Kids Planet Eccleshill has exceeded our expectations. The teachers are kind and welcoming. My son has such a beautiful bond with his key workers. Communication from staff and managers is always effective and updates about my child’s day are always prompt. The variety of meals are healthy and impressive and days where my son may not enjoy a particular meal an alternative is always given to him that his key worker knows he will eat. The activities and environment are of excellent standards.

Honestly, I love our nursery. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since he started. All the staff are lovely, professional and friendly and are amazing with my little boy. It has been great for not only his social skills but his mental and physical progression. He loves nursery and I am 100% happy with the care and teaching that he's receiving.

I'm very happy with my child's nursery. My child is happy every time he comes home and I'm happy. Bravo to the team. They eat very good food. They do all the activities and they look after our children. Thank you for everything.

Lovely welcoming staff throughout the nursery. My daughter loves attending and getting involved with all the wonderful activities. Staff take a genuine interest in your child and you are kept up to date of your child's day at nursery and their progress via the app.

Kids Planet is a brilliant nursery. All members of staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The children always have different activities and updates are given daily with photos. The nursery is very clean. I always recommend this nursery to my friends. My children have settled in really well with the loving and caring from staff members.

Everyone at Kids Planet are so friendly and my little boy absolutely loves going. He's learnt so much from them since joining over 3 years ago and I will be so sad once he leaves. He gets so excited to go and has such strong relationships with his key workers who really do go above and beyond for him.

Would highly recommend Kids Planet Eccleshill. My child has been attending since 8 months old and is now 3.5 and sibling due to start soon too! We’ve always been impressed with communication from staff, whether that be in person, phone calls, email or via the app. Food/snacks have always been healthy, varied and my child has enjoyed. Activities well stimulating and have helped him progress in many areas. Most importantly, he’s always been happy there and made lots of great relationships with friends and staff!

Since my son has started at Kids Planet he has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are so helpful and really care about the kids which is clear to see. All questions are answered quickly and the app is updated all the time meaning that you never miss out on what they are up to. Wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else.

Our eldest child has been to the Kids Planet Eccleshill establishment and her progress was superb. We now have our second child here, she has allergies. The staff and overall care are outstanding. They cater and listen. Definitely one of the best daycare nurseries around Bradford.

The nursery has been amazing in accommodating my child's needs, and keeping us updated with changes and also any plans. His needs have been met and I cannot recommend it enough.

Kids Planet Eccleshill, is friendly, welcoming and a great place for children to learn. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery. My son loves going and learning. They try and incorporate things for everyone, teaching him about different cultures and languages, I am glad they are showing him sign language, and other ways to communicate other than speech. I like that the staff are approachable and understanding, that they listen to your concerns and try to address them. They also like to teach the children about different cultures, disabilities etc. It's also great that there's the option to have a uniform or not. Definitely going to be sad when my son leaves to go to school.

Since the takeover of owners, the children are getting more resources to bring home such as tasks, and books to borrow from their mini library. The children are also going on walks, which previously never happened under the old owners (from my knowledge). My daughter has been at the nursery since January 2020, although we have lost a couple of items of clothing and concerns were raised over a particular child bullying other children, that has now been resolved. My daughter loves the staff, one member of staff in particular, and she loves the activities she does and spending time with her friends. She can not wait for nursery days to come around.

My child only joined Kids Planet in September in the toddler room and has settled so well. The ladies in the room are attentive towards his needs as he can be a little clingy, especially his key worker. I get daily updates on the app and that makes me feel at ease. They also have cameras in the room and sometimes I do ask management if I can watch the cameras before I pick my child up and they always have them ready for me to watch. Management are really helpful as well, they helped me fill out all his paperwork and showed me how to download the app and set it up. Could not recommend this nursery enough. Thank you to the amazing team.

My face ID never seems to work, which is very annoying when in a rush. Clothes that were meant to be in my daughter's bag weren't, when I asked the staff about it they wouldn't go quickly to see if they were in the bathroom, I had to wait days for the clothes back which were stained with food. They sent me pictures of the wrong kid! They didn't tell me that there was a school holiday in the emails and I came to nursery and wasted two taxi fairs!

Excellent care, great experience. My son settled in after two weeks and has loved the nursery ever since. His key person in tots room managed to build that bound you could only dream of. We are always informed about their day - activities,m meals etc. The site looks very clean and safe and the outdoor play area is fantastic. The branch manager is always contactable and happy to help. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Before my son started nursery he was very clingy and very fussy with food. He absolutely 100% loves coming to nursery. He now cries when leaving nursery and wants to go to nursery even when he doesn't have to. Since he's started he's grown so much. They have helped him with his eating and managed to get my son to try new foods. I'm absolutely amazed and would recommend any parent to bring their child to Kinder Haven. Any issues I have had, they always resolve quickly.

My son absolutely loves going to this nursery and has settled in fantastically. They communicate well each day and he seems to have lots of fun whilst he is there. We decided to pay extra for the nursery to provide meals and snacks in the hope he will explore more foods and so far this has been the case so I am pleased. So far nursery has been fantastic for his development and social development, since Covid-19 he hasn't had much social interaction with children his own age. Overall, very pleased with Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill.

Absolutely love this nursery. My two year old son has attended this nursery since he was six months old. After having a small break due to my maternity, he has returned to this nursery and has settled right back in. It is almost like he never left. The staff have been amazing with him and have supported him to return so well. He is so excited to attend nursery and always talks about his teachers at home. My eight month old has recently just started in the baby room and he has settled very well. The baby room staff are so friendly, welcoming and have such a good relationship with him already. He's never cried when dropped off in the morning, which make me feel better leaving him happy and he is always happy and smiley when I collect. I was very nervous about the boys attending nursery due to the current pandemic but the nursery has so many policies and safeguarding procedures in place that set my mind at ease. The outside areas are very spacious and the children access it regularly which my son loves.

Absolutely love this nursery. My two year old son has attended this nursery since he was six months old.
