We've been really impressed with how the nursery has rallied after the staff turnover trouble last year. The new staff in our child's room seem so full of enthusiasm and commitment to the children's learning and it's always a joy to see how happy they all are to see each other in the mornings. Fingers crossed this positive work continues as would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery based on the facilities and quality of the staff. Our little one has developed so much under their care.

Beaumont House is a great nursery. There is now a new manager and staff in the baby room are consistent. We sent our son at 11 months; the transition was smooth and he is very happy there. Each morning he arrives with a big smile on his face. The activities in the baby room are varied, engaging and educational. He particularly enjoys the messy play, Tiny Tunes and cookery club. The staff are warm and very attentive. Knowing he is settled and well cared for has made the return to work easy for us both. Thank you - I would recommend this nursery.

We are really happy with the care we receive at Beaumont House Day Nursery. Our son has been there for 6 months and we have really seen his development accelerate socially, physically and emotionally in the baby room. The workers are so attentive and caring, and we really appreciate that the babies have dedicated key workers to bond with. He is so happy at drop-off. We also love that Beaumont always provides a daily update with pictures and fun and engaging learning activities, plus themes for each week (art, science, fitness etc). We really like the calendar we receive at the start of the month, highlighting the upcoming holidays and all the fun and creative things the kids will be doing to celebrate them. The food has also been excellent and healthy, and we have seen a lot of care and attention to our son as we have navigated allergies, not to mention his tastes have really expanded. Last but not least, we also really appreciate that the kids are frequently going outdoors to play and see nature!

Our daughter joined Beaumont House Day Nursery in the babies room in August 2024. While we were initially concerned by staffing changes in the first few months, we were suitably reassured by the communications we received from staff about how it would be dealt with. While there have been some blips in terms of getting to a good place, we feel that overall the matter has been addressed and our child has good relationships with the staff who have been onboarded and those who were already there when she joined. We believe she is in safe hands whenever she is in nursery. We're glad we didn't have a knee jerk reaction to our initial concerns as she has truly thrived in the time she has been there; she learns so much every day, she has developed lots of new skills, she really seems to enjoy her trips out and about, and she has built friendships with the other children. We really feel she has benefitted from being in nursery and this setting offers just what we need for her.

Our daughter has been attending Beaumont House for 6 months and we couldn't be happier. The staff in the baby room are so kind and caring, they always do such fun activities and our little one has learned so much there. Thank you!

Beaumont House Day Nursery is back running as a lovely nursery providing a great service of care to our child. He stayed with the nursery through their period of high staff turnover, and now with a great team, they seem to be back on track and doing really well. A lot of this has to do with the individual team members.

Beaumont House Day Nursery is a second home for my daughter. She started off so nervous with a lot of tears and I was so worried. But within a couple of weeks, she now walks in confidently to some of the most gentle, loving and friendly staff I could have asked for. I never worry when she's in nursery, they share so many reassuring updates and I'm confident that she loves every second of the activities they put in every day. My daughter has dietary restrictions which they support fully. I couldn't ask for anything else from the team here!

Parents be very cautious when considering this nursery. We put our children into Beaumont House nine months ago as we were very impressed by the team and their on-site management. It was a genuinely 5-star nursery and pre-school. Since January this year 11 wonderful key members of staff have either been sacked or have left. We raised our concerns along with 60+ other parents with head office asking them to stabilise the situation and support the remaining key carers. This has not happened and recently there has been another wave of resignations due to stress, pressure and lack of management support. This setting is almost completely run by bank and agency workers with new faces looking after the children each day. Some of the children are finding this really hard. Enough is enough and we are pulling our children out asap.

We have moved our child to Beaumont House recently and only over the past 6/7 months we have witnessed 7 resignations of (absolutely fantastic) key staff members. 2 nursery managers, 2 heads of room (Babies and Preschool) and other key carers. This nursery is now running as a skeleton of its former self, with the majority of carers being from childcare agencies, with no continuity of care. Please consider it before choosing BH to look after your child.

2 words to describe this place - top draw! The staff are always extremely friendly and there’s so much room for activities, which there’s plenty of. Our child especially likes to go and see the ducks. He also adores his teachers.

Beaumont House is such a cosy place for my baby to attend. He went in for half days at just six months old and was looked after so well I have no worries at all. The staff are super friendly, patient and kind, even though I know my baby is fussy sometimes! They’ve always had much love for him. He absolutely loves going in and is learning new skills every day. They offer many creative activities that I would never have thought of at home, and they take the babies out and about wrapped up warm to discover the outdoors too. I always get an update on what he’s been doing.

I have had my two children at Beaumont House and their experience was very positive. The staff are very caring and loving and the kids create immediate bonds with all of them. They are responsive and keep adjusting their play areas and activities to keep the kids engaged. Really pleased.

Great facilities, caring and accommodating staff who have a genuine interest in the children’s well-being and development. When they leave Beaumont House Nursery, the children are confident learners who are ready to start school.

I knew about Beaumont House Day Nursery 3 years ago when I registered my first daughter. She has been every day and is very happy. I have seen a lot of progress in a short time, the staff is amazing and after 2 years I brought my second daughter here and for the first day she is incredibly happy, considering my experience, I do recommend it 100%.

Lovely nursery, staff are so communicative and caring. Both my boys have attended the nursery, youngest is now in the baby room and loves going in, is always so happy at pick up too. They are always going out for trips, and have lots of different activities and I am always pleased with the menu variety for meal times. Really pleased also with how the team prepared my eldest for school - he's settled really quickly in reception because of it.

The staff at Beaumont House Day Nursery ensure that the nursery always offers an upbeat, positive and caring environment. Our second child to attend is enjoying his last year and we are confident he is being very well-prepared for school life. Our first child, now in her third year at school, still talks lovingly about her time there too. The purpose-built nursery provides the perfect setting for early learning and developmental play.

The staff are always friendly and engaged and show concern and care for the children, which is great to see. However, with my child in nursery for the first time, I would have hoped to get more feedback on their day and activities at pickup (as sometimes only one activity is listed for the day when I do 30 things at home)! Videos should be used for the diary at end of the day instead of photos as this is an easy win (photos are generally of poor quality/benefit). No outdoor space is disappointing so it is frustrating when the kids don’t go outside elsewhere. More information could be provided or be shown in relation to food and learning, as the menu and summary diary provided is all we have to go by. Finally, though this is often the case at nurseries, paying for bank holidays and holiday days throughout the year is extremely frustrating. It would be great to be able to use a bank of days throughout the year given most will have up to 25 holidays per year in UK.

Very good baby room. Our son loves going there and feels very secure which is most important. The team cares and follows when it is possible parents' requirements which is highly appreciated. We definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has attended Beaumont House Day Nursery (preschool) for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They are amazing with the children and I can one hundred percent say that he will be leaving some best buddies behind in terms of staff when he goes to school in September. The whole team have been fantastic, especially with continuing to work through the pandemic and making sure all children are well looked after and reassured. The management team are friendly and approachable and always there to greet parents and offer advice if needed. The nursery has a cute little garden out back which has a shed full of outside resources for the children to choose from. The nursery take the children for daily outings, which is amazing too! My son has learnt so much recently, he comes home and talks about volcanoes, earthquakes, how to understand his feelings and most importantly how he is able to face any challenge that comes his way! Thank you!
