Very good nursery and lovely staff. My daughter is still settling into her new room but seems to be getting on really well. Receive regular updates by an app throughout the day so I always know how she is getting on and what she has had to eat during the day.

All staff have been amazing in supporting both my little ones settle into the nursery. All questions and worries have been answered and reassured. The staff are brilliant in supporting the needs and interests of my children. Brilliant start to our Happy Days Nursery.

Despite this nursery not being my first choice for my little boy, who started nursery when I went back to work after 12 months, I have been beyond impressed by just how well he's settled in there - and that's all down to the people who welcome us in every morning! When I made my initial enquiry, management were fantastic at answering all of my questions and concerns related to tales I'd heard of staff shortages (under former management) and they were more than accommodating, inviting me to come and look around, for 'stay and play' sessions to see how things were done - and they were only a call away if I needed any further reassurance. I was understandably nervous leaving him in any childcare setting, but his key worker, the supervisor, management and all of the staff at Happy Days have been amazing - week in, week out. They always seem to do new, fun activities to nurture his development and I've seen him come on massively since he's started. I'm really happy with the service so far.

I'd like to praise the staff from the management down. My step son always comes home happy and clean. The environment there is always pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to answer questions you ask to the best of their ability. A place I'd highly recommend if you want to be reassured your children are in safe hands.

Since our daughter started at Happy Days Nursery, Thornbury at 8 months. She has noticeably thrived and flourished under the care of the staff there. It's a tough transition for anyone, but we were supported and encouraged the whole way. The staff clearly tailor their care to each individual child, and I'm so grateful we have a space where my daughter is genuinely excited to go in the morning. Special thanks to one member of staff in particular as a key worker, one of my child's favourite people ever!

My granddaughter has learnt so much since being at Happy Days Nursery. She has grown in confidence and is very chatty. The staff are amazing and caring. No request it too much and they show my granddaughter so much love. In the year she has been with Happy Days she has become confident, chatty and very outgoing. Management are extremely helpful and are in hand to help with any query whilst offering a warm welcome when you walk through the door. My daughter is so relaxed when dropping off my granddaughter and knows she is safe and secure and learning everything she needs to.

Awesome nursery! Made my son very welcome and he has settled so well. All the nursery workers are lovely and so kind and patient! They always give me a detailed update on his day. The app system also works really well as it puts your mind at ease when you receive the updates.

My child loves her time at Happy Days Thornbury. The staff are always friendly and the staff all form good connections with the children. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor play and organized activities. However, I wish the nursery provided a more realistic food menu. They are very healthy meals but not meals I would personally make for my child so she doesn't end up eating them and they don't have much of an alternative to offer. Altogether though I think the nursery is a nice environment and my child is happy there.

I have been absolutely thrilled with the start my little one has had in Happy Days Thornbury. The staff have been so kind and accommodating from day one. It was such a relief to drop them off today and see them immediately reach for their key person. Going back to work as a first-time mum is really hard but it's made so much easier seeing how contented he is in his environment there.

My daughter started at Happy Days Thornbury in January 2023. She loves it and has started to do settling-in sessions in the next room; they are going well. There have been ups and downs but Happy Days is without doubt on the up. I would definitely recommend.

My son has been at Happy Days Thornbury for 2 years, he absolutely loves it. He is now in the preschool room and will be doing 4 days a week until school in September 2025. The staff have been amazing in supporting him with his extra needs. Like anywhere, there have been changes with the staff but honestly, the children are so happy. Drop-off and pick-up are always smooth, they also have an app where events are logged throughout the day. I would definitely recommend.

Happy Days Nursery in Thornbury is such a lovely place. My son has been doing settling sessions to get him ready for when he starts. They have been amazing and so helpful with helping him to settle in. I highly recommend Happy Days as it's a lovely environment and has a great bunch of staff.

Since my son started at Happy Days he has come on leaps and bounds with his speech, identifying colours/shapes and making friendships. I always feel the staff have my son's best interests at heart and I know he is being well cared for. I am notified of any activities he has taken part in and what he particularly enjoyed about his day. If I ever feel worried I can easily talk to the team to voice my concerns and I know that they have been taken on board. He very much enjoys going to Happy Days and as a parent, I can go to work and feel reassured that he will have a great day.

My daughter started nursery in September she loves going to nursery, it has made her much more confident with other children and her speech has improved greatly. She feels a safe environment and a very friendly staff a consistently. They are always giving great feedback on my child and I’m happy that my daughter attends this nursery as did my older daughter who is now in primary school.

I currently have both of my children at Happy Days and they enjoy it. The nursery is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. It has become extremely organised and just a nice atmosphere throughout. I’d highly recommend it.

We have been with Happy Days Thornbury for many years now and have referred friends to the nursery as we always felt it was the best one in the area. Recently with the introduction of the app, the staff have gone out of their way to upload photos and videos for us to be able to get a peek into what our children are doing and learning when we're not there. The staff truly make the nursery a warm and engaging place and you can see they care, they go the extra mile without being asked- extra cuddles on an emotional drop-off day, or finding games the children will excel in and be excited to talk about. Thank you to all the Adventurers staff.

We have used this nursery for the past 6 years for 3 of our children. The operations manager and manager are absolutely brilliant in dealing with any issue, helping and being open to conversation at all times. The manager is always so smiley and welcoming, she makes a daily personal effort in making herself familiar to each child and parent. Nursery room staff are so lovely and accommodating, nothing is a problem. They all work so hard and always go the extra mile. Massively appreciated, thank you all.

Key workers are second to none, always go above and beyond for our children and almost act as an extension to our own family. We're always kept up to date with progress, and kids are always positive about their nursery experience. Great socialising with other parents of the setting, and a well laid out, clean and well-organised environment.

Since new local management took over during the last half of 2023, the running of this nursery has improved 100%. I have never seen so many positive changes take place over such a short space of time. The team are always happy and cheerful, making drop-off and collections a pleasure, and there is always consistency in the rooms so that the children feel secure. The food and menu are really varied and the children are always experiencing a range of activities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My son started nursery here at the end of February I was really worried as I hadn’t left him before, the staff in the rooms were really reassuring and made us both feel comfortable. I get regular updates throughout the day on the app which is really useful. The staff are really kind and make sure the children are well looked after.

Very good nursery and lovely staff. My daughter is still settling into her new room but seems to be getting on really well. Receive regular updates by an app throughout the day so I always know how she is getting on and what she has had to eat during the day.

My child loves her time at Happy Days Thornbury. The staff are always friendly and the staff all form good connections with the children. I have been absolutely thrilled with the start my little one has had in Happy Days Thornbury. The staff have been so kind and accommodating from day one. My son has been at Happy Days Thornbury for 2 years, he absolutely loves it. He is now in the preschool room and will be doing 4 days a week until school in September 2025. My daughter started nursery in September she loves going to nursery, it has made her much more confident with other children and her speech has improved greatly. She feels a safe environment and a very friendly staff a consistently.
