View Full Details of Bear's House Day NurseryThis nursery is absolutely brilliant and my grandson loves going. We have never had tears or anything when we leave him. The setting and staff are brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. The nursery owner is very friendly but also very professional. She has the children's wellbeing and happiness as a priority every time. We wouldn't use it anywhere else for him.
My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She always talks positively about each member of staff and always comes home telling me all the fun she has had, she always has a different story to tell each day. The nursery is really thriving and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who asks for suggestions.
I cannot fault this nursery at all. The care they provide to my grandson is second to none. All the staff are approachable and obviously care so much about all the children there. My grandson can't wait to go every morning and comes out smiling when I collect him each day, usually with hands full of pictures and paintings. I would 100% recommend the nursery to anyone looking for somewhere.
Our daughter has been attending Bear's House since she was about 10 months old. She's now nearly 4 and we couldn't be more proud of the little girl she's growing into. The staff at Bears House have been so supportive and have nurtured her wonderful personalised. Giving her the opportunity to grow in confidence in her own time. We highly recommend it.
Been blocked on a social media platform, so here we go. One thing I will say is always trust your mother's instinct. When my daughter started nursery in January I pulled her out after a few weeks. She completely changed, so unsettled, screaming in the night about not going to nursery. Wouldn't walk up to nursery, would just cry when it got mentioned! She was given oranges when allergic to citrus. Her key worker left, I was never informed of this changed and I pulled her out to then find out the members of staff play tricks on newbies and this has come from a staff member making them get children ready like their parents are there and then saying it's only a joke. This will have broken my baby's heart, I know it! Children was falling at my feet the day I decided to pull her out after I had seen not one, but two members of staff tell the children to just get up and you could clearly see one of the children was hurt, no comfort, just told to get up and stop climbing on what they was. Not to mention you can't step foot inside.
Very professional and friendly staff. My son now loves to go to nursery and has gained a load of confidence and is always learning new things. He has really progressed since attending Bear's House Day Nursery and is always well looked after, I would highly recommend!
I can't recommend this nursery enough! The staff here are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the little ones. My child loves the engaging activities they offer and I appreciate the open communication with the staff. It's such a relief knowing my child is in good hands here. A fantastic place for kids to learn and grow! I've noticed a massive confidence change in my child and he has learnt so much so quickly. His speech has rocketed since starting and he already knows all his shapes, colours and numbers all before the age of 2! I can't be prouder of how well he is doing.
My daughter has been at Bear's House Day Nursery full-time for eighteen months now - she absolutely loves it. She's well cared for, gets along with all the staff and is always happy there. It's her second home and I'm hugely appreciative of the care and attention she gets. Thoroughly recommended.
My daughter started here at the beginning of September and I can already tell she is enjoying her time there, her key worker is lovely and my daughter feels really comfortable around her. I can't really comment much on her progress there yet as it's only been a few weeks but I have heard from friends that their children have progressed well here.
Since starting at Bear's House I have seen my grandson's confidence grow massively. He really enjoys going to nursery to see all his friends and has great bonds with all the staff. He comes home showing us the dances, and songs he has learnt and seems to have learnt a new word every day. The staff are all very friendly and reassuring to my daughter who was nervous to leave her son. Would highly recommend Bear's House.
My son attends Bear's House, and it has been amazing for him and me as a parent. The super friendly team takes amazing care of my son. All his progression and activities are documented as well as all his artwork. They are saved in a file so that I can view what he has been up to and make notes. My son is happy, safe, and thriving and that's all I can ask for when he's not in my care. I can not recommend Bears House enough!
I have two 3 year old twins that have been going to Bear's House since April 2022. They absolutely love coming to nursery and they are really good with learning new strategies and ways to help my little boy who’s recently been diagnosed with autism.
My little girl has honestly progressed so much since attending Bear House. I love that she feels so at home when she goes in - she’s usually very clingy but she has felt so close and welcome at nursery that she runs in with no looking back! They do so many activities with her to develop her in every way, I never thought a nursery would put so much into my child, I wouldn’t want her to be anywhere else.
Both my children attend Bears House Day nursery and have for well over a year now, the children have bonded really well with the staff and they have good communication with me before and at the end of the day. I also love the app that they use so I can access any information, newsletters, pictures and activities. Would highly recommend, my girls have come on leaps and bounds. Lovely setting.
My daughter is currently in the age 0-2 section, and the staff have made such an effort to bond with her and settle her in. I love receiving pictures of her doing activities, and she has really benefited a lot from attending from nine months old. The nursery is clean and well-presented, and my daughter loves the food she gets there, as I'm often told she's a good eater! I really like that they take the kids on days out occasionally, as not all nurseries do that, but I think it's brilliant they get to explore further. Overall, very happy with her attending here and cannot fault the service - would highly recommend!
