View Full Details of Lynton House Day NurseryOur son joined Lynton House when he was approaching 3 and he stayed in the nursery for 2 full years till he started school. It was definitely the best choice and absolutely the correct decision that we made. Our son started without knowing English, on top of that he never joined any play groups during the Covid period so his social skills were so poor, the staff welcomed the challenge and helped him to settle in with full love and care as well as their knowledge and skills. That care and love lasted throughout his days in the nursery, and the love and care were not just from the room he was in, it was from those in other rooms, and from the management team who are sitting in the nursery office! If you are looking for a place which is running beyond just a business, but with passion and love, then Lynton House ticks the boxes!
We have two children who have attended Lynton House since they were 10 months old. One has just left for school and the other is currently in the toddler room. It truly is a special place. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your child is happy, cared for and at home there. All staff, even those who don’t work directly with your child, know them well, making you as a parent, feel secure that everyone is invested in your child. I would highly recommend this setting if you are looking for a safe, loving and nurturing early years setting with highly experienced staff. It was literally the best decision we made!
Lynton House team have been an extended family for 7 years. Our daughter's last day is today before starting school, and we've only positive things to say about everyone there. All the staff are so friendly and supportive, both to our children and to us as parents (esp. on those days when our hearts were being tugged at by crying children who didn't want us to leave). The setting is fantastic, and the baby rooms (from memory) very calm and safe. The cot room was an amazing space and we were surprised how well both our children slept when there! As our children have grown, the transitions to each new room have been very well planned and supported. All the staff are friendly, and you feel the genuine care and love from them for each child, and we'll be sad to not see them by a part of our children's lives. The confidence of both children has grown because of the nurturing approach, and their skills in life and readiness for school have been very well supported. We very highly recommend it.
Couldn't recommend Lynton House Day Nursery highly enough. Our 2-year-old son loves it there, the staff and management team are amazing and the facilities are excellent. Staff are providing children with a lovely environment, creating a wide range of activities and encouraging to learn and grow. They also have a lovely spacious garden for outdoor activities.
My daughter just graduated form Lynton Day Nursery and safe to say she will miss this wonderful setting so much. She started in the baby room as a very nervous and shy little lady and has truly blossomed over the past few years thanks to the nursery. The staff are amazing and they do a fantastic job ensuring your child not only has a fantastic day but she continues to develop and reach her milestones. We will really miss the nursery and I would highly recommend it to any parents in the area.
We looked around so many nurseries in Epsom and the surrounding areas and Lynton House had an incredible feel from the moment you walked in. It’s a beautiful stylish well-maintained building. Management are fantastic. The carers are all lovely and caring and fun. Both my children formed incredible bonds with their key person. They have a lovely garden area which they use multiple times of the day. Food is good quality and variety and they cater for allergies and intolerances with ease. There are regular photos sent home of your child and parents evenings to keep informed of how they are doing. I recommend Lynton to anyone who is looking for a nursery and am so grateful we found such a brilliant nursery to care for our children and help us bring them up so well.
We are so sad to be saying goodbye to Lynton House. My child has been so well looked after, so loved. The facilities are top-notch, the routine completely agrees appropriate, but what sets Lynton House apart are its staff - thorough, dedicated, caring. I couldn’t fault them in any way!
Lynton House is a wonderful nursery, full of kindness, warmth and fun. We sent both our children there and I have only positive memories and would always recommend it to those thinking about where to send their children in Epsom. The stimulus for the kids amongst all age ranges is great. They are never short of new and fun activities to do and it is clear there is so much passion and care amongst the staff. I am utterly grateful and always will be, to my children's 2 key workers in particular who built such a wonderful nurturing bond with my children and brought so much joy to their days. They really try to create a sense of family within the nursery and I always felt incredibly at ease knowing the children were in their care. It's a special place.
Our daughter loved each and every room at Lynton House. The room staff were professional and welcoming, providing a real family atmosphere whilst promoting learning and development. The staff took time to really bond and the relationship built between carer and child was evident through each room. This also meant that staff could provide meaningful updates and suggestions on personal development. The most resounding endorsement of Lynton House was that our daughter loved attending. Her enthusiasm for nursery days made for not only a happy child but also for a happy mum and dad. We have already reserved a spot for our new-born!
We looked at seven nurseries when choosing a nursery for our twins. Lynton House blew the others completely out of the water. Not just due to their impressive facilities and outdoor space, but from a caring and professional perspective. I sensed this as soon as we entered the nursery. Our twins started at Lynton when they were 22-months and left when they were 4 years' old. When they started at Lynton, they were very shy, especially my daughter. The staff were superb with both of the children and couldn't have supported and cared for them more. They started primary school this year and have settled in extremely well, and I know a great deal of this is due to the support and guidance they received from Lynton. I always felt they were safe, stimulated and engaged. The food is of extremely high standard, home cooked and nutritious. The children thoroughly enjoyed the different activities, such as football, forest school, and trips to parks. The staff are truly wonderful.
When we moved to the area, I was very apprehensive about settling our son into a new nursery at 18 months old. From the very first day, the staff put my mind at ease and made it incredibly easy for our son to settle at the nursery. The facilities and opportunities to develop the children at the nursery are outstanding. Most importantly, the staff and management are absolutely incredible and make sure the children feel secure, happy and settled. They take the time to understand what each child is interested in and tailor activities to suit individuals. My son was very happy at Lynton House and still has very happy memories of his time there.
Our daughter joined Lynton House when she turned one back in 2017 and she has had the most wonderful three and a half years there. You can really put your trust in the staff who are all experienced, nurturing and, most importantly, kind-hearted. My daughter still talks about the staff so fondly. The rooms in the nursery itself are warm, inviting and full of fun, educational activities. The garden is a beautiful, inviting space, perfect for little explorers and the food is healthy and nutritious. Our daughter is a happy, inquisitive and well mannered little girl and I truly believe Lynton House played a big role in contributing to these elements of her personality. In September, she started school with confidence and, again, we have Lynton to thank for this. Lynton House always felt more than just a nursery to us; you genuinely feel part of a family. Our new baby is already signed up to start in September 2021 and we wouldn’t have even considered sending him anywhere else!
Lynton House is the loveliest, warm, happy and wonderful nursery. Our son spent many super days before leaving to go to school this year. From day one, he was right at home, the teachers are amazing. The activities are varied and fun from rugby to forest school, painting and cooking. The nursery is gorgeous with amazing facilities, and the communication with parents is fantastic. I absolutely love Lynton House and the fabulous team who work there.
All three of our children attended the nursery, two of them from as young as 7.5 months old. It is an absolutely beautiful nursery! All of the staff, from key workers and room leaders to the wonderful ladies in the office, are magnificent; it is the one and only place where we could leave our children with the full knowledge that not only would they have their basic needs tended to, but that they would be shown love and friendship along the way. Not once did I spend any of my days worrying. We first chose the nursery due to the fact that it presented itself as a much calmer, wholesome family feel to the others we viewed; an environment we deemed to be perfect as a home from home for our young and developing children. We have only recently moved on, and look back with great fondness at the time we spent there. The photos gifted to us so beautifully illustrate the amazing time our little ones had, and even us parents greatly miss the staff whom we formed wonderful friendships with!
I cannot put into words how lovely this nursery is. My daughter started here in January 2019 and settled in instantly. She had already been attending a nursery in Wimbledon but when we moved house she had to move to a different nursery. Initially, I was worried about this transition but the staff at Lynton were just amazing and my daughter loved it from the start. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My daughter learnt so much while she was there. She only attended 2 days a week yet her development was noticeable, for example, she learnt rhymes for days of the week and months of the year - I was so impressed. If anyone is looking for a nursery in Epsom and the surrounding area, I would be surprised if you could find anywhere better than here. I would have no hesitation recommending this nursery to anyone who asks. My daughter recently left to attend school however, whenever we pass Lynton in the car, she always asks if she can go back - she loved it.
From the second I entered Lynton House I felt completely at ease. We were greeted by the office staff who then introduced us to the room staff. Everyone was so warm and friendly. We were shown around and I was impressed with everything. The room was beautiful, the garden was lovely and more importantly, the children looked so happy. Our foster child truly had the best time at Lynton. Her confidence grew quickly she learnt so much from the wonderful team and we will always be truly grateful.
Our son started at Lynton House back in 2017 when he was 11 months old and has always been so happy there, a decision that we have never regretted. The staff are fantastic, really caring and great role models. The environment is very welcoming with superb facilities, fun and engaging activities and delicious home-cooked food. Our son left Lynton in 2020 to start school as a confident, inquisitive, caring and fun child which Lynton House played a massive part in. It is also the small things that make Lynton House such an easy choice; ample onsite car parking, secure buggy park, freshly cooked food, trips to local parks and shops, activities designed around the children's interests, regular outdoor playtime and daily feedback. We feel very fortunate to have been part of the Lynton House Family and our son misses nursery, the staff and his friends very much.
My daughter and son both loved Lynton and the whole family are sad to say goodbye. My son has just recently left to join his sister at school. We all miss the care, attention, fun and warm environment Lynton provided. From when my son joined at a year old to three, the attentive staff really built their care, play and nurturing into building a warm and loving environment as a baby to growing him into a confident happy little person. We would highly recommend Lynton and all the lovely special people who make it outstanding.
Our son started full time at Lynton House in August 2017 and he settled so quickly, all the staff from the reception/office to all the carers have been amazing and I can't speak highly enough of them. They were so welcoming and friendly and our son has thrived, every day he surprises us and his development has come on in leaps and bounds. They do so many different activities and take into account what each child is interested in and what they have been doing outside of nursery and try to incorporate it into their day. Our son eats better than we do and the menu and variety is great. So relieved to have found this nursery and to see how well our son is doing and how happy he is.
Lynton House Day Nursery is the best nursery that I have come across. Words can't describe how happy we (parents) are. I am extremely grateful that it was opened at the right time. It made a huge difference to my daughters life, my personal and work life as well. My daughter used to attend a different nursery and I had to take her out of there, as I had no trust in the staff. We love Lynton and their staff.
