I would strongly recommend the Old Station Nursery in Oxford Science Park. Lovely staff that are always happy to answer any additional questions and take time to tell me how was my child's day. My child has some skin problems, staff is always happy to help with applying special cream on him.

Our daughter began in the Baby Room of the Old Station Nursery at age 11 months, progressed through the Toddler Room and is now in the Pre-School. Throughout her time at the Old Station she has benefitted from extremely attentive care, wonderful learning opportunities and building positive relationships with both staff members and other children. She is a very happy, confident little girl and we attribute this in no small part to the support and encouragement that she has received from the Old Station Nursery staff. We enjoy receiving regular updates through the Parentzone website and app, and appreciate the detailed reviews of our daughter's learning and development that the team complete for her every six weeks. I would recommend the Old Station very highly to any parents who are looking for childcare.

We have been using the Old Station Nursery Oxford for 18 months now and have only positive feedback! The team are incredibly friendly, caring and supportive; the nursery is well-equipped with great indoor and outdoor facilities; the quality and variety of meals and snacks is impressive; and the location is excellent. My son's development has taken leaps and bounds since joining the nursery, and the staff are always helping to focus on developing new skills and hitting milestones in a fun and engaging way. While the nursery is very expensive, information about government funding and childcare support is well-communicated and easy to access, and the nursery manager goes above and beyond to support families navigate the available options. Overall, we are extremely happy with the nursery and know that every day our son will be safe, supported and having fun with his friends.

Our son has experienced both the toddlers room and the pre-school room at The Old Station Nursery and has enjoyed his time in both. The facilities are impeccable, the food delicious, and the staff go above and beyond in every area possible including helping the parents understand the PHD level mathematics involved in calculating monthly invoices when funding and child care vouchers come into play. Staff also understand the complex emotions that toddlers and pre-schoolers go through and quickly recognise if something seems slightly off. They genuinely care and work with parents to provide to best possible environment both at the nursery and at home for all children. We would love for our boy to spend his remaining time before primary school at The Old Station Nursery but unfortunately we have had to move to another county. If we were staying, our youngest daughter certainly be enrolled into this nursery. Thank you so much to all the incredible staff at The Old Station Nursery.

We've had such a wonderful experience at The Old Station Nursery! Our little one settled in quickly and has made so much progress since starting. His talking, eating and sleeping have improved, and he's become more confident and happy. The staff are incredible - kind, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure both the children and parents feel comfortable. We especially love the outdoor garden play and the wide range of activities that keep the kids engaged. We couldn't recommend this nursery more!

My son started at The Old Station Nursery a few months ago and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. He settled in within two weeks and we can already see the amazing ways it's helping him develop - he went from refusing food to munching full meals within a few days of starting nursery, his sleep has improved and he's super confident and happy there. We're so thankful for the wonderful staff there - from the ace baby room staff to the on-site catering queen to the brilliant manager, everyone is kind, delightful and goes above and beyond to make my son and us happy and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the way that the nursery carefully noticed when he bonded with a particular person and made them his key worker. We get lots of updates on the app during the day and a run-down of the day on pick-up. They do a great range of activities and we love the way that the kids spend plenty of time outside too. Would encourage anyone who's thinking about it to apply!

We’ve had a great experience with The Old Station Nursery Oxford. The staff are caring and attentive, the facilities are clean, safe, and well-equipped. Everything feels well organised. We always feel confident leaving our daughter in their care. Highly recommend OSN Oxford to any parent.

We enrolled our son into this nursery at the end of October 2023 with an official start date in November and from the start of enquiry right through to our son's settling sessions the nursery and staff have been amazing. We were worried at the start about our son settling as he hadn't been away from us really into a childcare setting but the nursery was so comforting and understanding when he was settling and would offer plenty of reassurance to us as parents. It has been lovely being able to go in when collecting our child as it enables us to see him playing and interacting. We are really happy with this nursery and we are glad to have chosen to enrol him here.

My baby has settled in very nicely and has been looked after by the team of great ladies. They made sure she was safe and well. I specifically was worried about the nap times as she is very fussy who she falls asleep with, but with love and affection, they made it look so easy. Thank you. I would strongly recommend the nursery.

The nursery and staff I cannot fault. My son who is 3 has been attending this nursery since he was 4 months old and the service received has been excellent. The constant price rises are why I had to find an alternative nursery.

Since my son started here he has really thrived in all aspects and his key person is amazing and the other days are great too and really meet his needs. My son also comes home happy after his nursery session.

Such a lovely and caring place! My son really enjoyed being there since the very beginning. His key person was so caring, supportive, understanding and warm. I had regular updates via the application and comprehensive handover during pick-ups. My son really enjoyed being there since the very beginning. I’ve always been really happy with my daughter’s care at nursery. She has so much fun and the team really treats her as an individual understanding each child is (undoubtedly) different! We have been really grateful for the increase in photos provided as this was very minimal when she first joined. The team always go the extra mile with activities which is also really appreciated. My daughter just recently started nursery. She’s so much more confident around new people and independent at home after only a few sessions. The staff are all lovely and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about joining!

The staff and management are so supportive and professional. They are always so accommodating too. My second child is now there and both children love it. The premises are lovely too with a great outdoor space.

This has been a wonderful nursery for our son. The staff are great with the children and make an effort to meet their needs. The transition between rooms as our son got older was handled brilliantly, and the feedback at the end of the day is detailed and personal. It really feels like they have the child's best interest in mind. My son speaks so happily about his interactions with the adults, as well as the children and activities they do at the nursery. The manager also really knows the children and families, creating a pleasant atmosphere!

My toddler loves the nursery! He's always very happy to be dropped off, eats well and sleeps well there. They have been very supportive when we decided to start potty training at 18 months. I know some other nurseries that wouldn't help with it or not until they're over 2.

My daughter started at the age of four months and the level of care was incredible. I was nervous about leaving her so young, but she flourished in the baby room and it felt like everyone on staff knew her name! The weaning journey as she approached one year was also excellent with high levels of support given to what we were also doing at home with food, and baby turned from a rather cautious eater to a big and varied appetite (thanks also to the wonderful catering lead). Update on her day is always personal, knowledgeable and invested and we also get regular updates through the app with clear indicators of her progress and what she's doing. Old Station Nursery feels incredibly caring and friendly and I'm delighted that my daughter has a place in this setting.

My son is happy to go to daycare and I believe this is a good indicator of how much he enjoys his time there. We get regular updates on his progress and developmental activities etc. and he is so attached to his carer.

My son was in a nursery previously but since moving he’s come on leaps and bounds. The care given to my son I really couldn’t fault or ask for much more! Each member of staff are friendly and make me feel at ease. I drop my son with no worries what so ever. All I can say is thank you for changing my perspective on nursery’s!
