We have never had any problems here. Our children absolutely love it and the staff. I felt at ease leaving my children here for the first time. The staff can't do enough for us and always go above and beyond to make sure our children are happy. I would recommend this nursery.

My daughter is in the pre-school room. The staff are always friendly and approachable. They give a thorough handover at the end of the day. We get regular updates through the day on the app. They make an effort to take the children out on trips.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Brampton for almost three months now. Initially, she struggled to settle in, but the staff were incredibly supportive and kept me well informed throughout the process. Now, communication continues through the app, which is updated regularly with details about her day, sometimes even including photos of her activities. The staff are caring, attentive, and always willing to adapt to align with how we do things at home. While there is no dedicated outdoor space, this hasn't been an issue as she is currently in the baby room. The team takes her on occasional outings in the local area, and she absolutely loves visiting the ducks. We're really pleased with our choice of Kids Planet Brampton.

Where do I start, my youngest grandson is graduating this year, his brother did last year. The staff at Kids Planet Brampton have been a major part in their lives, they have all been kind and caring, whilst still being able to deal with tears and tantrums from my boys. They have both learned so much including taking part in activities, sharing and caring and most of all being able to grow mentally and be ready to start school. I would 100% recommend Kids Planet to any parent looking for a place in nursery.

Nursery is doing a great job, my kid learns lots of new things and speaks much more. The facilities are really clean and modern, we’ve never had a worry or concern, thank you.

My twin babies attend this nursery. I could not possibly ask for anything more from the staff or nursery. They are so caring, friendly, understanding, pay attention to detail, communicate well with us and offer such a lovely personalised experience. I feel so confident that my babies are safe and happy in their care and feel like we've definitely made the right choice of nursery for our little ones. Special shout out and thanks to the staff who run the baby room as such a warm and loving space for all the little ones.

Our experience at Kids Planet Brampton has been excellent. Our son has attended from being 8 months old and the baby room staff provide a nurturing environment with attentive staff who genuinely care about every child. Communication via the app is good, ensuring that we receive regular updates. The variety of activities is impressive, with a great range offered daily. Our son enjoys his time at nursery and we feel relaxed every day knowing that he is well looked after and cared for in a safe and happy environment. We’d highly recommend Kids Planet Brampton to any parent.

I think the nursery has been brilliant! My son has had a hard time moving between toddler room to preschool they have worked closely with me to find ways to help him when he’s been upset. They have kept me updated when we’ve had a bad drop-off to put my mind at rest. The girls at the nursery have been really good with helping my son with his speech and taking the time to be patient with him.

Our little boy has been going to Kids Planet Brampton since September 2023. He is currently still in the baby room and loves every day that he spends there. We get regular updates and photos of what he has been doing during the day. He loves his key worker and all the other girls in the baby room. We viewed several other nurseries in the area and could not have picked a better place for him to attend. He is always learning new things and has progressed so much since starting. We look forward to him going up to the toddler room before progressing to school. Very grateful for the love and cuddles our boy receives whilst in their care.

Our little boy loves nursery, he has been since turning 1 and has built lovely relationships with the staff. We know he is not only safe but happy. He is almost 3 now and able to tell us what he has been doing, who he’s been playing with and that he’s eaten all his food - which is always a hit and cooked fresh on site every day. The staff are great, really conscientious and clearly care. I’d definitely recommend this nursery.

I couldn’t praise the staff enough, especially those in the preschool room! My daughter loves nursery and we will miss it when she starts school in September! Thank you for everything you do for her- she adores it!

My son has been going to Kids Planet Brampton since February 2022 and my nephew for years before, both children have food intolerances and Kids Planet Brampton have been absolutely fantastic with helping us to deal and adapt to their needs. I could not recommend this nursery enough and you can see just how much all staff care for every child in their care. They are all fantastic but especially two members of staff, in particular, in the baby room, they are 100% my little boy's favourites! They may not have current outdoor space but they do ensure the children get to go out and about and use their upstairs and outdoor area for the children to play in.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Brampton enough! All 3 of my girls attend this nursery, my 1 and 2 year olds attend the nursery and my 10 year old attends the breakfast and after school clubs. They all have such a wonderful relationship with the staff and manager. Their communication with parents is second to none, phone calls and emails when appropriate and the ParentZone app for keeping up to date with your child’s activities etc throughout the day. We love seeing all the pictures of the activities the staff do with the children including trips out. I can’t thank the staff enough for caring for my girls with such love and attention while I’m at work.

All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, my son has been coming here for around six months and he loves it. Very clean, good communication via the app and just generally a good/fun atmosphere. Not having an outside area is a slight downfall but the staff try their best to get the little ones out and about to the local surrounding areas.

All of the staff are excellent and we are always happy to leave our daughter in such superb caring hands. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery - we already have!

I have used this nursery for my son who has now moved up to reception but as I loved the nursery so much and my son enjoyed going and missed it, I decided to keep him in morning and after school club 2 days a week. My daughter also goes to this nursery and absolutely loves going! She loves all the staff and they have really helped with her development.

The most lovely environment. My children have been so happy here and developed more than I could have hoped. The staff are so kind and caring, always welcoming and happy to chat and have created the sweetest bond with my children. I can't recommend them enough. I will be sad to see my youngest leave next year.

Kids Planet Brampton is an excellent, loving and friendly environment and the perfect choice for my 3 year old daughter. They make excellent use of the space they have brilliant activities to keep the little ones busy. I can drop my daughter off and feel happy knowing she's safe, secure and having a brilliant day. One particular staff member has really stood out to my little girl and helped her thrive in a nursery setting, and as a parent made me feel very as ease

Generally good and the staff are friendly and approachable. Our child enjoys the time there and comes back happy. We are moving our child to a different pre-school from September, mostly due to location. The location of Kids Planet Brampton is unfortunate, as having no outdoor space which is a real shame. I understand that the nursery have taken the children out to either the local supermarket, or to the park etc, but the lack of outdoor space has been a huge factor in our decision to move nurseries. We thank the Staff at Kids Planet, Brampton.

The most lovely environment. My children have been so happy here and developed more than I could have hoped. The staff are so kind and caring, always welcoming and happy to chat and have created the sweetest bond with my children. I can't recommend them enough. We are moving our child to a different pre-school from September, mostly due to location. The location of Kids Planet Brampton is unfortunate, as having no outdoor space which is a real shame. I understand that the nursery have taken the children out to either the local supermarket, or to the park etc, but the lack of outdoor space has been a huge factor in our decision to move nurseries.
