glad my daughter goes to this nursery. If I'm honest, at times I'm quite jealous of her when I see what she's been eating during the day and picture updates of what she's been up to. I love that I get updates during her time there. I can see that she's having fun, interacting with others and learning little new things every time she's there. I can't thank the director and the team enough.

We have nothing but good things to say about Twts Tywi. Our son started almost a year ago and he has loved every day there. Staff are friendly and welcoming and always keep us informed throughout the day. Our child is happy when he gets there, happy whilst there and happy when we pick him up, which is exactly what we wanted in a nursery. The facilities are second to none and the experiences he has already had even before he is two years old are astounding. His skills are developing after every session and we believe this is due to the happy, warm and friendly environment at Twts, which makes him feel comfortable and confident. Thank you very much to Twts for making my return to full-time work easy. I fully trust the staff have our child’s best interests at heart and strive every day to build his character. What more could you want?

From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot fault Twts Tywi for everything they have done for our child. From day one our child has received 100% of their attention and we are kept in touch throughout the day with the app with pictures and messages if needed.

Our experience has been entirely positive from the point of registration to the day-to-day management and activities. Twts is a professional team with strong policies that enable a safe, nurturing and enriching experience for both ourselves as parents and our child. The activities provided are broad and whilst they are all play and experience orientated, they are supporting the development of our child in a fun place. Outdoor play has featured highly and investment in facilities means that this experience can be accommodated more easily in less ideal weathers. As parents we love our child to be outdoors, an environment in which we feel they thrive. Activities provided by third parties and off-site are also extensive. The team communicate very well and our child has no concerns going to any one of them. We feel very lucky to have found Twts, it’s a delight to drop them off each day knowing how rewarding their experience will be and without any doubt as to their care.

So happy with the care my two children have in Twts Tywi.
