Both my kids went to LR Apsley from the age of 1 until primary and had a fabulous time! The staff are fantastic, it's like a home from home and it's great to have such a lovely outdoor space to play. The manager is very focused on developing their early reading, writing and maths skills in pre school to prepare them for primary and provided loads of fun, educational activities to achieve this. The kids formed close bonds with the staff and felt very safe and happy to go in every day. Thank you LR Apsley team for a wonderful preschool experience!

My son went to Little Raccoons from age 3 until going to school. We were nervous to send him to nursery after being with us or grandparents for the first 3 years of his life and didn't know how he would get on but the nursery and nursery staff were amazing, we needn't have worried. They really did become his second family. The staff were excellent at helping him settle in and we watched him grow in confidence and develop in his learning so much, his school teachers have commented on how advanced he was with his numbers and writing going into reception. Throughout his time there he was incredibly happy, made some lovely friends and still talks very fondly of nursery. Our younger daughter is due to start here shortly and we are excited to be part of the little raccoons family again.

My son started Raccoons when we first moved to Apsley in 2023 and he loved it immediately. The team are so friendly and they welcomed him and helped him adjust to our new surroundings. He's was a very nervous child but they helped build his confidence. They are great at communicating throughout the day with updates on food and activities and prepare the preschoolers so well for school. My son really blossomed thanks to the team here, and started school a happy confident boy.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for 3 months now and I can already see a lot of progresses in her motor and social skills. It was difficult for me to leave her there in the morning at the beginning, but now I can see how happy she is to go and this makes me feel much more comfortable! Staff are very caring and flexible, and they always send me lovely pictures of what my daughter does during the day which is so important to me, as it makes me feel closer to her! Well done Little Raccons Staff!

My little girl has been attending Little Raccoons for nearly 2 years. It's a fantastic nursery with kind, caring staff and I feel confident leaving my daughter here. She has thrived over the last 2 years, and the team have really supported us particularly with her talking, potty training and confidence. The daily updates on the App are brilliant, I know what's happening day to day and how she's progressing. The range of activities is great, so much fun whilst learning, and my daughter loves all the arts and crafts. I really like how the parents can get involved too eg coming in for special days, little gifts for parents..We'll be sad to leave when school starts in September!

My 2-year-old has been attending Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley for around a year and absolutely loves it. The staff are all so friendly and he looks forward to going in each morning. We get regular updates throughout the day so we can see what he's been doing, what he's had to eat, nappy changes etc, and we get his artwork sent home when they've been busy with activities. My 5-year-old also went to Little Raccoons and absolutely thrived so when it came to choosing a nursery for our youngest there was no question.

I couldn't be happier with our decision to put our little one in Little Raccoons Day Nursery. He's been attending since he was just 9 months old, and although it felt like the hardest decision at the time, looking back, I realise it was the best one we could have made. The staff are simply amazing! They are caring, friendly, supportive, and incredibly helpful! I can see how much he's developed over the past 17 months. I'd recommend Little Raccoons anytime, any day!

My son joined Little Raccoons in the Autumn after we moved house. We were understandably anxious about him starting in a new setting when he had already spent two years at another nursery but we needn't have worried. We were given a smooth transition by friendly staff and the regular communication helped to put us at ease. He really loves his new nursery now and is always so excited at drop off. The app is great at keeping parents updated and helps us understand how the children are progressing. There is always a handover at pick up time and messages are responded to quickly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which is great because our youngest will be starting there soon. I should also mention the special events they hold for parents such as the art exhibition which was so lovely to be able to see the children's work.

The staff are very friendly. My daughter always runs to them with open arms and I take that as a good sign. She also never wants to leave another good sign. I would definitely recommend Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley.

This has been an outstanding nursery throughout. Both my children have attended this nursery over the last 6 years and have always been super happy. The staff are very caring and the children love all of them, you can see how happy they are in the setting. My second one is now in reception at school and the school teachers have praised how advanced she was in her numbers and phonics. This is a nursery that really cares about your child's development and your child's well-being. They communicate very well through an app on your child's progress, day-to-day activities and food. They go above and beyond for the children.

This is a lovely nursery, our little girl has been here a few months now and is one year old. The team is attentive, caring and nurturing and will always be on hand to answer any questions (no matter how many times you ask them) they simply care and want the best. The location is perfect and the size is too it's not a huge nursery and this is one of the reasons we chose this but they still cover all the things they need to ensure there is a lovely variety for the kids. Keep doing what you are we are grateful.

My daughter started here when she was 10 months old and the staff are so friendly and made it easy for all of us to feel comfortable leaving her there for the whole day. We had a settling-in session, and they always give us lots of photos and updates on the app so we can see what she's been up to and eating etc. My daughter loves it here and has bonded well with all of the staff and is encouraged to play with the other children. She has learnt lots of key skills and mastered walking very quickly with the encouragement of everyone at nursery as well as at home. She loves the food which is cooked fresh on site and we get updates to see what she's having that day. The nursery also goes above and beyond to do themed parties/days for lots of events with crafting and play, as well as hosting parent events for us to get involved in. Great outdoor space where she can run around and play with whatever she wants as it's all open for self-selection. Very happy parents. Thank you.

My daughter started attending Little Raccoons Day Nursery Apsley after failing to settle with a childminder. We are really happy with her progress and also the activities that they do. The staff are attentive and caring. I would recommend Little Raccoons to anyone in the neighbourhood.

My little boy has been attending this nursery since he turned one, and he is now 2.5. The staff are so attentive and caring and genuinely seem so happy to see him when we arrive for the day. They make a big effort to ensure he is greeted with happiness and smiles and that he’s comfortable and happy to go in before saying goodbye to me. Any questions or updates I may have throughout the day are never too much trouble, and whilst the facilities aren’t huge, they seem to pack in lots of fun activities and use the garden whenever they can. My little boy has learned so much from being there, including nursery rhymes and the actions to go with them and overall seems to really love attending this nursery, which puts me at ease every time he goes.

We have recently joined Little Raccoons with my 3-year-old daughter starting in January. She settled in incredibly quickly and I am thrilled with the nursery so far. The activities they do with the children are varied and exciting for them. The staff are all wonderful and have all made a clear effort to get to know her. She always comes out happy and tells us all about her day. She has learnt so much already it’s been wonderful to see her development progress. The app is regularly updated with pictures and information about the day's activities and it’s easy to be able to communicate with the staff with messages quickly replied to. The nursery has made a very good first impression on us.

The nursery staff team are very empathetic, the care and support they provide to the kids is very good. We have had specific requests with the management and we were given enough consideration with required discussions they were able to help the special requests. The growth and development of my son is very evident!

We love Little Raccoons - all the staff are friendly and helpful and they’ve all made our son feel so at home. They provide regular updates and photos so we can see what a great time he’s having when he’s away from us. We really couldn’t be happier with our choice to sign up with them.

Absolutely brilliant nursery! Would highly recommend it to all. Our son started this nursery at 8 months which was really hard for me but I cannot thank them enough for how easy they made it. My son’s key worker is amazing always letting us know how he is progressing and activities he has been doing. Always has kept us updated with pictures on the app and how he’s been during the day - as this was my first child at nursery this made me feel much more comfortable any queries we had were dealt with quickly. The ladies in the toddler room have been really hands-on with helping him transition into the toddler room seeing him run in with them shows us how comfortable he is in their care. The chef cooks lovely meals! Management is easy to get a hold of, helpful and deal with issues very quickly! I have already signed up my baby to attend with his brother! Thank you to all the staff you make my son’s day so enjoyable you are all a credit to the nursery!

Our son loves going to nursery, he always leaves with a smile on his face. All the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure our little boy has the best learning experience. We are constantly updated as parents as to what is going on and the use of the app allows us to check in with his key workers as and when needed. As first-time parents, nursery can be really daunting but they have made it so easy!

Both my children have attended since they were babies. My youngest is now 4 and so we are near the end of our journey. The setting has a family feel, the staff are great and you’re always greeted with a smile. The outside space is lovely with real grass and a play area. I’m so grateful to feel confident that I can go to work with peace of mind that my daughter is having a lovely day. My daughter is prepped and ready to start school after her time here.
