My little boy has been attending since he was 11months old, the staff in babies are amazing! He loves going and he has developed so much since he started. I love the updates we get on the app, they always make me smile. Thank you girls.

I have a child in preschool and she's been in since toddlers, we have loved the time in nursery and we still do. The staff is amazing and welcoming. My child loves going there. She has developed so much in the nursery. I am really happy with the staff.

I feel so lucky to have moved my daughter to this nursery in Sept 2023, the tots and toddlers teams have been excellent. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds and it is in no small part due to the diligent work by the entire staffing and management team.

The whole year round the staff have been absolutely brilliant with my son. So kind and caring always informing me of every little detail making me feel more at ease which is brilliant as it's hard for the parent as well as the child. Wouldn't pick any other nursery.

My child loves going into nursery every morning and runs in with a smile on her face. The staff are welcoming, well mannered polite, and professional. They will always hold a conversation with us parents, they also celebrate milestones with us as a family too! It's an enjoyment dropping and picking up my child knowing that she is definitely in safe hands all day while having so much fun. She's learnt an abundance of things from being in nursery and her social skills when outside of nursery have grown so much. I could not be more happy with the support from all of the staff.

As a mother, I couldn't be happier with the care my child receives at Kids Planet, Billinge. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child's well-being and development. My child comes home every day happy from all the fun activities they've enjoyed. The environment is safe, nurturing, and filled with opportunities for creativity and growth. It's reassuring to know my child is in such capable and caring hands, and I am grateful for the positive impact the nursery has on their early years.

My daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet, every time I pick her up she is smiling and I can tell how much she has enjoyed her day and been well looked after. My daughter loves a good cuddle and the staff continues to always make time for her to feel comforted, this has been from babies up to toddlers where she is now. They are so great with all the updates they put on the app, especially with the photos which makes me feel at ease. Thank you Kids Planet!

Kids Planet Billinge is a welcoming and friendly nursery for both children and parents. The deputy manager has always shown a keen interest with speaking to parents and engaging with our child. The staff in the baby room are exemplary and are all caring and passionate about the role which puts you are ease when dropping your child off. They put the time and effort into helping children develop and thrive and we often notice new skills and behaviors that have clearly been taught at nursery. A big thank you from us.

We've had a really positive experience whilst my son has been in the Baby room at Kids Planet Billinge. The staff are all lovely and our son has made a few close bonds, which means he's generally happy going in every morning! We get updates frequently throughout the day on the parent's app, which is so nice to see. The staff sometimes take the babies to the park and are often creative and encourage messy play/exploration! Our son has also made lots of progress since he started in June... especially in terms of his social and communication skills and he's some little friends with the other babies! We will be sad when he moves up to Tots because the staff in the baby room are so lovely, but we are sure he'll have a similar experience in the next class. I would recommend KP!

Fantastic nursery, friendly, warm and welcoming. They have supported and cared for my little boy since he started at 12 months old. The staff and management have always been supportive and very informative. The deputy manager at Billinge is amazing, she was born to do that role. Good activities and creative tasks through play. Negatives/room for improvement - Structure to day, pre-school, days out, experiences such as library, fire engine, police, postman etc. Animal visits, regular updates, workbooks/reading books.

My son attended here and now my daughter does too. I did look at other nurseries closer to the area in which we live but nothing came close to Kids Planet! The only reason I looked was solely for something a little closer. I have never had an issue with kids planet in the 4 years since my son started. I cannot fault them at all it is a fantastic nursery in all aspects!

An excellent nursery - the best around. My daughter has thrived here, and it’s been like a home away from home. The staff are so welcoming and caring. The office staff are so keen to help and are very efficient. The variety of food is brilliant. I’m so pleased we chose Kids Planet!

My son loves Kids Planet Billinge and he has developed so well. He has a great bond with his key worker and the other staff and children within his room we are delighted we chose this nursery.

This is the best nursery. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. My eldest child attended another local nursery which I loved, but once I’d visited here I never turned back. The staff make the nursery what it is. The room staff are always accommodating and listen closely to you and your child, always coming up with new ideas and think on their feet. The food is great and provides loads of variety and always cautious with allergies and preferences. The rooms are clean, well decorated and always engaging. The community spirit is amazing too, taking the children out for walks, play at the park etc whilst engaging with the locals. The most lovely thing is that the management know each child and family also, they always mix with the children in the rooms and are involved throughout. Nothing is a problem. Highly highly recommend.

I cannot praise the nursery enough. Each room my child has been in, they have really tuned into his needs and provided a stimulating, safe and loving environment. My child is now in preschool and the team are amazing. My child can be challenging but they do everything they can to help him and work through his difficulties. He absolutely loves attending and speaks fondly about his ‘favorites’ at home - which is everyone from his key worker, management team and the cook - he loves her food!

My child struggled when first starting Kids Planet but with all the support and hard work and compassion and care showed by all the staff, she very quickly adapted and now looks forward and enjoys every single session. The staff are brilliant at interacting with parents on a daily basis about their child's day, activities, behaviour and eating. I would recommend Kids Planet to any parent looking for a nursery. Thank you for all your hard work.

We have nothing but praise for Kids Planet Billinge. Excellent caring staff always have time to discuss what’s been happening that day. Communication has been brilliant with the office since our daughter started there at the start of 2021. We didn’t get much opportunity to look at nursery’s due to covid restrictions at the time so opting for Kids Planet did seem like a bit of a gamble but it’s definitely proved to be the right decision our little girl loves it and that’s what matters.

My child has been attending Kids Planet Billinge now since he was 6 months old and I honestly cannot thank the team enough throughout these years in helping with his development. Every class he has moved up to he has made friends, got on well with the teachers and staff, and fully enjoyed and engaged in daily activities and monthly events. The staff here are on another level. Always so welcoming and willing to help no matter the situation. There is a real personal touch and home away from home feeling that always makes me feel settled when I drop my child off knowing that he is in the care of these wonderful people. During covid and the lockdown, the nursery helped any way they could with regards to positive tests, activities to do at home with the children and online classes the children could join in with. I couldn't recommend Kids Planet Billinge enough to anyone who has young children and helping with their development ready for school. Amazing team.
