A fantastic nursery, with staff who truly care about the children, their wellbeing and learning. Facilities are always clean, resources are updated frequently and my child is thriving under the care of his care workers. Healthcare and care plans via risk assessments are thorough and kept up to date. Overall, I truly believe the staff go the extra mile in creating a fun and safe space for my little one. Thank you!

My daughter absolutely loves her time at Busy Bees Bitteswell. She's come on leaps and bounds since she joined and the diversity of activities she undertakes is evident in her confidence and interest in pretty much everything. We're kept up to date on all she does throughout the day and at drop-off and pick-up it's clear to see how strong her relationship is with the staff - even those who she's not in direct contact with. I was anticipating it to take a little time to get her settled after Christmas but she was more than ready to go back. As she's there full-time, it was so important for us to make the right choice for her daycare and we couldn't be happier with the manager and the team.

Busy Bees Bitteswell is a great nursery. Both my children have attended, one of whom is still there. Both children love the nursery and the staff; the environment is very engaging and supportive and enables children to thrive. Communication is great and I am always very well informed, throughout the day I receive regular updates and photos which is wonderful! The nursery sets up the little ones very well for their transition to the different age group rooms as well as for the big transition to school.

Busy Bees Bitteswell has been outstanding. From initial contact through to starting and beyond, every member of staff has put our concerns, issues and general worries at ease. Our daughter started when she was 11 months old and from day one, has thoroughly enjoyed going. She has specific dietary requirements which we were concerned about but from the first day, the in-house chef has created unique meals and snacks which cater to her specific needs. We are so grateful for how much she has improved with her eating and how much she enjoys her meals. The care and effort of each member of the team is exceptional. We couldn't ask for anything more from our nursery provider.

My daughter has attended here since she was 9 months old she is now 3 nearly 4 and will be starting school this year. It will be such a shame to say goodbye to the staff there when the time comes! They have been supportive, caring, open and honest and I have never once felt that I didn't make the right decision placing her there. The staff are brilliant. My daughter has such a close bond with them and I'm always collecting her with a huge smile on her face. My daughter has benefited from their support and we would honestly recommend Busy Bees Bitteswell to everyone!

My daughter (9 months now) has been at this nursery three months and she has come on leaps and bounds. The staff reassured me from day one and nothing is too much to ask of them. The manager is outstanding and you can approach with any issue. I cannot thank this nursery enough for everything they have done already for my little girl.

We are very pleased with the nursery and the care provided to our daughter. The staff are kind and attentive, offering a wide range of activities and ensuring the children are served nutritious meals. If I may suggest a minor improvement, it would be great if Busy Bees HQ could consider enhancing the outdoor activity area - perhaps adding a playhouse or similar features. That said, we are, overall, very happy with the nursery.

My daughter started at Busy Bees last year at 9 months old and we had a bit of a rocky start however the new manager that has recently taken over is absolutely amazing. It feels like a home away from home, it feels like the staff are very happy and the whole place has a relaxing atmosphere. They really care about the children, remembering little details about what your child likes and dislikes! I am a very protective mother and do not have any babysitters or anyone looking after my children so to tell you I feel so safe and happy that my daughter is here is a huge statement!

My son started nursery at Busy Bees Bitteswell in September 2023 at just past 12 months old. He's always been a sensitive, high-needs baby and I was worried about how he would cope. Well, I absolutely needn't have worried at all. My son is so well looked after, and it is so clear that all the staff that work in his room absolutely love him (and all the other children they work with) and are passionate about their jobs. We receive great handovers each day to let us know what he has been up to, and the app also helps keep my mind at ease that he's okay during the day. He sleeps and eats amazingly at nursery, I swear he has a better diet than me! There are always plenty of activities for the babies to be engaging with, and I am astonished at how quickly he is learning, growing and changing every day. I couldn't be happier with my choice to send my son to Busy Bees Bitteswell!

I can’t praise the staff at Busy Bees Bitteswell enough! Not only have they helped my little boy develop amazingly over the last 12 months, every single member of staff has supported my little boy while going through an extremely tough time with illness. I can honestly say I go to work knowing he is safe, and being well looked after by an amazing team. Thank you to everyone at Busy Bees.

Great nursery, the girls are all brilliant with my son. He is definitely thriving there. The app is a big bonus too, so we can see exactly what he has been up to during the day, meals/nappies etc.

My grandson has been attending this nursery for just over a year now. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful in all aspects of their job. My grandson has had some health issues and every time he’s had an episode at nursery the staff have stepped up to help him taking everything in their stride. They are all friendly and always smiling and happy and Grandson counts it as his second home.

The staff at Busy Bees Bitteswell are nothing short of incredible. I have seen so much progress in my child’s ability to interact with others and in her communication skills since starting at the nursery. The staff are always so kind, caring and conscientious - you can tell that they put their all into creating magical moments for the children in their care. Despite my child initially finding the adjustment to nursery difficult, having only spent time with parents/grandparents prior to this, she is now thriving and always says she has had ‘so much fun.’ I would recommend the nursery to anyone!

My son has been at Busy Bees Bitteswell for over two years and prior to this, my daughter was at the centre for nearly 4 years. It is a fantastic nursery with an amazing group of staff and management team who offer the highest level of care to the children. There is a wide variety of creative activities, resources and learning opportunities that are tailored to the children’s interests and experiences outside of nursery. Thank you to the whole team at Busy Bees Bitteswell, you are brilliant!

We are so glad that we chose Busy Bee’s Bitteswell for the childcare of our daughter. The staff are all amazing! They are friendly, and caring and always have a smile on their face. We love seeing and hearing the daily updates along with pictures of what our little one has been up to that day. Causing mischief no doubt! The communications received are fantastic and there are never any problems contacting the centre should we need to. We take a lot of inspiration from the activities done at the centre helping us learn ways that can help our child develop. We love that all of the food is made freshly on-site. I have considered joining them for lunch on more than one occasion as the menu is that good.

Our one-year-old is in the baby room. He absolutely loves his time at the nursery and has built close relationships with the staff. He is well-stimulated with a range of activities that are engaging, seasonal and child-led. His independence is strongly encouraged, particularly around feeding himself and taking risks. Most of all, I am extremely happy with how safe and cared for he is.

My son has attended Busy Bees Bitteswell since he was 9 months old. He’s moving on soon as he starts school but I can’t thank the Busy Bees team enough for the care they have given. I couldn’t think of a group of better people to help bring up my child. He has learnt so much. I can’t credit one individual because all of them are just amazing. Thank you so much!

Our daughter has now been at Busy Bees, Bitteswell for approximately five months. We have watched her develop and grow and generally go from strength to strength in all aspects of her learning and development which we absolutely put down to the phenomenal staff team. All we have come into contact with, show a genuine investment in our daughter's well-being and potential. Staff and management are always available and approachable for discussions/updates which is so important considering our daughter started nursery so young and changes so quickly! We love the daily updates we receive from the nursery in terms of food, fluids, naps and photos of activities, just gives us added peace of mind that she’s having a good day whilst we’re at work. The updates throughout the day are always alongside a thorough handover at the end of the day and we love hearing about the varied activities she has participated in throughout the day. Beyond grateful to of found this in our eyes faultless nursery!

Been with the nursery for around six months now. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough to support the children. The facilities are very good and strike an excellent balance between being a safe, but fun environment.

We moved both children to Busy Bees from another local setting and the transition has been easy and smooth. The centre director has been efficient and supportive and communicates well. Settling sessions have been offered and the staff have all been welcoming and friendly, they have made such an effort with the children. The setting is clean, plenty of equipment and there are a lot of fun and educational activities for the children to do.
