View Full Details of Casa Dei Bambini Montessori SchoolBoth of my children went to Casa Dei Bambini for the year they were 3-years-old. My son also went to Nido at the age of 2. We were so happy with the care our children received, as well as how prepared they were for Reception. Casa truly commits to a Montessori environment, and our children developed wonderful skills for independence and an intrinsic motivation for learning. Their curiosity was encouraged, and we really appreciated the communication we received each week about the activities happening in the setting. Our Parent Conferences for each child gave us a lovely window into our children's growth as learners and as people. We were so touched to hear about their progress and also to see firsthand how well the teachers knew our kids. The relationships fostered at Casa are so special, and our kids are still close with friends they made in there.
Our daughter joined Casa from another traditional Montessori school and we are extremely pleased with our choice. She has been attending for 7 months now and she absolutely loves it. She has made tremendous progress in lots of different areas and we are so happy to see her flourish and benefit from the Montessori environment and material. The team is fantastic and takes really good care of the children, in a very thoughtful and organized way. We also love the small size, which ensures that the children receive individualised attention. Our baby is at Nido nursery and we are also extremely happy. He has been attending for about 2 months, settling in was smooth, thoughtful and well organised, and we can feel he is in good expert hands. From the observation we have made in both settings, the teams are really exceptional and very intentional. We would highly recommend Nido & Casa to any family interested in the benefits of a Montessori education.
Very stimulating and great for children, with various elements to promote independence. My child always seems to enjoy going to nursery and is slowly learning English. When weather will be warmer outside, we hope there will be various experiences. Thank you for your kind attitude towards different languages like ours.
We moved last year from another country and got recommended by a neighbour for our 1 year old son. He has been going there initially part time and then full time. We find it really nice, supportive environment for his learning and all our interactions with the teachers are great too. Our son enjoys going there and we can see has become more self dependent with the Montessori principles. The headmistress is especially committed to children's learning and growth which makes this place great.
Our experience at Casa Dei Bambini Montessori School has been beyond exceptional! The entire team is so genuinely caring and thoughtful, creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel completely at home. From day one, they've made the transition for my son so gentle and welcoming. Their approach emphasizes kindness and independence, which we love. It's heartwarming to see him setting the table and making bread-skills that build his confidence and independence daily. Him and his little friend have a little book reading circle too. The teachers are wonderful, bringing patience and joy to everything they do, and it's clear they truly love and respect the children. This place is simply magical for little ones.
Nido provides a safe nest for our child to develop and grow. He entered as a baby and under the loving and thoughtful eye of the fantastic Nido team he has become a healthy, happy little boy. He has learnt how to play with children and adults of a range of ages while developing his independence and cultivating good manners. I've never had any of the mother guilt some working mums feel about sending their children to nursery, as I know he gets so much love and stimulation at Nido. That peace of mind is honestly priceless.
Caring staff who really get to know each child and encourage their independence and learning. Our son is excited to go every day and comes home smiling and happy. He is clearly engaged and helped to develop by the attentive staff. We feel lucky to have found this nursery in our neighbourhood as it has a much more genuine and authentic focus on children and their development than many of the others we looked at.
Amazing place and compassionate teachers. My older boy attended for a year, three to four. The reason I chose the nursery was location, close from home, and that Casa provides the Montessori method in which my wife and I are interested. While outside, playing space is a bit small, the inside is spacious enough for kids to play. The toys are genuine, wood-made, and so thought-out that kids can learn foundations of maths, language, motor skills, etc. All teachers are kind, friendly, and really professional. My son really loves them. Additionally, they provided a quick and great first aid, like when my son ran over and got injured. Very reliable in terms of safety. Furthermore, they sometimes provide seminars for parents, which helped us resolve daily parenting issues and facilitated our understanding of early-year learning and Montessori. Casa uses an app as a reporting tool and portal website. There are easy to understand EYSF reports, tips for home playing and etc. We are truly satisfied with the experience!
Our son had an excellent first nursery experience. The staff are kind and understanding. They care about each child and take real interest in their development. The nursery is cleaned regularly and thoroughly, and we have seen our son pick up valuable skills and develop his interpersonal skills. We would recommend to other parents.
Amazing Montessori nursery. Our son throve so well over there, at his own pace. The place is extremely welcoming and the manager and teachers are all very warm and caring. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a warm Montessori setting.
My son started at Nido as a 20-month-old toddler having moved overseas. The team and teachers made our transition smooth and warm. The whole team is very loving, kind, and always ready to help. My son loves the outdoors, and the garden is always set up with activities for them to use. They offer courses on Saturdays to help parents apply the Montessori philosophy at home, which is great. They also do meetings with parents to discuss how children progress and what they are working on with them. They offer veg menus too!
We are very fortunate to find this amazing nursery for my son. Teachers are very warm, attentive, and caring. I think it is really nice for my son that it seems all teachers understand very well about Montessori education and give consistent approach which gives him a sense of security. The nursery room is always clean and well-organized. I also love the room has windows which provide warm natural sunlight. I’m very grateful for managing to find this amazing nursery school.
Curiosity, independence and a genuine love for learning are fostered impeccably at this warm, well-run nursery. The team are just fantastic at their jobs and our daughter is always excited to go to school.
I've has both my two kids at another nursery and then Casa Dei Bambini. Both of them have been very happy, learning loads and socialising. The Montessori methodology is incredible and the nursery is small, cozy, and with a "family" feeling. Very flexible and personalized to each child and family need and also very open to feedback. They genuinely care about the kids and the kids love going there every day, and come back with a smile (and lots of learning). Highly recommended
This is our first experience with Montessori and so far we have been pleased. The children’s space is extremely orderly and clean. The teachers are calm, kind, and attentive. Our daughter is becoming more independent and likes to apply the practical life skills she’s learning at home (wanting to help prepare food at home, do small chores, etc). She settled very quickly and really is happy to go to school each morning.
Casa Dei Bambini Montessori School is a fantastic nursery with a highly nurturing and educational environment. My son has grown tremendously in his independence and curiosity as a result of the methods applied in nursery. He is learning incredibly quickly and enjoying it thoroughly. The teachers really care about each student and pour lots of passion and energy into each one. I can see a huge difference in terms of atmosphere and level of care versus a precious, chain nursery we tried. Highly recommend.
I absolutely adore this nursery and couldn’t have asked for a better place to look after and teach my son who is now 3. He has been here since he was 2 and he loves it. The team and the owner are some of the kindest, most caring people I know and I will be eternally grateful for how they are also helping me to raise my son into the beautiful boy he is. Montessori is an amazing philosophy for children to be around. My son is adaptable at many life skills and he is extremely independent.
The staff are really caring and our little one loves to come every day and she finishes every day with a smile which is everything a parent could ask! We looked for a while for a nursery that really focus on Montessori learning and I'm so glad we found Nido. Highly recommended!
I sent my daughter here a few years ago and now my son is here too. Our daughter learned to become independent with so many tasks at such a young age which gave her the confidence to do things on her own then and now. Our son has also started to do similar tasks (taking shoes on and off, getting his coat on, toileting) independently and his confidence is growing as well!
My daughter is now 22 months old and has been attending Nido for 4 months. The settling in process was very smooth, with only 1-2 children introduced at a time, to allow them all the attention they deserve in this critical step. I was able to stay and leave for growing amounts of time in a way that was tailored on the needs of my child. Children spend a lot of time outdoors because the setting is very small and the garden is directly attached to the main room. They can enjoy many different activities approaching them at their paces in a truly Montessori way. They are encouraged to be independent, and after a couple of months my daughter was able to dress herself and put on her shoes. All the staff is very kind and loving. They gradually helped my daughter to sleep, rocking her at first until she was able to fall asleep on her own. My daughter is very happy to go to nursery and she is learning a lot: and we are happy when she is!
