My daughter absolutely loves Bright Horizons. She was not speaking when she started in the 2-3 room and now she doesn't stop. She has blossomed so much since starting here and I cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done.

We absolutely adore this nursery. Management and the entire team are wonderful. Our youngest son is a live wire and the Bright Horizons Farnham team have been so patient, warm and kind with him. We've been with them since August 2024, 5 days a week, 8am- 5pm, which is a lot for anyone to handle, let alone being 2/3 years old, and they have been really great in making sure he has enough variety and stimulation to keep him engaged. He gets lots of outdoor time and lots of cuddles. He's come on leaps and bounds since we arrived and loves going to pre-school. They really feel like part of our extended family. I can't recommend them enough.

My child has recently joined the nursery, and every single member of staff has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the Bright Horizons Family. Returning to work, knowing my child loves spending time with the staff has really taken a weight off my shoulders. I'm looking forward to seeing them develop throughout their time with the team!

I couldn't have picked a better nursery for my daughter, she has thrived since joining at 9 months old. She is now coming up 2 and loves her time at BH. The staff could not be more kind and caring, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable leaving your little one in their hands. Thank you BH Farnham.

We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff have been very supportive and patient in helping my son settle in and he's now formed a really lovely bond with them. Since starting, his development has come along so much, and we've seen real progress in his confidence and learning - it's clear he enjoys his time there! I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to any parent.

We have been at this nursery now since August and we can not thank the nursery team in babies and the management enough. My daughter has just transitioned into a new room, toddlers, and they made it seamless and my daughter is enjoying every day at being at this nursery. I have a great relationship with the staff in babies room and management and I look forward to building the same great relationship with the toddlers room amazing team. Everyone is so friendly welcoming and puts you at ease. I love seeing the photos on the app of my daughter's day and the updates on her progress.

Our daughter joined the preschool room earlier this year and has settled very quickly. It has been a wonderful experience and she loves it there. The staff are always very cheerful, friendly and caring and the activities that they do with the children every day are outstanding! Really creative and imaginative things that the children love. There is a lovely little kitchen for the children to get involved with baking/cooking and the outdoor space and facilities are exceptional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery!

I have had really positive experiences with the nursery since my son started a month ago. The settling-in sessions were well organised and one member of staff, in particular, made me feel very comfortable with leaving my baby in the care of her and her team. The app is really useful for documenting everything about his care, which I find really reassuring. I love that they receive a very varied diet and each day is full of fun activities. Whenever I drop-off/pick-up, the staff are always very friendly and attentive and the children all look very happy to be there. The nursery is always clean and bright and airy and unless the weather is really terrible, the children always have time outside. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Generally very pleased with staff and nursery. Communication between staff, management and parents is great. Everyone is very helpful and caring. Most importantly, they provide great activities for our daughter, she learns new skills in addition to learning to share and play with other kids. Finally, their outdoor gardens and even chickens are so welcoming for children to play outside. Overall, very happy so far.

As a father of a child with Special Educational Needs, I am deeply grateful for the exceptional support and care provided by the staff. Their expertise, compassion, and individualised approach have significantly boosted my child’s confidence, social skills, and communication abilities. The inclusive and nurturing environment has facilitated remarkable progress. Our overall experience has been outstanding.

Our youngest has recently started at the nursery and our oldest has been there since babies and we would highly recommend. They did have a phase of high staff turnover but the recent consistent management has been a blessing and the nursery has been going from strength to strength. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful levels of care and detailed handovers. The member of staff who leads the baby room is incredible. The facilities are wonderful and the activities the staff plan are so engaging and creative - our eldest has excelled socially, creatively and academically with the support from the staff in pre-school and we are confident that they have set him up for the best start for school. In addition, our child suffers with severe allergies, which makes us incredibly nervous, but the procedures and additional controls put in place to ensure their safety have been exemplary.

Very happy with the purpose-built facilities. My daughter is thriving and I can see the development she’s making in their care. The indoor and outdoor activities in the garden. The app is a huge benefit to me as someone who travels to know how my daughter is eating and sleeping, as well as the pictures to see more about her day. The menus cater to the age group and I’d be quite happy having the dishes I am seeing my daughter eating. The team are friendly and engaged. Security is also well-catered for which reassures me. Special thanks to management.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. 2 children have attended since 2021, and my 3rd is about to start. The preschool element has got the kids ready for the next chapter - their academic and social skills have rocketed under the care and guidance of four members of staff in particular, and their ability to deal with sensitive children/those who have slightly different needs is incredible (One of them - totally amazing) - they flagged immediately my son's speech development and have been supporting him to thrive! The Tracys who cover the nursery could not be more helpful and no ask is too much as we juggle day-to-day, last-minute changes and even hold the baby so I can have an uninterrupted drop off in the mornings - or the staff who are so friendly and constantly give the kids the most amazing food - they all make it the wonderful place it is!

My daughter absolutely loves Bright Horizons Farnham. We recently moved into the area and we’re worried about her being unsettled but the staff have been so lovely and welcoming that we haven’t had any issues settling in. The staff always have lovely positive things to report and my daughter can’t wait to return. Really happy with our choice of setting.

After viewing a couple of nurseries for my daughter, Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool really stood out for me. The pictures did not do it justice. The space is exceptionally clean and staff are very friendly. I also love that they have clear, visible pictures and names of the staff at the entrance. I was also impressed by the security measures they have implemented. I am kept informed about my daughter’s day through the app and can easily communicate with the carers and nursery manager. The enrolment process was seamless and quick, though I do feel it should be electronic. My daughter’s development advanced very quickly and her social skills also improved. Since joining the nursery, she’s learned to feed herself, sing and dance along to her favourite nursery rhymes and also started walking (much quicker than we expected). She is very happy at the nursery and I am even happier knowing my little one is well taken care of while I am at work.

I, personally, can’t recommend Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool enough, my little boy loves going to nursery, my little boy's favourite thing is outdoor play and their outside area is amazing which he loves to play in every time he’s at nursery. He also has a brilliant bond with a few of the teachers there.

I feel like my daughter is looked after very well and is stimulated. All staff are very friendly. My child is always very happy when I pick her up. I feel like I am informed well of her day and listened to when I have any questions or issues.
