The team at Jubilee Nursery have always provided a caring and nurturing environment for my children. My eldest, now 5 and at school, spent several happy years there and even tells me he misses it now he has moved on. My youngest, currently in the baby room, is happy, settled and well-adjusted. The facilities are great, the outdoor space is amazing and the food is nutritious. The additional activities such as Spanish lessons and Munchkin Sports are excellent. I have always felt that the staff are attentive and really care about the children. The management team have also been very friendly, accommodating and flexible. I am very grateful to the team for providing such a positive experience to my boys and would recommend Jubilee Nursery to any parent.

Jubilee Nursery is an exceptional nursery which offers a nurturing environment, coupled with an outstanding team of staff who are highly qualified, approachable and open to communication with parents. The nursery day is designed to cater to the various developmental stages of the children, incorporating a mix of structured activities and free play. The ratio of staff to children is excellent, ensuring that each child receives the right amount of attention. Children are encouraged to develop independence and self-confidence through various activities and routines - this was particularly evident when my older children started school, both of their teachers commented on their school readiness and asked where they'd attended nursery. Jubilee is an outstanding choice for parents seeking a nurturing, educational, and supportive environment for their children. I've had seven happy years with the Jubilee Nursery and will miss it when my youngest leaves for school in the summer.

Quality of care and attention varies by child. Staff quality is also extremely variable. Some staff excellent. Others really poor. In one specific room which we are no longer in there was a lot of gaslighting and refusing to get into details when seeking updates on child's progress and detail of how a day works. Updates only on door so rushed and often not with key person. Further we had a junior key person who refused to arrange a meeting to talk to me without room leader present. Poor nappy changing to point of pain for my daughter. And refusal to start potty training at the right age for the child. More to reduce their work. Child was fully potty trained at home but coming home with four wet items a day. More positive experiences in pre-school and babies but still fairly opaque and from what I can glean limited structure. Some children are seen as good and some as bad. Level of attention then varies by how advanced they are viewed to be.

Both my boys have been at My Ohana and they have been really happy there. The space is incredible, with lots of outdoor space and equipment for them to run around and play with, as well as a clean and tidy indoor space that doesn't look tired and outdated like many other nurseries. The extracurricular activities they provide are brilliant, sports led by a great external company, as well as Spanish singing lessons. We have always felt they have cared for our boys and had prepared them well for moving on to school.

We're really happy. Great food (same kitchen and food as the independent school across the road). Far bigger outside space than any other nursery in the area. Semi-regular pictures. Would be nice if there were more parent evenings and written feedback.

I am comfortable in the knowledge that my son is being well looked after and his needs are being met. All staff are very friendly, professional, caring and leave me assured that my son is consistently receiving excellent care.

My child has been attending this nursery since May 2023. The staff are all incredibly kind and friendly, and I feel very confident that they take good care of him whenever he attends. The facilities are high quality and the updates system also works well for us.

This nursery has been nothing but supportive with both of my children. Supporting them with their transition to potty training and going without a dummy. When my daughters are at this nursery, I can relax I entrust them to look after my girls and they do. My eldest daughter had never been a great eater but since having started nursery with Jubilee Nursery part of the My Ohana family, she has started to eat more and try different things through their encouragement. They are fantastic and would/have recommended them to my friends and family.

Such a wonderful nursery! My son loves it here and is always so happy to see the staff and go and play. Somethings I think he doesn't want to come home! They really look after the children well by doing a huge range of activities. Thank you to all the staff.

My Ohana is the best nursery nearby. All teachers love kids from their hearts, which is the rarest. Another reason is the location, every day after picking up our little one, we can walk with other mates together on our way out. I'm so lucky we chose My Ohana for our little one.

We are extremely happy with the care our son has received. It is a joy to send him to the nursery, and he goes off happy in the morning and is thriving there. It's a huge comfort, as a full-time working parent, to know he is somewhere that he is not only looked after but loved. The manager runs a brilliant team, and everyone in the baby room has been wonderful.

Since my son entered the nursery two years ago he has never had a bad day, never cried at drop-off or pick-up and I have seen first-hand the wonderful relationships he has developed with his carers over the years. By comparison, my two older children went to a different nursery so I feel I'm in a position to draw comparisons. The Jubilee Nursery is very well run, organised and transparent. The staff to a person, are kind and open. And my son has developed into a happy (and potty trained) child who can either entertain himself or easily mix with others. Thank you Jubilee!

My son has been attending this nursery for a few months, and his older sister attended it before she went to school. They both loved their days at Jubilee Nursery. The team are so caring, kind and fun, and they approach each child as an individual and really get to know them as they care for them. We will miss them next year when our son goes to school!

My experience at Jubilee Nursery is fantastic. Everyone who works there is welcoming and friendly, and you can tell they truly care about the children. They're always on hand to answer any questions. My daughter loves attending, and her development is great. I would recommend it to everyone!

Our son has been going to this nursery the last few months and started just before he was one. The staff have been amazing in ensuring he settled in properly, and soon learnt what works best for him in terms of sleep, food and play. He’s had so much fun, and we have seen such a jump in his development as he’s learning new things every day. The staff have also been fantastic with dealing with any specific medical needs and allergies; we have been reassured from the start. Now when we drop him off, he’s knocking on the door to be let in! The garden space is brilliant and spacious for all the little ones to play outside, and the indoor space is just as big! The variety of food on the menu is really impressive, and all dietary requirements are catered for. We’re very grateful to know he is in such good hands.

Both of my daughters have attended Jubilee, and we have nothing but positive things to say about the setting, support, education and staff. The nursery is set in the sports ground, so there is a lot of green space around the nursery as well as two large nursery gardens - the children are regularly taken for trips around the sports field as well as having regular daily access to the garden, which means exercise and fresh air. The children are gently educated with nursery songs and rhymes, animal sounds, words, numbers in the baby room through to more advanced subjects like the alphabet, writing, numbers, some maths as well as learning about the world around them and much more in pre-school. There is also a visiting yoga teacher and a Spanish teacher. The staff have been brilliant with the girls too, helping to settle them in and nurturing them. The staff are always available, open and flexible with parents. The girls have made some great friends too. All in all, very happy.

The entire nursery team are professional and creative in the approach to looking after the children. Everyone is very kind and friendly and our daughter felt so relaxed and comfortable with her keyworker and the staff in her room. It's been wonderful to see her grow up through the different rooms and testament to the good management of the nursery that nearly all the carers who have looked after her are still there almost 2 years later. The building and the rooms are immaculately clean and tidy and there are so many toys and creative activities for them to choose from.

My daughter attended The Jubilee Nursery from January - September 2018 and we were absolutely delighted with the nursery and the standard of care of offer. The rooms are beautifully set up, equipped to an extremely high level and the staff are second to none. The combination of indoor and outdoor space is lovely. The children have a varied routine of activities, including trips in local shops and a local care home. The range of activities is very stimulating and educational. My daughter has thrived. The food is also exceptionally good, as we can attest to having been invited to several lovely parties over the months.

My son has been at The Jubilee Nursery since May, he settled at the young age of 8 and a half months. All staff are welcoming and very kind towards new parents. My son bonded really well with his Key worker and surrounding staff. The nursery rooms are bright, airy, clean and well resourced. I really like the routine and enjoy that the young babies get to go out in the garden and go on outings in the turtle bus. The safety of the nursery is very reassuring and eased some of my anxieties. My son is well fed as the menu has a wide range of foods, puddings and children are offered fresh water at all times. The nursery management are very very helpful with the paperwork side, financial advice and always friendly on arrival and leaving the building. Looked at several nurseries in the area beforehand and none compared to The Jubilee! Excellent nursery and worth every penny!
