Our first thing is how amazing the staff are both collectively and as individuals. From our child was at 18months old until now as she is preparing for school this year (scary) the staff have always been friendly and approachable. They are all very clearly committed and the bonds our child has made with them is amazing. The nursery itself is amazingly laid out and the constant changes to activities and provisions for the children show they are following the children's interests and learning goals. During her time at Kids Planet Lepton our child's speech has improved amazingly from being referred to speech and language at 2 years old, to now not requiring any further assistance is just amazing for us and shows the staff have really focused on furthering our child's skills. We are so happy that our child has attended this setting and will be sad when her journey with you comes to an end when she leaves for school. She always comes out saying she has had a great time.

Aspen started attending Kids Planet in Lepton in December 2024. Although he's only been there a matter of weeks, the friendly and attentive staff have clearly worked really hard to help him settle. We always receive a warm welcome, even when it's dark and late, four members of staff in particular, and the rest of the team, have always taken the time to pass on lots of relevant information and keep us informed. There is a really positive atmosphere every time we visit with clear routines and structure. Aspen appears to have already made good progress with his communication and physical development in a short space of time and has clearly developed some really positive relationships with his nursery family. We are really glad we chose this nursery! Thank you.

Each member of staff has been critical in supporting my child's needs. I can't thank them enough for showing such care love attention and kindness to my little boy. He has absolutely loved going to Lepton for the last 2 years. As I Parent, I have been very well-informed and kept up-to-date. The communication is brilliant from all of the ladies. Made to feel really welcome as a family. I would recommend Lepton as a Nursery.

My little boy started in September and his confidence has grown so much. The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and made him feel at ease straight away. Could not be happier with the service. Absolutely faultless!

My amazing child has been going to the nursery for over 3 and a bit years. The manager there is the best, she goes above and beyond for the children and company. The deputy manager also goes above and beyond for the children. My daughter always brings nice pictures home and cards for birthdays, Christmas etc. Thank you Kids Planet Lepton.

Both my daughters have thrived in Lepton Kids Planet thanks to the excellent, high quality care that not only includes basic level care, but actively encourages children in their development. My 3 year old will be here for another 2 years and I know they will tailor their care and support to her as the individual she is and not expect her to fit a more rigid approach. I am so happy I chose this nursery to look after my children. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a nursery, you will not be disappointed.

Very happy with how welcoming the staff are, not only to my son but to me also. Very helpful and informative with any questions I had. Very happy with the settling-in sessions, and my son is loving his time at nursery. Nappies and formulas are also included in the fees, which makes life so much easier.

My daughter has been coming to Kids Planet Lepton since she was eight months old; she has always had a fantastic bond with the staff - particularly her key workers throughout her time in the setting. The manager goes above and beyond every day and puts so much love into what she does; you can see that she doesn’t just stay in the office but is hands-on in every aspect of the nursery, which shows that my daughter absolutely loves her!

Our little girl always comes home happy and very chatty after nursery, she always enjoys her time at nursery playing with her friends and getting to know everyone. The staff are caring and very helpful and they have helped our daughter with her speech and language which is invaluable.

I feel that my child is well cared for while at nursery. The staff always seem to remember the details about what he has done in the day and what he has eaten. They have been trying really hard to get him to settle into nursery as he hasn’t found it easy to be left in a morning. I appreciate the reports on his development.

I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work and support throughout, especially the manager. They are all so friendly, helpful and really give our child the best nursery experience. I drop him off in the morning knowing he is in safe hands for the day. He absolutely loves attending and I love to see what he gets up to on the app.

My little girl started in the baby room when she was 1 year old and has recently been moved up to toddlers. She has been with Lepton Kids Planet for a year and she absolutely loves it. She runs in and doesn’t look back. She can’t wait to get there. When she moved up to the toddler room we even sent her for an extra day every week because she loves it so much. The staff are amazing. Every single one I’ve seen in the last 12 months is brilliant. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Since putting our daughter into Lepton we have had another baby and she will definitely be joining her sister at Kids Planet.

The staff work so hard to look after my child and I feel so comfortable leaving them with them! He loves coming to nursery to see them everyone and I love looking on the app to see what he has been up to each day!

My son has been attending nursery since the age of 14 months. He’s now approaching 3.5. He started off at one day a week in the baby room, increasing to 2 days a week in the toddler room and now 3 days a week in the school room. All of his key workers have been amazing, including all the other staff that work within the rooms. The app keeps me informed of his daily moments that matter, his sleep and meals eaten and I love the birth to 5 matters reports that allow me to understand his development and how he’s progressing. His character and confidence are growing and his personality is shining through (a little too much some days!) Thank you for taking incredible care of all the children that attend. Thank you for being part of his childhood chapter and helping him to develop into the amazing little boy that he is.

Both my girls attended this nursery full-time for four years and we’ve been so happy with the standard of care and the progression and joy we’ve seen in our children. It was a hard decision to go back to work full-time, but the professional, friendly, caring team made the transition so much easier. To me, it’s like dropping the children off with family. The nursery manager is brilliant and always makes time to communicate with parents. There are long-standing members of the team too, who are equally great and have provided consistency throughout the four years. Daily updates, food diaries, photos and a newsletter are shared through an app and the menu is always varied, with hot meals, fruit and yoghurts. They often come home with items they’ve crafted and I was seriously impressed when my daughter came home reeling off a list of all the planets! I highly recommend Kids Planet Lepton Nursery with its fantastic creative team and safe, caring, fun and friendly environment.

Our little boy started in the baby room in August, he has settled in extremely well and loves his key worker, he smiles and kicks his legs when he sees her on a morning and is always happy to be left at nursery. They have tried their best to accommodate his routine for us as much as they can. Staff are lovely and welcoming, even other staff members in the other rooms always smile and say hello in a morning. The variety of food is brilliant and his weaning has come on so much since being at nursery. Management is fantastic, nothing is ever too much and we are always able to speak about any concerns and any ask questions if needed. The Parent Zone app is a great way too to keep in touch and updated on daily things with our little one. My anxieties as first time mum and our little one being at nursery so young were very high at the beginning, but I have now settled and feel so happy and comfortable leaving him at nursery. He's a happy boy and thriving so much. Thank you to all of you at Kids Planet Lepton.

We love this nursery because our child always comes home very happy, they keep you informed throughout the day with what he’s been up to. A good variety of food is made for their dinners and tea each week. I love the fact you get an update each month on how they are progressing.

The nursery has always been accommodating. Staff are friendly and approachable and keep me updated on my child's progress. I love the use of the app to update me on my child's day, especially a daily photo of her undertaking various activities.

The staff at Kids Planet Lepton are amazing. My son's key worker was nurturing, caring and is just so lovely. The manager at Lepton knows her job inside out.

My children have been with Kids Planet Lepton since 2017, one has graduated and one is now in pre-school, both experienced babies, toddlers and pre-school. We have also experienced other childcare providers and continue with Lepton, who are great. The management on-site and behind-the-scenes, smooth billing and communication make all the difference to busy parents. We met the manager in 2016/2017 she (plus the clean facilities and happy children) just sold it to us! In preschool the new facilities look lovely, the staff are proud and the kids have free access to everything. They have been supportive of weaning and potty training (regardless of the room the child was in), facilitated naps long beyond their friends and my fussy son seems to eat vastly more in volume and variety at Lepton.
