I couldn't be happier with the care my child has received from both Baby Room and Tweenies. The staff at Monkey Puzzle are very welcoming, loving and attentive and I have seen my son flourish so much. Our son adores all of the staff, and his development has come on leaps and bounds since joining. The management team deserves a huge thank you for their unwavering support from the start. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels valued, supported, and happy.

My baby has been attending Monkey Puzzle for a month now, and I am really happy with the way she has settled in. The staff are highly trained, loving, and caring, which puts my mind at ease when I am at work! We can keep track of our child through a well-designed app, which is also great for anxious parents like myself! Help and advice are also offered to parents when it comes to child development and the nursery works with parents to keep children happy and safe which is the number one priority.

We joined Monkey Puzzle Catford in January 2024. They helped settle our daughter gradually, despite her separation anxiety. The staff have been so lovely, warm and welcoming and we love to interact with them on pick up and drop offs. The photo updates clearly show her having so much fun with all of the activities they do with the children. Would highly recommend.

We are very happy with our son's experience at Monkey Puzzle Catford. The staff go above and beyond to come up with fun, educational activities for the children to engage in. Foor seems varied and nutritious, they have good outdoor facilities and have been very supportive with SEN needs.

My son started at Monkey Puzzle at ten months and has just started primary school, with my daughter now just in the baby room. All the way through nursery, the staff have been absolutely amazing with genuine care for their welfare and happiness, which makes leaving them there so much easier. The environment is safe and so fun for the children - pre-school was definitely good preparation for primary school, with a huge shout out to the team for making learning so fun and for being such positive adult role models! Thank you!

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle, Catford for over a year now and we couldn't be happier, because he couldn't be. He goes into the toddlers' room every morning with a smile and a wave, keen to see his friends and the fantastic staff who teach and care for him so brilliantly every day! We had the same experience with both the baby and tweenies room with extremely caring and competent staff who reassured us every day that he was in safe hands. We can see how confident and independent he is becoming and love seeing photos of the activities they've been doing each week. The garden area is fantastic - safe an enclosed and really makes the most of the space. Honestly can't recommend this nursery enough and feel very lucky to have found it. Thank you!

My daughter has been attending for six months now and absolutely loves this nursery. The staff in the babies and tweenies room are fantastic and caring. The office team and management have been great as well whenever we've needed anything. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Great friendly, loving, kind staff. Baby and tweenies room staff are good at what they do, when I leave my child I don’t feel worried or scared, the place is not smelly or dirty and a good atmosphere. Thank you and also the Mother’s Day treat today was wonderful, very glad I was able to attend, eating with the children, meeting other moms, it was good. So far my experience with you is good.

I'm so extremely grateful for the positive transition my daughter has recently had between rooms. Baby room and Tweenie Room staff are a credit to the setting. They care for the children with passion. My daughter waves goodbye to me happily, and that's if she isn't already greeting her friends, with me long forgotten for the day! Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of my heart.

I choose this nursery after my maternity leave so I could go back to work and my son has been loving every day. The opening times are really great and the options of car park is really convenient in bad weathers. All the rooms are always clean and they always send update emails regarding staff changes and any other updates. I always recommend this day-care to my friends as I know they look after the kids really well and look out for any improvements and support the family as well.

My child has been attending this nursery since he was 10 months old. I have found this nursery to be really supportive of families and it provides a safe, supportive and progressive environment for children. The children learn so much and the staff support children through all stages like walking, potty/toilet training, literacy, communication, maths, phonics. I would recommend this nursery.

After a lengthy search for a good nursery, I finally came across Monkey Puzzle in Catford after few of my friends recommended this nursery to me. Now my daughter has been attending this nursery for a month and she is as happy as ever, waking up every morning looking forward to it. Staff are friendly, attentive, easy to communicate with and very professional.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Catford is a great nursery. Our daughter has attended for two years now and loves it. The staff are attentive and compassionate and the nursery seems like a really fun place to be. The day is structured really well and information provided at the end of each day is really helpful. The staff have also managed incredibly well in a difficult year, and the nursery has continued to feel like a safe and welcoming space for children.

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Catford since he was one. He always looks forward to going to nursery (although it’s now pre school as he thinks he’s very grown up!). His confidence is incredible and I think this is down to the nurturing that he gets at nursery. In the morning he barely turns to say goodbye as he marches in for a day’s excitement.

My daughter has a wonderful time at nursery every day. She runs in the door in the morning and gallops out at night, always in a lovely mood and ready to tell me as much as she can about her day. She is almost 3 now and has been there since she was 14 months old. She is pretty good with numbers and can count to 15. She loves the garden and the mud kitchen and has been teaching me nursery rhymes. The staff genuinely care and are always cheerful, which is so important. I happily recommend this nursery.

Our son is now 4 and has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Catford since he was 1 year old. He's progressed from Tweenies to the Pre-school and has always bonded with the staff in each room. He is very happy at Monkey Puzzle and always looks forward to going. From day one he came home buzzing after nursery and loves to share what he learnt in a very animated way. The staff are simply fabulous. They are so supportive and provide a safe and encouraging environment. They are friendly and approachable and were amazing throughout the pandemic. Management is very communicative, keeping us well-informed of what's going on at Monkey Puzzle. The food is varied and my son eats everything there. It has a very warm and homey feel that is down to the staff. The kids get lots of time in the garden, which is a good size with plenty of activities set up (on rota). We couldn't be any happier that we chose Monkey Puzzle to take this journey with us. It really helped me feel at ease going back to work.

Both my children attend Monkey Puzzle and I cannot recommend it enough. The nursery’s greatest asset is its staff. This includes those who work with the children on a daily basis, who really care for them and for their development. It also includes the senior management team who we have known for a number of years now and who have done an exceptional job through 2020 keeping the nursery open and running so well. Anyone who leaves their child with the team can be sure they are receiving the best of care.

I moved to the area in September 2020 and this was my favourite nursery. My daughter always leaves and goes in happy and with immense enthusiasm. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The creative ideas and activities the children do cover vast subject matters and I always look forward to when my daughter brings her work home. The food provided is varied and has really encouraged my daughter to try new things.

The staff are very nurturing to my daughter and I never have to worry about her care when she’s at nursery. She has been attending this nursery for over 3 years and she loves it! The staff are respectful and attentive to my child. My daughter’s development has come on leaps and bounds, due to the support and encouragement from the staff at Monkey Puzzle. My daughter (and myself) will be sad when the time comes to say goodbye to the nursery and all the wonderful staff.

My son started attending Monkey Puzzle in January and l loved the standard, right from the first day l went for a visit at the Nursery. Two members of staff were welcoming and they show me around the Nursery. All the staff members are very friendly and very brilliant, they care a lot for the children. They always keep me informed about any new development and changes on time, level of communication is excellent.
