My son has been at Monkey Puzzle since he was 9 months old and he's currently 14 month old, since starting there he has come on leaps and bounds and they have helped in his development to mould him into the little character he is today, could not thank all the staff there enough and would highly recommend.

The team at Monkey Puzzle have done a fantastic job with our two children. Our eldest started age 3 and has now started school and our youngest is in the baby room. Staff are compassionate, caring and patient with the kids. The management and admin staff are efficient and also lovely. What a top bunch!

Both my children have been at Monkey Puzzle over the past 4 years and they've been excellent. The children were happy and cared for, the processes they use are simple and easy for busy parents, they set up activities and day trips regularly and the staff really care about the wellbeing of the kids. If there are any problems or concerns, they talk about it collaboratively. You know what food they're eating and how much without having to rely on staff memory. A truly great nursery that I recommend to anyone.

Monkey Puzzle is a safe, fun environment for children where staff take a real interest in children and work hard to ensure they have a great time. They spend lots of time outside and do a large variety of activities. Our son has thrived in the preschool where a gentle introduction of structure and responsibility-taking has prepared him really well for school. We are already looking forward to seeing our younger son there in future knowing how well he will be cared for and encouraged.

Our son has just graduated after being at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery for just under 4 years. He has always enjoyed going to nursery and felt at home there. The staff are very caring and managed to create a varied program of activities to encourage his development.

My child has been here since he just turned 1 and is just about to leave to go to primary school. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery and preschool, the staff really care for the kids and do so many exciting activities. They've taught my child a huge amount and prepared him so wonderfully for his next steps. As a parent I've felt looked after too, and reassured that my child was getting the best. Thank you everyone at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery, it will be a wrench to leave such a happy place.

I am so very happy with the nursery, one started in April and one in June. Both boys have come on tremendously, they helped one to walk. Both boys come home tired after a busy day. They always seem to have things to do and nothing is too much for the staff. They are so helpful and considerate and the care they give the boys just light up in their faces.

My son has recently started at Monkey Puzzle and our experience to date has been nothing short of excellent. The staff have been amazing, their communication and commitment to ensuring a smooth transition into their nursery setting has made us feel extremely confident that our child is in the best place!

Our daughter loves going to nursery, whenever we drop her off at Monkey Puzzle she can't wait to get through the door, to the point of not even looking back to say goodbye. She is 15 months old so that says a lot. The nursery itself is a fantastic place and it seems they really take all feedback onboard positive and negative and nothing is ever too much trouble. She has formed really close bonds with every staff member I have met and they really understand her personality. I do not have anything negative to say as they have fulfilled all our needs and our child's needs.

A superb nursery who pay incredible attention to detail when it comes to caring for my two youngest children. I couldn't be happier with our choice of childcare, which has enabled us to run our businesses as parents and enjoy total peace of mind, even getting updates throughout the day on the app which alleviates parent guilt a bit - lovely passionate and genuine staff. Hugely recommended.

My eldest child finished at Monkey Puzzle last year and my youngest is still there. I couldn't recommend Monkey Puzzle highly enough. The staff are brilliant. Their knowledge and experience are very impressive and they really care about the children. Excellent facilities and outdoor space. I'm so pleased we chose Monkey Puzzle. My boys love it.

A very positive experience for our daughter who has been at the nursery for close to two years. A home from home in some ways and always happy with her days there. She especially loves playing out and other activities, but most importantly enjoys the interaction with her little friends and the wonderful staff.

The staff at Monkey Puzzle make the place stand out. If you want a child focused nursery than I cannot recommend this place enough. I love the fact that my little boy comes home messy as it shows he’s had lots of different experiences and fun. My little boy started at 8 months old and is now 10 months old, he seems to have settled in really well and I think this is down to the excellent staff who show empathy and a passion for caring for children. It may not have the best Ofsted but I know as a teacher that this isn’t always a true reflection of a setting. I know my child is safe and happy and having lovely experiences which to me is what is most important when looking for a nursery.

Finding a nursery that is perfect for you and your child is hard. We’ve been there twice now but the second time there wasn’t a decision to make, we’d already found Monkey Puzzle! There are so many good things to say, too many to write! They are always professional but with a friendly and personal touch. They regularly assess the development of every child to ensure all of their individual needs are met all of the time. They’re constantly finding ways to make themselves even better, adapting and growing to ensure the children have the best start in life. Parents are asked for their feedback, opinions and suggestions which I love! They are regularly led by the children’s imaginations and let them take everyone in the room on adventures. They create educational tasks/activities based on their interests and ideas which helps them really engage and makes learning fun! There is never a time that I am not met with huge smiles when I collect at the end of the day. 100% recommend!

Very professional nursery that offers high-quality care. Both my children have attended and they love going. All the different rooms cater to the needs of the age group and there have been some outstanding members of staff.

This nursery has gone above and beyond at every step with our daughter, I can't recommend Monkey Puzzle highly enough. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the last 2 and a half years from a shy toddler to a happy confident 4 year old. She has a brilliant key person who is friendly, knowledgable and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. The facilities are amazing, definitely the best in the area, inviting and well set out. They take parent opinions into account so you feel really valued, and they are always going from strength to strength. The way the team dealt with the covid situation is outstanding, keeping us informed and making sure steps are taken to keep us all safe. We'll be sorry when our daughter leaves for school in the autumn but the nursery has made sure she is ready for her next step. Best nursery in the area hands down and a lifeline for our family.

Would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Nursery. The staff go above and beyond to take care of the children. The facilities and outdoor space are wonderful. My daughter has additional needs and the staff make sure that her extra needs are met. They make you feel nothing is too much effort. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys attending each week.

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle since he was 9 months old, he is now 2 and a half and he absolutely loves it. The staff work so hard to understand the individual needs of every child and it is lovely the see the bond they share with all of the children. The nursery is professionally run with well-trained staff and great communication. Over what has undoubtedly been an exceptionally difficult few months for the nursery, it has been heartening to see them always putting the children first and doing whatever they can to support their needs, above all else. Most importantly, my son runs out of the house every morning, excited to get to nursery and spends the whole time he's not there talking about going back. So they must be doing something right.

My son absolutely loves coming to nursery and is always so chatty about everything he's done throughout the day when I pick him up. They do so many wonderful things with the children at Monkey Puzzle, and the staff always go above and beyond. I couldn't recommend Monkey Puzzle highly enough.

My little one started at the end of September, and we absolutely love the nursery, especially the staff. Every day, my little one has a huge smile on his face when we arrive and happily goes over to the girls. The menu is great, and the nursery is clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone.
