I brought my son to this nursery 14years ago to date and could not fault their professionalism and support. I am now returning with my daughter I know they will do a great work with her too. Thank you Northend.

I can't recommend Northend Nursery enough. Both of my sons attended and I've had nothing but positive experiences. I chose Northend after seeing how comfortable my eldest son felt during a visit - the staff were warm and welcoming. My second son had a speech delay and the nursery's staff worked with him patiently, laying a solid foundation for his development. Now, two terms into reception, he's reading and I'm so grateful for their support. When I was pregnant with my third son, I had late hospital appointments and the staff kindly kept my second son until I could pick him up. Their understanding meant a lot. The only downside is that the nursery isn't open five days a week since COVID but this didn't affect us. I'm so thankful for all Northend did for my boys. If you want a nurturing, supportive environment, this is the place.

My child attends this nursery and I am so happy with the care he receives. Every member of staff is so friendly and approachable. Nothing is ever too much for any of them and I am so pleased with my son's keyworker she is so caring and helpful with everything.

The nursery is a lovely, friendly and very professional place. The staff are very welcoming and I can see my grandson loves being there. They are really working hard with him as his speech is behind and it's improving all the time. The reaction between the children and staff is wonderful.

In a time where the cost of childcare (especially in London) can be prohibitive, Northend has been an absolute miracle. They have kept costs affordable for working parents rather than taking advantage of the 'London tax'. The staff are constantly friendly, welcoming and caring. When we first came to Northend our son was only a few months old, so leaving him for such a long time was naturally a nervous experience. The first day when he came out absolutely beaming and having had a wonderful day, we knew we had found the right place. Our experience has only improved with time too. The app used to communicate is very helpful, and the care and attention given to every child is truly exemplary.

Would highly recommend this nursery, the love and care they give the children is beautiful to watch. The garden and play areas are amazingly clean and tidy. My daughter has flourished since attending this nursery and always looks forward to going.

I am very pleased with the level of support given by staff in looking after our son and his speech and play skills have really improved over time so, l do believe the staff are doing a great job. More grace to your elbow. Cheers

Thank you so much to the staff members who look after our children here at Northend Nursery, we have noticed massive improvements in our daughter's abilities, there have been really tough challenges that are met with an answer by the staff members who really do 'home in' on the problems our daughter comes across (such as, brushing teeth). The staff members are always warm and welcoming at all times and do their absolute best to help answer our questions, I know it's difficult sometimes but you really can see the development/improvements in our child's speech/communication... our daughter seems to have a better understanding of the world around her and how everything works... sometimes I will say wow because she is so smart at understanding certain things. Again, thank you all staff members! Your work is being recognised and truly appreciated by myself and surely many others! Warm Regards.

My son started this nursery in September and I can't express how much my son has enjoyed going. The improvement in his speech and social interactions has improved massively! The staff are lovely and very welcoming and take good care of Ellis. The early years assistant educators are amazing with him and are brilliant staff! He loves every day at his nursery.

The staff have been absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and confident to leave my little bubba. They are on hand to answer your questions and they clearly love what they do, which gives me peace of mind as a parent that my baby will be well cared for.

Northend has been a fantastic nursery for my children and I have felt at ease knowing that they are well looked after by staff. The communication that I receive throughout the day, via the app, is very reassuring, as I get updates on how they're doing, as well as notifications if there have been any accidents. The staff genuinely care and it's clear. The pandemic has affected many businesses and the nursery has unsurprisingly had its share of challenges. As we move forwards and under pressure to return to 'normal' life, the current 4pm finish creates problems with work, as it restricts the number of days we can go into the office or work effectively from home whilst parenting. We need more communication and empathy on this as I'm sure many parents are facing questions from managers as to when this will be resolved. I would hate to have to move from Northend due to this, but it's becoming increasingly likely that we will be forced to. It's a real shame as the kids have and are thriving here

Gives updates on child's development periodically. Keep parents informed on what's happening in and around the nursery. Daily face to face communication with parents on what child's activities and participation were like, including food intake when we pick up our children. Good observations when they notice something different about your child.

My son started preschool after the Easter term and coming from nurseries and, childminding backgrounds myself, I was anxious about sending my son to any setting due to the agency workers, apprentices and practitioners in general. My son absolutely loves Northend Nursery and showed the most interest in this setting despite viewing a few others, he has settled in so well and tells me how much fun he has and how kind the staff are which is lovely and reassuring to hear from my 3-year-old. All staff appear very genuine, caring and supportive on a whole and are very informative at handover at the end of the day.

All the above excellent staff, really happy and pleased with the care. Staff are very polite and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone. I am just really happy as are both of my children. An excellent nursery on every level.

I'm very impressed with everyone and everything at the nursery! My daughter loves going to 'school' in the mornings. I also find the app very useful, I love the daily/hourly updates.

My daughter has been at this nursery for over a month now and has settled in really well. The staff are supportive and understanding and help the parents to adjust too. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

Excellent nursery, the teachers are lovely and caring. I love the nursery because they keep us informed about the progress on the app—good job to all the teachers. The management and staff are friendly.

Really helped with my child's growth and development. Lovely teachers who help to pick up her speech and behaviour and help and ideas to take home to help her. The teachers are very friendly and very very helpful. She loves all the food and always eats it and always comes home with a full happy belly.

Lovely nursery friendly staff and my daughter loves going here always helpful my son also attended this nursery when he was younger for several years and he also really enjoyed going to this nursery I would recommend I already have and a neighbour of mines children now attended here

Great team within the rooms, my child has settled very well over the last year. The app is very helpful. However, since February 2022, the nursery has reduced hours to 4pm finishes, and this has caused a very big inconvenience.
