I only have to say how amazing all staff are. Every time my daughter is at the nursery, I can carry on with my day without worrying about anything. The little one is very happy each day she's attending.

Child moved to preschool class midway through the year and it has been a smooth transition. She loves going to nursery and we are so grateful for the staff support. She has become more confident and is always keen to tell us what has happened during the day.

My son has been at the nursery for over a year now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, caring and supportive. My son always speaks highly of all the staff in preschool and staff from other classes that he meets during his day. The staff are always happy to update us at the end of the day during pick-up. The app is brilliant and is regularly updated during the day and we love receiving pictures of what he has been up to.

The deputy manager and all the staff are simply outstanding. My daughter is very happy to attend the nursery. The work done by all the staff is excellent. There are many activities, my daughter is learning many new things and socialising with other children. Thank you very much for your excellent work.

Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool is an excellent nursery and the staff have been very caring and patient with my lovely daughter. I really like the facilities, the rooms and outdorr space, I find the chef and the food arrangements very satisfactory and overall, I'm having a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons.

My little one started here back in June. I have to say, the team have been great. Good communication and updates which is great when you are so worried about how your little one will react to new people and environments after being with Mum for a year. My little one has thrived and loves his nursery.

Wonderful place with wonderful staff. There’s always something really fun on for the children and they really do take very great care to treat each child individually. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in her self-confidence and learning since she’s been here. Will be really sad when we have to move on to school.

Our child recently started at Bright Horizons and we could not have been happier. It's not just the care they take with my son but the whole atmosphere and communication with us. They have an app that constantly updates us throughout the day with how he's doing and events meaning we can feel involved. The staff really care. As well as looking after my child, they went above and beyond to help us with the administration. They accommodate all sorts of dietary requirements no matter how difficult. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to remove my child from this setting. Some of the staff are great, then there are others who do not seem to care, there is a massive lack of consistency. My child had a fairly serious accident at the setting, of course accidents happen, but unfortunately nobody seemed to know how it happened which is unsettling. An internal investigation was dragged out for longer than needed and I would have to consistently chase the management for updates. Nappies were regularly put on incorrectly, pretty basic for a childcare setting in my opinion and cream for a skin condition not applied as asked. A small child was left in a state of distress while I waited to collect my child, none of the staff tended to them for a substantial period of time, confirming my decision to remove my child. If that is acceptable behaviour while a parent is standing there, especially one who has raised concerns, I questioned what was happening when parents were not around.

All the staff at Bright Horizons Solihull are just amazing. They do a tiring job so effortlessly in taking care of the children, all whilst keeping a smile on their faces. Thank you to two staff members in particular for all that you do in providing an entertaining, fun, and educational environment for our son. They are great with taking onboard any feedback and make sure that we are listened to (especially with my 101 requests!). Another staff member is great at ensuring the children are fed well, with lots of choices of yummy meals and healthy options - the only thing I would love is to see a halal option available on the menu, apart from that, no complaints from me. Keep up the wonderful work, we are lucky to have you all!

Our son has been very settled in Bright Horizons, Solihull. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space in comparison with others in the area. Our son continues to progress in terms of his development and really enjoys his days in nursery. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and it is just a lovely setting for children and parents alike.

Very professional, very clean, really kind and caring staff. Wouldn’t send my son anywhere else. Garden space is incredible. Thank you for always making my child's time happy. Great lunch menus for the kids so lots of variety.

Have used this nursery for all 3 of my children, with 2 of them still attending! I can’t recommend them enough, the staff are so lovely and you can tell they really care for the children. The days are packed with fun and educational activities and they have a great outdoor space for the children to explore!

My daughter's been at Bright Horizon for over 3 years and my son 3 months. They both absolutely love it and have learned so much. Every day is different for them with lots of fun educational activities. The staff are amazing and take their time to get to know every child.

I have been very impressed with the care and activities at Bright Horizons for my children over the past 2 years. I really like the regular feedback and photos of the children sent to us regularly. I find the staff to be very friendly, caring and engaging with the children. Have recommended it several times. The only drawback is the cost which is quite high, however, it offers extended hours compared to other nurseries and everything is included.

My daughter started settling in at Bright Horizons Solihull in November, she needed a few more sessions to help which the management and nursery workers supported me with instantly! My daughter has been in this nursery now for 6 weeks and is like a different baby, super happy and content. The staff are all incredible and attentive and support your child's needs, whatever that may be. There is a brilliant selection of activities and toys along with an extensive menu for different tummies! The app used is another added bonus as you can find out what baby has been eating, drinking, sleeping etc, very useful particularly in those early days. We are really happy we chose this nursery.

Being a first-time mom, I felt very nervous putting my baby into a nursery. Bright Horizons was the first nursery we had a tour at and we instantly knew our baby would fit in here. We loved the extra lengths the nursery go to for security, this has reassured me my child will always be safe. As for the staff, the girls have been amazing always keeping me and the family updated. They are very approachable and every single one of them deserves lots of credit for doing such an amazing job of looking after our little ones.

I looked around almost every nursery in Solihull that had the best reviews but upon visiting, this nursery stood out hugely. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated and maintained, full of natural light. The children are all happy and clean, they follow instructions so well and are happy in doing so. The staff absolutely love what they do and have a motherly vibe about them, they also listen and work with parents to help children thrive. The manager is fantastic and is happy to accommodate requests, the building itself is very secure and safe. I was so anxious about choosing a nursery for my daughter, I literally lost sleep over it but Bright Horizons changed the anxiety into excitement. I know my daughter will be so well looked after here by people that really care and in a homely environment that's packed full of resources for learning and fun. The outdoor area is by far the biggest and best I've seen. Literally the Rolls Royce of nurseries in every way!

Our daughter has settled in really well since starting back in January. She always looks forward to going to nursery and comes home with a smile on her face. Having visited the nursery several times since she started, it is a fantastic nursery. The staff are always polite and friendly and can tell they love what they do and have the children's best interests. Her key persons have always been really nice and have loads of communication with us through the app with pictures and what they plan on doing for the week. The nursery itself is always clean and tidy, and each of the rooms looks great and engaging for the kids. The nursery has a massive garden, complete with a large play house with a slide and a reading den. Plus plenty of room for the kids to run around in. We are super pleased with how she is doing and all that is going on at Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool.

We went after big name ‘Bright Horizons’ but unfortunately, this nursery was really not up to the mark. After attending the 1st settling session, we were so disappointed that we had to make a decision to switch nursery. Staff had no control over the kids. I literally stepped on a kids poo on the floor during our visit. During our visit, they said there is no registration fee because we applied for 30hrs funding. But after we informed them that we won’t be joining the nursery, the manager sent the invoice of £75 registration fee. Absolutely disappointed.
