My daughter changed nurseries to Kidzrus, The Lodge and I couldn't thank the staff enough for settling her in and making her feel content. I feel confident leaving her at the nursery knowing she will be well looked after for the day. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter's been at this nursery since she was 9 months old. The staff have been absolutely amazing from the baby room right up to toddlers which she is in now. You and your child are always welcomed with a lovely smile. I did find it hard making the decision to send my daughter to nursery, but this was the best decision I made as I know when I drop her there she is looked after just as well as I'd look after her myself. 100% recommend.

After a tough start with another nursery, Kidzrus has completely restored my faith in early childhood care. My toddler started in September after being at home for over three months, and although he struggled with the transition at first, the staff were incredibly supportive. His key worker created a personalized booklet with photos of the staff and his room, which helped him adjust quickly. Within a week, he was no longer crying at drop-off, and a month in, he now happily waves goodbye with a smile. The team has been wonderful with our gentle parenting approach, especially during toilet training. Communication is excellent, with regular updates and activity suggestions that he loves. I feel completely reassured knowing my little boy is in such a caring, engaging environment. Kidzrus truly feels like an extension of our home, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent seeking a nurturing, attentive nursery. 10/10.

There are no complaints. Would just like to see what my child is eating throughout the day. We were updated throughout the day when he was in the baby room but now we haven't had one since he started in September.

The Lodge is an amazing nursery! My son has had such a wonderful time here over the years and has thrived so much. All of the staff are very welcoming and kind-natured. We are sad that his time is now over, ready for the next chapter but would highly recommend this nursery.

Since being at the Nursery/Preschool, through to the professionalism of all the workers, my son has really come out of his shell in terms of learning, speech and being able to be open in a group setting. As working parents, it's hard to do all the activities at home that The Lodge has done with my son and because of that, he's become a very open and playful boy. They've always taken into consideration his dietary requirements, his needs and his development with regular updates on his progress. Every time we've been to drop off or pick up my son, The Lodge has been very clean and tidy. I've never noticed the nursery ever being anything other.

My little boy is due to leave next week and I'm going to miss each and every one of you and so is my boy! The support and guidance throughout the years have been second to none. The effort put into events especially the graduation they've just done for our babies such a special memory for parents! Thank you for everything you guys have done.

My son attended Kidzrus 12 years ago. We had such an amazing experience with the nursery, that my daughter now attends. She has been at the nursery for nearly 2 years. She absolutely loves it and enjoys going to nursery. The staff are brilliant, my daughter has food allergies and they go above and beyond to ensure she can enjoy the foods that the other children do. On multiple occasions they have provided free from alternatives. The staff and management are welcoming and brilliant with the children. The security at the nursery is spot on. Definitely a 5 star review from me, I have had 2 children attend the nursery and friends and families children attended past and present. They all have nothing but good things to say. I feel comfortable knowing that my child will be safe, looked after and having fun at nursery as well as learning and socialising with children her age with fully trained members of staff.

Lovely nursery, staff are all amazing and very caring and friendly. Very clean setting and my son really enjoyed it. Overall I think there could be more days out included for funded children for example trips to libraries and, parks as this only seems to be done on the days when non-funded children are in. And food choices and portions could be better for the value of money being paid each month for this. The outside space for preschool isn't that great it's quite small and restricted compared to the downstairs.

I viewed a lot of nurseries and we went with this one. The inside of this nursery is absolutely amazing always really clean it has such a homely feel to it. The staff have been brilliant everyone who works here is so lovely, kind and caring. I would most definitely recommend this nursery 10000× over to anyone who asks!

Beautiful nursery, all the staff is so pleasant and professional, and warm with the children. On each visit, they interacted with the children and cuddled them. My daughter absolutely loved going and it made it easier for me to take her as an overprotective mum! Definitely a nursery to send your little ones to if you want the best for your child.

The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and warm. It's clear that they all really care about my son and the other children at nursery. He absolutely adores coming here and is really happy. They support his learning and development, and he's made great progress since starting. I like that they are always improving their facilities, such as creating an outside art gallery and provide additional support to parents, e.g. sleep and toilet training sessions. Would highly recommend.

Our child started nursery at one year old, after his first year at home as a Covid baby. He had barely met anyone, let alone been in any setting like a nursery - to say I was nervous about him starting was an understatement. It turns out I had no reason to worry. Even in what were such complicated circumstances, the team did everything to make the transition safe and stress-free - and that ethos carried on throughout the whole time he has been there. He is 3 now and about to leave for preschool as a thriving, confident and sociable child - so much of this I can credit to how the nursery has nurtured and supported him. Our son has loved his time there - the staff make a great connection with the children, there are great play facilities, a real focus on learning through play and my son eats better than I do(!).

The caring staff, child development, and excellent facilities make it a standout nursery. The staff at Kidzrus are truly exceptional. It's clear to see the genuine affection and patience they show each child, making sure all children feel loved and secure. The nursery boasts a bright and spacious facility with well-designed classrooms and play areas. Each room is thoughtfully arranged to stimulate children's creativity and curiosity. It's been incredible to see our daughter flourish whilst attending the nursery and has gone from a shy baby/toddler to a confident, social, chatty little girl in the time she's been there. My daughter skips to nursery everyday! We'll be very sad for her to leave this week, but sure she's been given a great start by Kidzrus and more than ready to progress in her next steps. Big thanks to everyone at Kidzrus!

My daughter had been in the nursery since she was a baby. I’ve loved the welcoming and cozy environment from the beginning. The staff are lovely and we were very happy with the nursery. I cannot recommend it more!

I’ve sent both my children to Kidzrus The Lodge and have always found the care fantastic. The staff go above and beyond and I truly feel that they appreciate each and every child. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Kidzrus has been a great place for our child. The staff are friendly and professional and the setting is supported by the broader Kidzrus brand. The web application provides one place for us to access information including updates on our child’s development progress, invoices and even accident reports.

Absolutely love this nursery! My daughter has been attending since she was 1 year old - she’s now almost 4 and ready for school in September. They have been so supportive to my daughter, especially her key worker! I can talk to her keyworker about anything, she is so open and honest and kind to my daughter. I really couldn’t fault anything about the nursery. I’ll be sad to see her leave!

The staff at The Lodge are all amazing - they greet the children every day with great big smiles, individually knowing each child and able to ask questions specific to their family and lives. They make each child feel special and safe. As a parent, I was so worried about sending my son to nursery when he was 10 months old. My son is now 2 and a half years old and he loves going to the nursery. It’s clean and safe and the staff are really well trained in health and safety, education, safeguarding, development and inclusion. As a family, we have had some health issues and the nursery staff have gone above and beyond to support us as parents and also our son - putting on special sessions within his room to help him understand hospitals, visits and treatment and have even ordered special books and doctors kits to aid his understanding of this. I cannot speak more highly of the setting. They always support us with a conversation if there are any concerns, questions or specific support needs.

Absolutely lovely nursery, all the staff are so friendly and caring. My daughter loves it. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I feel at ease leaving my daughter with them and have done since the day she started.
