My daughter joined the Ives in September as a 'Duck'. We have found everything about the nursery to be wonderful: The staff are so friendly, nurturing and accommodating. Pastoral care has been excellent. My daughter settled very quickly and with ease and we put that down to the pre-start home visits and the staff's personal approach to each child. The facilities are excellent. There is a lovely outdoor area which the children actively use daily and my daughter has had the opportunity to partake weekly in Ballet, Tennis, French, Art, PE, Music and Forest School. The early bird and after school club options allow full coverage of childcare across the working day and these sessions are with the whole school - my daughter loves the opportunity to interact with the older children. We have noticed our daughter's independence, confidence and communication skills flourishing since starting at the Ives. I cannot recommend the nursery enough, my only regret is not starting her earlier!

Our daughter settled into The Ivies within a few days, she loves it so much. It's a great nursery for nurturing and building confidence and independence. There's a lot of space for running around, both inside and outside, and a lot of lovely activities and I love hearing about what they've been up to and seeing updates on the app. Everyone is so friendly, caring and attentive. The after school care has been great for the odd occasion when we've needed it and they have been very flexible. Every day when we pick up our daughter, she's full of smiles and laughter

We couldn't be more pleased with our daughter's development and how happy she is at this nursery. It's a credit to this wonderful school and their staff! The extra activities provide a wonderful opportunity and our daughter feels so settled and always talks about her key worker with such affection.

My daughter is absolutely thriving at this nursery. She has been attending since the age of 2, now in her final year as a Duck. She happily skips in each day and enjoys a wide variety of activities. Interactions with staff are brilliant, lots of lovely updates and brilliant email communication. Could not recommend more.

The Ivies is such a wonderful nursery, perfect for building confidence and preparing children for the start of school. The care they give is outstanding and you can drop them off each day safe in the knowledge they will have a lovely time playing, learning and socialising.

My daughter has really enjoyed being part of the Ivies and St Ives school. She had only just turned two when she started as is August born, so I was initially worried about her being the youngest there, however she settled in really quickly and the home visit we had before she started really helped her become familiar with the teachers. She always comes home smiling and has made some lovely little friends there. She especially enjoys Forest school, tennis and ballet which is on offer. The all inclusive setting means she gets to mingle with younger and older children which is also a lovely dynamic in the nursery. She'll be starting reception at the school in September and being part of the nursery is making the transition so much smoother than anticipated with move up mornings coming soon and more allocated time for phonics and maths now that she's a moved from being a "duckling" to a "duck".

It's the only nursery my son looks forward to going to. This is his third! The staff seem very caring. They know the children well. The after school care provision is very flexible which is really helpful for me.

I have had two children attend the Ivies and absolutely love it as do they. The staff are warm and friendly and are always in tune with the children's needs both emotionally and developmentally. I can't recommend the nursery enough.

Such a lovely nursery! My son is so excited to go in to see his teachers and his friends everyday. Lots of great activities and outside space to play. He feels more confident and excited about learning and the teachers are amazing at giving feedback and guidance.

My son has attended The Ivies Nursery for just over a year and we are beyond happy with the service, care and support that the Nursery provides. Our son always comes home happy and full of stories of the fun activities that he has taken part in each day. The staff are always friendly and go above and go above and beyond.

My daughter has settled into the nursery really well and I love the setting and all the staff. The new manager has been a great new addition and her management style is excellent. She is so approachable and genuinely cares for all the children and staff and wants them to have a great experience. My daughter has been potty trained at nursery within the last few weeks with no fuss whatsoever. I’m really looking forward to another year at the nursery and to see how much more my daughter learns and improves over the year. Keep doing what you’re doing!

This is a wonderfully warm setting, where children are nurtured to encourage their curiosity and start their love of learning. I couldn’t rate the staff more highly. They have taken such great care of our little boy.

Wonderful learning environment, combining really good structure with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and fantastic opportunities for play. Our daughter is very happy and we can see she is developing a positive approach to learning and enjoys her days with staff and children. Her key worker has been amazing!

Our son loves his days spent at The Ivies Nursery and runs into school each day with a smile on his face. His initial settling-in experience was handled sensitively, with the kind and caring staff ensuring that he was happy and confident in his new surroundings. The nursery staff are wonderful and work very hard to create a nurturing environment for the children, with lots of fun and engaging activities and experiences. He also enjoys all the extra lessons led by the specialist teachers from the main school, such as French, Music and PE. It is a real benefit to this Nursery that the children can experience these activities. The Ivies Nursery is set in beautiful grounds and the children spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors which we love and was an important factor in our decision making. We highly recommend The Ivies Nursery and are very happy with our choice of where to send our son.

My son started at The Ivies Nursery in September 2022 and he settled in very quickly. He absolutely loves it. Everyone is so caring and attentive. He has already learnt so much. Cannot praise this nursery enough.

Our daughter recently joined The Ivies and settled in immediately. She’s always excited to begin her days at nursery, where the facilities are outstanding, and there’s a weighting towards outdoor, adventurous learning. The staff are welcoming, and the breadth of topics they learn and cover is second to none. Being sent updates of what the children will be learning the following week is very beneficial as this allows us to take the highlights home. Having tried a couple of nurseries previously with our daughter, so far, we couldn’t rate The Ivies any higher.

Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. They really do go the extra mile for each child, recognising their specific individual needs and how their development and their view on life is introduced to them through play, nature and friendship.

Our daughter and son have recently joined The Ivies. They both settled in immediately and absolutely love it. The settling in process was thorough and played a huge part in making moving nursery a smooth transition. The staff are warm, friendly, supportive and professional, and have created a welcoming, inclusive, fun and educational environment. Highly recommended.

The Ivies, Haslemere is outstanding. Both of my daughters have flourished there. The staff are fabulous and I feel my daughter is learning and playing. She adores it there and that's a real testament to the care the Ivies provides.

The Ivies, Haslemere has been a fantastic environment for my son. They are given independence in a safe environment and lots of play outdoors as well as free and structured play indoors - a really great balance. Great preparation for school with phonics etc. The staff are wonderful, my son loves them like extended family, they are professional and very warm and friendly and I trust them implicitly to do the best for my son.

The Ivies, Haslemere is outstanding. Both of my daughters have flourished there. The staff are fabulous and I feel my daughter is learning and playing. She adores it there and that's a real testament to the care the Ivies provides.
