The staff at Minibugs Liskeard have been fantastic. They have been so welcoming and supportive during my sons settle in sessions, even more so knowing how nervous I've been leaving him for the first time. He's only 2 and comes home talking about how three particular ladies cuddle and sing to him when he's upset and that means a lot to me. I trust them with my whole heart. Thank you for starting my sons new journey at your nursery so positively, it reassures me that my son is in safe hands.

Such a kind and friendly team, very welcoming and always so helpful. Willing to help out with any concerns or queries we have. Offered extra settling in sessions when our daughter first started and now in her review she's absolutely thriving and hitting all the milestones and more thanks to the support she's got from everyone at Minibugs. Appreciate all the hard work that they put in so thank you!

Our son has been at Minibugs Nurseries for around a year and has had a brilliant experience. I couldn't praise the staff enough for their attentive care, calm approach and joy/happiness they bring him. His speech is developing at a steady rate and likes to call out each member when he sees them. Loves the baby rooms sand pit and playing outside, but his favourite thing is to read. The staff are great at sitting down with him and reading him stories or asking him what an item is so he can repeat it back. Definitely made the right choice for a nursery and wouldn't put him anywhere else.

My son has been at the nursery for just over a year now and he is absolutely loving it! The baby room is so warm and inviting and the staff have so much care when setting up the room with fun toys and things to do and my son always runs in and loves to dive straight in!

My child started at Minibugs Nurseries when he was 9 months old and has moved up the rooms from baby room, to the 2s room and is currently in the preschool. In every room he has had brilliant care, and staff have really supported his learning and interests. All the staff have been so welcoming and more than happy to share any advice, both at handovers and at parents evenings. He also has a dairy allergy which has always been taken seriously, which has put my mind at ease (especially as a first time mum). My little one is always so excited to come to nursery to see his friends, and often wants to recreate activities he's done within the setting at home (requesting ice play or making his own Chinese Dragon to celebrate Lunar New Year with us at home, which has been lovely!). It will be very strange for him to leave and start school in September as Minibugs has been such a huge part of his childhood.

My daughter has been at Minibugs for almost a year now since she was 8 months old, and her speech and development have come on so fast. She absolutely loves going to nursery, and each of the team has made the effort to know her by name. She is learning baby signs outside of the nursery, and the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure they can understand and communicate with her in this way. She comes home each time having done a variety of activities and is always so pleased to chat about her day. We're so pleased that she's very happy here.

From the day the nursery was viewed, there was an instant draw to this nursery. The setting has a unique way of providing a family, relaxed feel whilst at the same time staff are professional but friendly. They go above and beyond in providing feedback about your child and the support for the settling-in process is 2nd to none for both baby and parent! Thank you!

The staff in the baby room are lovely and so welcoming. My little boy has really grown in confidence since being here and talks all day long! They take time to do lots of different activities and their outdoor space is amazing. They have been really flexible with my working pattern and I feel at ease taking my little one here. They keep me informed throughout the day and it makes me feel a lot better having a good idea of what he's up to whilst I'm at work! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication.

The nursery staff work so hard to make every child be happy whilst in their care. They also work really closely with the parents to understand what we are working on to develop with our child and continue it in the nursery setting. My child suffers from severe allergies and reactions but they do everything they can to make him feel included and also I have no doubts the slightest concern they will be in touch and manage it so I don’t need to leave work all the time, knowing he is in safe hands when he has mild reactions.

My daughter started at Minibugs in November. She had a really hard time overcoming the change of starting a nursery setting but I can not be more pleased with the amount of support shown to her by all of the Minibugs team. The care they provide is excellent, I can go to work knowing she is well looked after and having a fun day. She has progressed and learnt so much within her time there already and the development we see in her is incredible. Due to the care and cuddles she receives, she now goes to nursery so happy and is always in a fantastic mood at home time telling me about her day. Thank you to everyone at Minibugs, you are awesome.

My son has attended Minibugs since June 2020 and my daughter has attended since May 2022. They both absolutely love their time at nursery, and it’s such a relief to go to work knowing they are well cared for, safe and having fun! They spend lots of time outdoors, exploring the lovely space that the nursery has to offer. The activities are always well thought out, fun and engaging. The staff are all amazing, friendly and always have a welcoming smile. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Minibugs nursery.

My child absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are very friendly and always take the time to greet my child and make him feel welcome when he arrives. When I pick him up, they are very informative about my child’s day and are always very happy.

My daughter loves going to Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (Liskeard), she often asks if it’s a nursery day so she can see her friends, and then lists all the staff members by name! She does so many wonderful activities, and she loves the outside space!

My son has been with Minibugs for eight months now and he absolutely loves it there. He’s always engaging in fun and educational play, both inside and out, bringing home all the lovely things he’s made. The staff have created a lovely bond with my son, giving him the confidence to play and share with others freely. My son eats very well at nursery, they cater to him being a vegetarian brilliantly and serve a range of fresh meals he seems to really enjoy. He’s come on leaps and bounds due to Minibugs and we are very grateful to be sending our son to such a lovely nursery. Management are very easy to communicate with and can’t do enough to help. All in all, highly recommended!

Minibugs Liskeard is an excellent nursery, my daughter attends twice and week and absolutely loves it. Her confidence has grown really well and her speech has developed so much since she has been at Minibugs. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming on drop off and pick up, they never rush you so you are able to hear so much about your little one's day which is lovely. You can tell they spend a lot of time interacting with the children, as with my daughter they very quickly picked up her love for books. They always have a variety of food available for the children, and It's obviously lovely as my one always asks for second helpings which they give her happily. My daughter now gets excited in the car when we pull up outside, and sometimes doesn't turn to say bye which just truly shows how wonderful it is there.

A lovely welcoming team. Staff who clearly care about our kids and want to see them progress. Great lines of communication and regular helpful feedback about their days. The team often have themes and activities which the kids love and definitely help them to try new things. I have noticed a huge improvement in my children's confidence and learning of key life skills. Any questions or queries have been quickly solved/answered by management, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you all and keep up the good work.

My little boy has been going to Minibugs for the last ten months and he loves it there! We are always welcomed with a smile on drop off and pick up. I love that I can come into the nursery to see my little one playing at pick-up time, the staff will always give me a full breakdown of how his day has been. The app is also very useful so I can check in and see how he is doing. The staff are very supportive with his learning, helping to teach new words etc and will adjust his daytime schedule to blend in as best as possible with his schedule at home. The nursery has also been very flexible as I had jury duty at the end of last year and they accommodated him for a few extra days.

My son absolutely loves going here, he has made so many friends and is constantly learning new things. The nursery has also been amazing in helping me understand my son's behaviour and how to help with a potential behavioural issue. Cannot fault at all.

We have always thought highly of the nursery and especially the staff. They are always friendly and helpful and form good relationships with the children. It's maybe starting to feel a bit run down and in need of some TLC. The big room is split by age which helps in many ways, but also means that there is less space and resources for the children to play with. The menu is varied and the children eat well. Staff work hard to update the app and social media page with information for the parents. Occasionally they send post photos so that you can see what the children have been learning about. I would recommend the nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (Liskeard) since September when she was 16 months old. She attends one day a week to help her socialise with other children her age, and the care and encouragement she has received has been outstanding. They get to know what your child likes and dislikes so, for instance, when our daughter was getting a bit upset at drop-offs they would sit and read a book with her when she first arrived, knowing that would help her settle. She has been happy at each session (the upset at drop off only lasted a couple of minutes a few times) and her speech and confidence have come on leaps and bounds. The activities are wonderful, with different themes each week. Their communication with, and support of parents is brilliant. We couldn't be happier!
