This nursery is appalling if a child is not a seamless developer and my
child is not. In addition to inexplicable excuses for huge bumps on my
child's head from a fall straight into a gate, to my child getting
sunburnt and not receiving the reviews on development in conjunction
with the requirements, the nursery decided to undertake a review of my
child on the last day at the nursery without informing me as the parent.
Secondly, the owner after 5 years of attending still had no idea who I
was and made no effort to improve things. For the most part, staff are
young and inexperienced. This has changed a lot since COVID and the
turnover of staff is exceptionally high with no organisation. Management
of this location is poor and they do not help the children prepare for
school and the change in environment. Phonics development is poor too. A
very disappointing experience
