I cannot praise this nursery enough, Jemima House Day Nursery has been amazing for my child and he has thrived there, both socially (he has a couple best friends!) and mentally he has learnt a lot (we found out how much he loves volcanoes thanks to pre-school). My child is so comfortable here and says how the staff are all his friends, it makes dropping him off so much easier. I also appreciate how they help my child with his big emotions, they put real effort into understanding and helping each child with any upset or change. The staff are wonderful, the service is wonderful, and the education is wonderful, 10/10 place!

My daughter started here just 3 months ago and has settled in so well. She loves everything about this nursery and runs in every morning with a smile. All of the staff have been amazing to deal with and are always very welcoming and informative!! I would 100% recommend this nursery!

Jemima House Day Nursery is a welcoming, friendly and nurturing pre-school. They have been so caring towards both of my children and supported them to grow in confidence and be ready to move on to primary school.

Staff are wonderful and attentive, including management. They provide a safe, nurturing environment where all can learn and thrive, with lots of fun, engaging activities on offer, including indoors and outdoors. Local walks when possible so children get out into the community. Meals are a big hit with my little one too - healthy and tasty! My little one loves going to school everyday and that says it all. They feel happy and safe at school and we as parents are happy and can get on with our work day knowing this. Can't rate this Jemima House Day Nursery highly enough!

Wonderful staff and our son absolutely loves going to nursery every day. The staff take great care in his development, well being and happiness at the nursery. They give me detailed report of his progress and any issues that arose. Brilliant team, excellent nursery and truly fantastic management.

My son loved going to this nursery, it has helped so much with his speech, sociability and picky eating. The staff are lovely and great with all the children, and the facilities and activities they provide are excellent.

From the moment my son joined Jemima House Day Nursery, we have felt nothing but care. support and positivity. My son has loved every minute of his time here. In the space of a year, his conference has improved no end and his social skills have also improved. The learning environment is very engaging and the communication from staff is excellent. Thank you for all you have done, we can't wait for our youngest son to join you next year!

We adore Jemima House and all the wonderful staff! They are caring, kind and build genuine relationships with the children. My child talks about them all the time, and really benefits from the range of activities they do, the open play environment and lovely outdoor space. They do lots of themed activities and I cannot fault the quality of any of the care, equipment or planning.

Both of our children attend Jemima House; one since he was 6 months old who is now preparing to go to school, and the other since he was 9 months. Both absolutely love spending time at the nursery and always come out to greet me at the end of the day smiling and chatting about the various activities they have participated in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I always feel able to ask questions and with the help of the app and daily feedback, I feel like I fully understand what my children have been doing each day. I feel my children are receiving the best possible care every day and I couldn't ask for anything more.

My son has been attending Jemima House since the start of this year, following in the footsteps of his big sister who is now at school. We love the structure and support that we receive and the kids love it there. Highly recommend.

My daughter started Jemima House Day Nursery in Alconbury Weald when she was two years old. She loves it so much there! The staff are lovely and always go above and beyond to meet the child’s needs. Highly recommend.

Jemima House have been amazing this past year. They support us all and care for the children so much. We get plenty of updates and the staff are excellent. I love the updates at the end of the day and it’s clear they do their best every day.

My daughter is much happier at the nursery and it's been a positive change forced by the Covid-19 pandemic. If only we’d have known about the quality of service beforehand we most certainly would have had our daughter attend much earlier.

Staff are lovely and friendly. My two girls absolutely love coming here and I never have any tears from them when I drop them off. They enjoy the food and the outdoor play area. They always have a fun day and never say they don't want to go.

Teddy absolutely adores going to nursery! Starting during covid and lockdown I was worried how he would settle with other people after not really having chance to interact with anyone else outside our household. He settled in straight away, and now just toddles in when I drop him off and doesn’t look back! All the girls that have worked with him are amazing, and he always leaves with a massive smile on his face!

We have two children who attend the nursery and we couldn’t be more happy with the care they receive. The staff are always so knowledgeable about all aspects of the children’s day and provide a thorough handover each day. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional and I always feel so reassured knowing the children are in safe hands. I really believe the children will always have fond memories of their time at Jemima House.

The team have been fantastic with my son. He had previously been at another local nursery where he remained unsettled and they struggled to manage his behavior. This has not been an issue in this setting and he loves to go to nursery now. Going in happily and leaving in a good mood. The photos shared of his activities are a really good indicator of his day and his development has come on considerably in the few months he has attended.

This nursery is in a beautiful bright airy setting and the childcare practitioners are attentive and give a full explanation of all the days activities, learning progress and eating routines of our daughter. Communication from staff and the manager have been brilliant and their willingness to assist on changed hours and flexibly work with us as parents is really brilliant. Lovely approach to learning provided by the care practitioners, where they allow development through both child led and adult led learning and play. Knowing your child is safe and happy are essential and Jemima House Day Nursery certainly go above and beyond to provide this care.

All the staff are friendly and lovely, my daughter loves going to the nursery, we are always welcomed and patient with the little ones. The facilities are very good and always kept clean, the standards are at the highest and all staff are very professional. Also, mixing with all different ages is a great opportunity for them to learn and engage in complex play routines. However the most important aspect for us is the education and development aspect, our little one has changed so much in the last year since she has been at the nursery and we are very happy with her progression. We look forward to our second child joining the nursery in due course.

My daughter has been attending Jemima House for four months now. Having only previously attended a preschool for one day per week from 9 am - 3 pm, I was concerned that the day at nursery would feel particularly long for her, however, she is kept stimulated by the interesting range of activities offered throughout the day and the care and attention of staff, especially her key worker. My daughter is always happy and chatty at pick up time and I receive a detailed summary of her day from staff, which is lovely to hear. We have started receiving a fantastic weekly newsletter. The nursery held some special family events over the Christmas period. The children spend plenty of time outdoors which is brilliant. The safety of the children is a key priority. Thank you to the dedicated team for caring and nurturing my daughter.
