Really good nursery, feel safe leaving my 2-year-old there. He enjoys it and has developed massively since starting nursery. He's speaking more, the nursery send individual observations so we can see exactly what the highlight of the day was and staff are eager to relay how the day has been for our little one at the end of the day. Haven't had any issues and couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

I can't say enough great things about the nursery where my two daughters go. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with open arms and a very clean, safe, and happy environment. The staff truly makes this place special. They are not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but they also have a genuine love for the children. We have been a part of the nursery family for 2 years, the girls both settled grown, and developed incredibly well in their journey with Tender Years. Every day, my daughters come home excited to share stories about the fun they've had and the activities they participated in. The staff takes the time to connect with each child, ensuring they feel valued and supported. It's clear that they are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment. I am so grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on my daughters. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and enriching place for their little ones!

Everything is really well communicated, my son loves going to Tender Years and has learnt so much since starting in May. All the staff seem lovely and hands-on and the nursery itself is always well-kept and a nice environment.

An excellent nursery to help with the development of your children, in a safe and loving space. Our son loves the nursery and the environment they have created. We put him in from 10 months old and he has been attending for over a year now for most of the week. The staff have been excellent over the time and his key workers keep us regularly updated using the app with regular photos and responses are prompt. Our son's development has accelerated massively by his attendance at Tender Years and he behaves well due to the way they operate. His learnings, speech, thoughts and more are all continuously evolving and this has been accelerated by the activities we have had suggested by the nursery at home. Overall, I would recommend it as it is excellent value for money and a great nursery to send your children to.

Our son has been coming to Tender Years since September 2023 and we could not be happier with the choice we made. From the moment he stepped into nursery, he has been cared for brilliantly by the loving, knowledgeable staff. Everyone is always very friendly and approachable, and every day our child runs up the path with a smile! Communication is fantastic and we love the updates and photos we get during the day. There are always lovely activities planned and wonderful events throughout the year. Our son loves coming here and we're very happy with Tender Years!

The nursery staff are kind, caring and supportive with my son. He loves going to nursery in the baby class and often waves us out the door. I have no worries about leaving my baby in the hands of the staff. I love to see what my son has been doing at nursery using the App and I also like to share what he has been doing at home, as the nursery like to see their interests so they can plan around the babies interests. The garden space is amazing. He has learnt so much since starting in September and I love that he has the opportunity to socialise with other babies which he could not do at home.

My little boy has just joined Tender Years Day Nursery in the last few weeks and I can't express how smooth the transition was. We were expecting a longer settling-in period but so far, the staff have really helped nursery become a home away from home. Communication with us is on point, they take into account his specific needs day to day via messages, and he comes home with a smile on his face. Pick-ups are always pleasant, with feedback and plenty of time for any questions we might have. We also receive plenty of updates about what activities he is doing through the week, which are always great. We would highly recommend this nursery! Thank you to all the staff at Tenders Years!

The nursery and staff are very accommodating and welcoming. One staff member in particular is fantastic at passing any messages on or getting back to us in a timely manner. The care and attention my child receives is really good and we are very happy with the whole nursery as a whole.

Most amazing nursery. This place has many children blossoming, since my son has started his cousins have also. If your child is attached and isn't much of an eater things will change for them. Especially with speech they do a lot with the children and all the aunties and mini-mums.

Excellent nursery, my son has settled in very quickly and loves going all the time. The Level of communication from the nursery staff is brilliant, lots of pictures from their day to day activities and upcoming events.

Excellent nursery, first-class site and facilities, homely, clean environment, lovely staff, and tasty, healthy food. They helped my daughter settle in quickly, now she absolutely loves going in. Can’t ask for more!

This nursery is outstanding. The level of communication I receive as a parent about the day to day routine, upcoming events and the care they show towards the children is excellent. It's spotlessly clean and tidy. My daughter never comes home with food or activity stained clothing, which means they must wear clothing protectors. The staff are warm and friendly, and I'm really happy with the progress my daughter has made since joining. The setting provides the children with lovely, big and bright rooms, and the garden is an adventure in its self! Keep up the great work Tender Years!

We would happily recommend this nursery to anyone who will listen. During my daughter’s time at the nursery, we moved 20mins further away but couldn’t bring ourselves to take out of this nursery. This is because she absolutely loves the nursery and her aunties there, so it is worth the logistical difficulties! Whenever we have concerns about our daughter, they are quick to have conversations with us and support both her and us. We trust them completely to have her interests in mind at all times. We particularly like the home-from-home environment at the nursery and the large garden as she loves playing outside no matter the weather. We also enjoy getting photos on the log showing what she has been doing.

After moving to the area last year, it was important to us that we found a well-rounded nursery. Tender Years definitely fit that description. The staff are incredible. I have twins, one of which is autistic, and the nursery has gone above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and happy when at nursery. Over the last year, the nursery has had to contend with covid, but I can't I fault them. The measures they have put in place, and the way they care for the children has enabled them to stay open during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend Tender Years Day Nursery.

Tender Years is a fantastic nursery. Our son loves going to nursery and has been at Tender Years for over 2.5 years. Over this time, he has really developed with the great staff the nursery has. The large garden is a great benefit of the nursery, allowing the children to play and interact with each other. Highly recommend Tender Years to anyone.

It has been a difficult time over the review month given the implementation of the current lockdown, but the Tender Years staff have been really supportive. My little one is always very happy to go to the nursery and always in a good mood when I pick him up.

My son loves going to the nursery; he enjoys playing with his friends and aunties. The staff are all amazing and friendly, and I would definitely recommend to anyone. I don’t like being away from my son, but I know he’s in great hands at Tender Years.

Well, what can I say apart from what an amazing nursery and how pleased we are that we made the decision to send our daughter here. I really cannot praise them enough. Our daughter has been and still is experiencing some developmental delays. All of the nursery staff, including management, have been absolutely amazing from the outset in helping and supporting our daughter with her issue,s and we have noticed a massive improvement in her since attending. They really have gone above and beyond with their proactive and accommodating approach to ensure our daughter gets the best chance to meet her potential. The nursery is absolutely immaculate and is clearly looked after and maintained to the highest standard. If you are considering sending your child here; do not hesitate. Both my wife and I feel so comfortable leaving her there in the morning, as we know and trust that she will be well cared for. The team are now part of our family, and our daughter loves them dearly!

After a difficult period selecting a nursery which held the same high standards as we do for our daughter, we found Tender Years Day Nursery and never looked back. From the ground up, Tender Years is a well run, efficiently managed and has an expressively nurturing environment for children of all backgrounds. Each Aunty and member of staff take their role seriously, not to mention their continued efforts to promote growth, equality and kindness among the children and each other. Furthermore, they strike the perfect balance between education and play, as well as regularly making changes to each room so as to always challenge and innovate those using them. The foundation of Tender Years is to establish itself as a place where parents can trust their children can visit safely, as well as becoming their true selves, while communicating with parents every step of the way. My son started here only a few months ago and has settled in extremely well. The team at Tender Years are so kind and patient and have made the transition to this nursery so smooth and easy for both myself and my son. The facilities here are the best I have seen and the care of the children is second to none. A* Tender Years.
