Both our children have attended Kiddi Caru since they were 10 months old and 2 years old and are now 3 and 4. They have worked their way up through the rooms within the nursery and have absolutely thrived at each stage of their nursery journey! The staff at the nursery are so enthusiastic, caring, and professional. I work full time as a nurse and they have always been so mindful and understanding when needing to pick the children up quickly if they are poorly that it sometimes takes a little longer to get to them. The drop-off is always seamless which makes such a difference on busy working mornings! I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a well-run, professional care setting with staff that are well trained and clearly have a vested interest in providing a fun, loving environment for all the children.

Both my children use this nursery. As any parent would be we were apprehensive about leaving the care of our children to someone else whilst we work. From the get-go, the professionalism and updated information throughout the day has been second to none. The support they have shown towards the children in development etc has been amazing. The management and staff are so welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this nursery highly enough.

We've had both our children go through here and have been supported and embraced by the nursery in our journey. Both children loved the setting and we felt comfortable and confident leaving them in caring, competent hands. Can't recommend them enough, they go above and beyond for each child's unique needs and support both parents and children alike.

Amazing nursery, clean, tidy, with beautiful outdoor space and the rooms have lots of great resources. The food menu has a great variety of foods and it's nice that they cook it there. They always have creative and educational activities the kids could join and learn through play, our daughter loves being there and we like that they do regular observations so we can see what she has been doing in class. All the staff is friendly, caring and they take time to get to know the kids and help them feel happy and well supported while they are there.

Excellent nursery setting! Our son loves attending and has attended from 1 year old. The team are all approachable and they are very child focused, they have taken the time to get to know my son and this is reflected in the relationships that he has with the staff. They manage transitions from one nursery room to the next really well, with lots of taster sessions for settling. The setting itself is lovely, a great garden, and the children are well catered for. The environment is kind and caring - you can see that this is fed down through management to the whole team. The App is great and keeps us updated regularly- we love seeing pictures of our son at nursery. They are really supportive and flexible if ad-hoc days are needed and available. I would highly recommend this setting!

The staff at Kiddi Caru Matford Green have, without exception, been amazing. My child has additional needs and at times needed a lot of extra support. All of the staff, especially the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, were incredibly supportive of both him and us, and helped us to put all the processes in place to make his transition to school as easy as possible. They went out of their way to support his learning, emotional and physical needs and to ensure he was as happy as he could be. We couldn't have asked for a better nursery to send our child to.

I have been very impressed with how this nursery is being run and I cannot praise it more. Every aspect is thoroughly considered from safety and safeguarding, food nutritional value, child development and activities etc. My child loved attending this nursery and we are grateful to the manager and staff for their dedication.

Our daughter has developed great social skills since attending the nursery, for over a year now. The level of care is excellent, staff are always friendly and love to give a detailed handover of our child's day. As bereaved parents, we had anxieties about others caring for our rainbow baby but those were quickly allayed with the professionalism of the nursery.

We love Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and so does our daughter. The staff are wonderful and always take time to tell you about your child's day. We love the observations. We get the feeling that they enjoy having our daughter there as much as she enjoys being there which is a huge relief to us. We've been really impressed.

Massive thank you to all the staff at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery - management and all at peepo team - my son loves it there and we have a very happy child. He is well looked after by all the staff - he has moved from the baby room and then now to peepo, I can definitely say this is the best nursery for him.

We moved our son to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery when our current nursery's standards started to slip. It was the best thing we did. He’s thriving and has an amazing relationship with all members of the team. The team have given him the best couple of years and a solid foundation to prepare him for school this September. The staff are very warm and friendly and the facilities are great! I have a very happy daughter after she attends nursery. Although there are some weeks when I do not receive an update of her day or they come through days after the fact.

Both of my children have had a wonderful experience at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery. My eldest has been very well prepared for early years foundation stage (EYFS) and both enjoy their days thoroughly. The staff go above and beyond on a daily basis.

My child loves attending preschool. He has been with the nursery since he was 10 months and soon will be leaving for school. It’s apparent that all the staff at the nursery love their job and I wouldn’t want for my son to attend anywhere else. They’ve always got a wide range of activities, most recently they’ve had chicks hatching which has been good fun!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Communication has been great and we get updates regularly. Our child has been happy at the setting since joining two years ago. He always has a smile on his face!

Everyone is so lovely at Matford Green and our child truly grew into herself with them. They brought her confidence out and her education came on leaps and bounds! I was shocked at the things she was telling me she had learned. She has recently started school and she has been so so ready thanks to the team at Matford Green. My daughter had been to a couple other nurseries before Kiddi Caru and none of them come close in comparison. My child's key worker in preschool and key worker in Caterpillars made her feel so welcome and part of a family. Nothing was ever to much to ask and the additional support I needed as a parent on tough days was always there. I couldn’t recommend and thank the whole team enough for our experience at Kiddi Caru, not just for our child, but as a whole family!
