My little one absolutely loves going to nursery and with it looking like that she has special needs she gets so excited about seeing her teachers and little friends, she has come on so much since starting nursery and everyone is so kind and nice.

My daughter attends 2 days a week for a full day and she absolutely loves going day in day out, always coming home with a smile on her face and loves her key worker, the nursery is brilliant with all parents and children and I wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you.

The staff at the nursery are consistently lovely to my daughter, she loves going into nursery and is always happy to see them. She has come on so much in the last few months and I have nothing but praise for the staff and nursery environment.

Brilliant nursery and lovely staff. Always feel liestened to and the girls have created such a great environment for my boy. I'm really happy with my son being at this nursery. They always cater to his specific needs.

I have always had a positive experience with Kids Planet Litherland. When my daughter started in babies class, one staff member in particular was amazing and quickly built a good rapport with her. My daughter enjoys attending nursery and the staff are always kind and helpful. One staff member in particular in tots is excellent and very helpful. Sometimes the apprentice staff who are learning don't seem to have the same rapport with children/families but understandably they are learning. The app they use is great and helps you to see what the children are eating, it would be great to know what snacks/fluids they are having but unfortunately the app doesn't capture this. Sometimes with the app, the meals don't get uploaded until the following day when my daughter is not at nursery, I understand the staff are very busy but it would be helpful to know what she has eaten on that day. It would be nice for new/covering members of staff to introduce themselves, as when I pick my daughter up, sometimes it's staff I have never seen or met before.

Lovely nursery and nursery staff have been great settling the children in, especially in the rising 3's room. I find that some of the office staff do not appear that friendly or approachable though. My children have been happy and have had fun.

My daughter has been in the toddler class since September and has progressed so much in a short amount of time. The staff always have a lot of time for my daughter and will discuss how she is getting on both before class and after class. I have found that the staff have really helped me when it comes to preparing my daughter for her new baby sister. My daughter's key worker is brilliant at keeping me up to date with how she is getting on with her skills each month and will always tell me things that need improvement so that we as parents can assist at home also.

Absolutely lovely nursery. Staff were fantastic, especially one staff member in particular. The level of support I received from her with my SEN children, I couldn’t have asked for better support, everything from EHCPs to additional funding was provided for my babies. Best decision ever sending them to Kids Planet.

My son went to this nursery for two years beforehand he had never spent time away from me. I can not find enough good words to say about this nursery and its staff, they are amazing, my son is non-verbal they always went above and beyond with him from understanding him without his words to feeding him when he only eats certain foods to helping me with forms, helping me get my son into a specialist school we would have been lost without them. My son would not be at the stage he is in life now without them. If I could have kept my son in this nursery till he was 16 I would have. I could thank them from now till the end of time and it would still not cover how grateful I am for the stuff they did for not just my son but me too. Amazing place, I cried my eyes out the day my son left even to this day we go past this nursery and my son gets excited thinking I am taking him there.

Really happy with the activities provided and the progression between the rooms, the excellent communication with parents, the lovely outdoor area and the lovely staff who are always happy to help and greet my little one with a smile every morning.

Really happy with the service provided with the nursery. This is my second child here and I love how supportive they are in helping my kids grow.

My son has attended Kids Planet Litherland since he was 8 months old, he is now 3 and a half years old and loves nursery! The staff all know my son very well and are very friendly and supportive. Activities are used to engage and support his learning. My son has a complex allergy and chef and staff are great at ensuring he is catered for and does not miss out. Fantastic!

The nursery is a wonderful place. My son is engaged, happy and cared for. He makes weekly progress in all aspects. Staff are kind, conscientious and generally excellent.

My child has a wonderful time when he attends nursery, he is more than happy coming in and always goes on about having such a lovely day. The staff are lovely and approachable and always happy and helpful.

Since my daughter started at Kids Planet, she has done nothing but thrive. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is ever a bother to them. My daughter has come on in leaps and bounds and I would highly recommend this nursery.
