Our son would be really upset to leave us in the morning but we knew from the regular updates and photos he would have a great day once there. Staff always welcomed him with open arms and excitement every morning despite the tears and this perseverance paid off. He now loves going into nursery and talks about a friend he has made. His confidence has built so much since starting. We know he is safe and cared for and feel really happy with our choice of nursery. We always get a breakdown of his day and know how hard the staff work with him to ensure he enjoys every moment and appreciate everything they do for him.

Our daughter and son have been at Tenderlinks since they were one and have absolutely loved it. My husband and I have been very impressed by how well the nursery is run. We love that our children have such a lot of fun, creative and educational activities to do each day, football on Tuesdays, and forest school on Thursdays. All the teachers that our children grew up with still work at the nursery - I find the consistency so reassuring for them, especially hearing from other parents how much other nurseries are struggling with staffing. I think it speaks volumes about the leadership; it is such a wholesome, uplifting environment. Our kids both learned to eat with a spoon in week two at nursery and have learned good manners, which is so lovely. Our daughter is progressing very well to start school this September. The staff are friendly, attentive and encouraging. We couldn't thank you enough for being such a fantastic place for our children to play, learn and grow!

My son has been at Tenderlinks since he was 10 months old, and I couldn't be happier. In the early days, the staff all made the transition to being at nursery as easy and reassuring (for us all) as possible. The app was a big help but I quickly realised he was in good hands and was really happy being there. Now aged 3, he has enjoyed every room thoroughly and is thriving. There's a great balance of indoor and outdoor play, the staff are brilliant at coming up with ingenious and creative play ideas and are all so friendly and helpful. There are weekly activities that the children can take part in including forest school, and pitch pals. Communication is good, we're kept in the loop with updates and any queries are dealt with quickly. My son is easily distracted at meal times, but he appears to enjoy the meal choices on offer at Tenderlinks, his development from the early feeding stages to now (3yo) has come on leaps and bounds, as has his confidence, and progress in general.

Our daughter is very happy at the nursery. The staff are warm and make every day different and interesting (with weekly forest school and football sessions). The nursery is small with quite stable staff, which gives it a homely feel. The outdoor space is generous for the size of the nursery and they make good use of it.

Our child has attended 3 days/week for over a year, now in squirrels room. She loves Tenderlinks and we are really impressed with the honest, caring staff and the nurturing environment. Our favourite thing about Tenderlinks is that the small classes mix for example during outdoor play or forest school which has made transitions seamless and she has good relationships with all the teachers so staffing changes during illness etc have not caused any disruption. We owe knowledgeable and highly qualified staff so much for our daughter's development, particularly in vocabulary and her interest in the world continues to grow as she experiences different learning themes such as Chinese New Year, fireworks night etc. The nursery is amazing at maintaining her valuable routine but laid-back enough to make the most of good weather with plenty of outdoor play in summer but still enough fresh air in winter. Communication is excellent, prices are average for the area but all our requirements are met.

Brilliant nursery, always polite and professional. My son felt very comfortable there from day one and I can’t fault any of the nursery staff, they are truly lovely. My son has become more confident around other children since going to the nursery, as well as gaining many more skills. They are very patient and observant.

My daughter has been attending Tenderlinks since she was 8 months old and is now leaving for school. We have loved her time there and she has never asked not to go. Throughout all the different age-specific rooms she has thrived and been encouraged to be herself and develop as an individual. The staff are all wonderful, kind and loving towards the children, approachable and honest to parents. The outdoor space is brilliant with lots of different activity types, the large mud kitchen area being a favourite! My daughter has been extremely well prepared for school without overwhelming her.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, we couldn’t be happier with Tenderlinks. We visited a lot of nurseries in the area and for us, it was a clear winner. My daughter is so happy to go there, she runs in to greet the staff and everyone knows her name. At the end of the day, she always comes out smiling. The nursery has a wide range of different activities including a weekly forest school and sports session, which she loves. We have seen a huge step in her development and she has become more confident and independent. Tenderlinks use an app that sends you updates on what the children have been up to with photos and commentary, It's lovely to see what they've been up to. My daughter loves going outside, their outdoor space is perfect with lots of things for her to do and a lovely shady tree for the summer. All the staff are very friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. I like that the nursery is small, it gives it more of a family feel - a home from home.

My son attended this nursery for 18 months and my daughter has now been there for a year. I have issued 5 stars because of the staff. The staff are simply wonderful and so incredibly creative with their ideas to entertain the kids. The artwork they create is endless and the cuddly care they give is really something. The staff are just wonderful with the kids. My daughter is always happy to go in and can't wait to play with her friends. The app updates are really detailed and so many photos are posted each day so you really have a great insight into what your little one is getting up to. Any messages are replied to really quickly, almost always the same day. The building and grounds are slightly lower standard than other nurseries in the area, but I don't think the kids care! It's about the relationships and interactions they get. Not the physical appearance. They could do with updating the gate though - it sticks!

I really like the new features in the outdoor area, it's always good to bring in new experiences to keep the children stimulated. Bug-ingham Palace and the Sound Wall are my favourites at the moment.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my daughter is so happy to go there, running in to greet the staff (everyone there knows her name and mine) and always smiles coming out. She loves all the activities they do and I have definitely seen her development improve every week she attends Tenderlinks. The updates on the app help so much to see what she’s up to and get photos, being a first-time mum, I was very nervous at first, they took the time to get to know me and my daughter and work everything around us. She loves going outside, so their outdoor space is perfect with lots of things for her to do. The ladies in the under 2s room are so amazing, and my daughter has made great relationships with them.

Our son has been at Tenderlinks since 2018, it is a fantastic nursery. The staff are extremely nurturing towards the children, and this is translated across all of the rooms. The nursery has been extremely supportive throughout the challenging times of Covid-19. The pre-school room is really engaged with preparing the children for school, whilst still allowing them to be preschoolers. Overall, the nursery has a kind and friendly atmosphere, with wonderful staff. I feel very lucky to have a place to send my daughter to such a brilliant childcare setting, to experience the same early years that her brother has.

Our son started just after turning one and is now three and a half and it has been perfect for him. All the staff through the different rooms have been brilliant and shown great care. The App used is wonderful, especially in the early days as this gives great reassurance. The nursery itself is small inside but has a really good outside area, which they make every opportunity to use, which our son loves.

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at Tenderlinks. They do a wide range of activities with the children that are both fun and educational. The staff are all friendly and knowledgable and extremely approachable should you require assistance with any issues you may be having with your child. We were struggling to toilet train our son before he went to this nursery but with the guidance of his care worker, we formed a plan for both home and at nursery and he is now fully trained! The other thing I love is through an app the nursery give parents regular updates about what the children are up to which can give an anxious mum or dad peace of mind, especially if like me you have a child that takes a few weeks to adapt to going to nursery in the beginning (another issue that we were fully supported through. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My little one has started the nursery at the age of nine months and loved it straight away. The ladies, especially in the baby room, are absolutely lovely, caring and making all the efforts to make the children happy and comfortable. We couldn't have chosen a better nursery.

Our little girl enjoys going to Tenderlinks and she is always smiling when we pick her up. We can see that going to nursery improves her confidence. The staff are all very caring and we love receiving updates through the app.

I feel genuinely grateful for all the heartfelt care and attention that our daughter has received at Tenderlinks Day Nursery over the last year. I could not have wished for more attentive and professional staff to look after our daughter at such a crucial developmental stage. My wife and I were particularly pleased with the fantastic adult to child ratio, being kept informed on our daughter's progress, the fun activities that were undertaken and last but not least the love that has been shown to her and us.

Since joining the nursery my son has developed in so many ways. He is more confident and balanced and looks forward to going into nursery every day. The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment and I think it provides the backdrop for more effective learning. Overall I have nothing bad to say, seeing my son smile each day says it all. I would look into the cleanliness a bit closer as this is the area which I feel the nursery could improve on. Please make sure the children's hands and faces are wiped on a regular basis. Our daughter loves her time at the nursery. Although she is normally reserved and quite quiet, she is very confident and happy when she is at nursery which makes me very pleased to have chosen Tenderlinks as our childcare provider. Staff are very helpful and full of energy.
