View Full Details of Star Bright Day Nursery RomfordI can't speak highly enough of Star Brights. My daughter attended from 1 until she started reception and my son has attended since he was 2. The staff are caring, helpful, professional and hard working. They do lots of fun activities with the children and both my children have enjoyed attending.
The staff at Star Bright Nursery are wonderful - they are warm, approachable, and highly professional. They also take the time to communicate with parents regularly, offering updates on progress and being open to any concerns.
My daughter left this nursery in August after having an amazing year with Star Bright. She had grown so much within herself with all the staff support and guidance it was such a pleasure, my son now attends and he also is learning a lot and growing with the most helpful support from your nursery and we all appreciate you guys very much. Thank you so much for helping my kids grow and learn and be even more wonderful.
My daughter was going to this nursery for around 3 months and my experience there was not good. Every time I picked my daughter up she was thirsty and hungry. Her nappy hardly ever got changed, one day I picked her up and she was screaming in pain, I checked her nappy and it was full of poo and her private parts were so sore. There were 3 occasions where I picked her up and she had poo in her nappy. I had a meeting with the manager regarding how sore she got this particular day and she could not believe her eyes when I showed her the photo. This is the reason I had to switch nurseries. The staff are polite but do not think they really care about the children. My daughter used to cry every morning when I dropped her off and was very hard to leave her. The best thing I did was move her to a different nursery. Would not recommend this nursery!
I have been a customer with Star Bright Day Nursery for around 5 years, my first daughter attended this nursery from 2 to 4 years old, my second daughter has been attending since a year old and my son will be joining in September. I cannot say a bad word about this nursery, they are warm and welcoming, and if there is ever anything I need to discuss they are always available to chat, my children are and have always been well taken care of by all staff members, the manager knows who she wants working in her nursery, she always seems to keep on top of everything perfectly. If I have any more children I will 100% send them here without question!
My son has attended the nursery for three months. He started when he was nine months old. He has settled in really well. The management team and staff have all been so lovely. Such a good nursery.
I would like to express my disappointment in this nursery. - every morning I have dropped my son and they let us wait, sometimes, 20 minutes before taking him inside. - almost every day, I have found a full round piece of carrot on his stool (my son is one and a half), and the same food is served. - they make me pay for the uniform, also if he did not need to have it since he is less then two, I have asked for the refund that arrived after one month and after four emails to the finance team, but still he had to have part of the uniform, which was too big for him. - finance team very rude and slow. They didn't give me the deposit back because I had to remove, suddently, my son from the nursery, I found it very hurtful after I have told them that I am struggling with money. - I found a baby bite on my son's back and he had three injuries in one month. Only positive thing was that there are two nice and lovely teachers.
My daughter went to Star Bright from the age of 8 months and I couldn't find a better place for her to start with. The team is very welcoming and friendly, their programme and activities are very good and they communicate well with parents. Also, the garden is lovely! I would highly recommend their services.
Such a high standard of care for my child and all others. I am always updated about my child's progress and care. The management can't do enough, and the positive atmosphere is apparent as soon as you enter.
My son goes to this nursery since February, he loves it. Lovely staff, easy location, he has a good time.
I started taking my son to nursery when he was nine months old. I was anxious about leaving my son at nursery until I visited Starbright. When I was shown around it felt warm and homely. My son has now been at the nursery for nine months and he loves it. I can honestly say leaving him at the nursery feels like leaving him with family. Staff care about him and never make me feel like he's a chore to look after. They helped me get him into a routine, making suggestions and comment on his development. I did not expect for a nursery to help me raise my son. The manager is flexible and always tries to help fit him in for extra days when I get called into work. My emails get replied to quickly. The nursery opened when the snow hit which showed how committed they are to the children. I love this nursery and would highly recommend it.
