Both of my children attend the nursery and my eldest has been there since she was 10 months old. The staff are all excellent and really take the time to get to know all of the children, this is evidenced in how comfortable all of the children seem with the staff. The children participate in a wide range of activities and are always being encouraged in their learning. Parents are kept updated via the app as to what their child is doing each day which is great and so reassuring. Staff at the nursery were incredibly supportive and helpful whilst my child was potty training, which made a challenging situation much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Our two boys have been coming here since January and they have both improved massively. The staff are always so enthusiastic from pick up to drop off. When our 18 month old is a bit upset going in, they're always there to cuddle him right away and it soon stops. Food is good and varied and we are regularly updated through the app on what they have eaten along with pictures of their day so far. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My children absolutely thrive at this nursery. They come out smiling ad happy every day. The staff genuinely care about all the children and engage them in various activities. I enjoy the numerous updates posted on the app as it reassures me that they are settled.

Since my son has started nursery I feel he has come along way, he has learnt so much since he started in 2022 and has gained so much confidence. He is always happy & smiling when I pick him up so that always makes me feel so happy knowing he has had a fab day. and very settled. He loves the staff and I know he is being well looked after and safe when he is in their care which is important.

The staff at the nursery are all amazing. The lady that cooks all the meals provides healthy + delicious food. My daughter loves it there. The nursery is clean, welcoming + puts a lot of focus on learning + building relationships My daughter loves playing with everyone + cant wait to go. Would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our son enjoys attending this nursery. He has built a strong bond with the staff and enjoys the variety of activities and resources. The nursery keep us updated with his learning and really care about his wellbeing - all done with a friendly, positive attitude.

My son has attened Old Station Nursery for around 18 months. The staff have been amazing. I am also checking the app for updates on how my little boy has spent his day. He absolutely adores the staff and they are great with him. As a mother I am assured he has a loving, caring team supporting him. Thank you for all you do.

My daughter goes to nursery here and it is lovely. I have never had any concerns regarding the level of care she receives. She loves attending nursery and her days are full of fun activities. They are very accommodating to her needs and support her all the time. They always keep us up to date with what she is doing during the course of the day. Staff are wonderful!

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She's greeted at the door by her friends and the staff are very engaged and welcoming - especially on days she's a bit reluctant for me to go. We are kept up to date on staffing with photos so we know who our daughter is with. The setting is always clean! I feel my daughter is in safe, fun hands here.

The nursery has great staff who have always been transparent with our daughter's day at nursery. They have also been great with her once starting potty training and have always been available for a cuddle if she is feeling a bit nervous.

Both my children have attended for 18 months and have shown great achievement in all parts of their development. The staff at the nursery are always informative on pickup, and always approachable. We are very happy with how our children are excited and happy to attend and have made many friends and gained friendly relationships with both children and staff members. Would recommend to any friends and family for their little ones.

The Old Station Nursery is incredible, I cannot fault them, they work brilliantly as a team to provide the best care for the children, they all have great relationships with the children and are enthusiastic as soon as you walk through the door until the moment you walk out, the management team are great if I have any concerns or worries they will rectify it quickly and are always available to chat to. They continuously put care notes throughout the day of when your child has been changed, eaten or doing activities to keep me updated on my child. My child really enjoys nursery and I can trust that they give excellent care when I'm not with her. They have different menus that rotate throughout and the meals are nutritional and look nice. They always abide by safeguarding policies and procedures.

My son has been going to The Old Station Nursery Bromsgrove for 12 months and he's come on leaps and bounds. I'm very happy with the nursery throughout and all the staff are brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery.

My grandson attends the nursery and he has been welcomed and is well known by all of the staff and they are able to meet his needs. When he comes to nursery he is settled as they have got to know him. When I arrive to collect him, I am always asked for a password if a new member of staff doesn't know me. I feel it is like a 2nd home for my grandson and he has come on leaps and bounds and the staff are happy for me to stay and play with him for a period of time to make him feel secure with them when I drop him off and when I come to collect if he is playing with something they welcome me to stay because he loves it so much he gets upset when I try to take him home as he is playing with his friends.

Overall experience has been excellent. Child enjoys time at nursery, and gets to learn through activities with friends. All staff have been very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

My son has been at nursery for nearly a year and has been really well cared for right from the start. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and caring. My son obviously feels safe and happy there which is so reassuring as a parent. He loves the activities they do and the staff have been supportive of his development. They also offer term time-only places which helps us as a family.

On the face of this nursery, it seems to be an exceptionally good one. However, my son started in January and every day he attended there was an accident form to sign. It turned out there was another child constantly hitting my son. I had conversations with the Area Manager as well and the Manager and Deputy Manager. They separated the children for a week and the hitting stopped but as soon as that week was over the hitting started again. I asked the staff to have a conversation with the other child’s parents but they were hesitant about that but eventually did it, to find out that child needed to be safeguarded. The nursery staff didn’t think to do this themself which in itself is concerning and it took me, a new parent to the nursery to say this is what needs to be done. The staff there strike me as unbothered and only really there to get an income. I would say if you don’t genuinely have an interest in this area, simply get a different job!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over 2 years. The management and staff have always been welcoming and approachable. Communication with the nursery is excellent; they regularly send out newsletters, the app provides info on my child's daily activities, including what she eats and a picture. Staff take the time to get to know the children. My daughter engages in a variety of fun activities and messy play, which she absolutely loves. As a parent, I've also appreciated being able to participate in workshops at the nursery alongside my daughter for occasions like Mother's Day. My daughter has formed a strong bond with her key worker who she refers to as her best friend. This speaks volumes about the nurturing environment. I have watched my daughter grow into a chatty, confident and caring little girl during her time here. Choosing this nursery has been one of the best decisions I've made for my daughter. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Outstanding nursery. They really go above and beyond to help and support you and your children. Highly recommend. No problem is too big, and I feel my child is safe and well looked after. I feel my son has come on so much being here - couldn’t be happier

This nursery is fantastic. My son loves attending and has made some lovely friends. He loves all of his teachers. The management has been great in supporting my family when we needed to increase his hours at short notice. The activities are great and the newly refurbished garden, and I can tell they do lots of reading, as he always talks about the new ones he learned. Great location too in the town centre. Highly recommended.
