My daughter started at the nursery when she was just a baby of 6 months and went full time. From the very first day she was loved and cared for immensely in the baby room and we were relieved that my daughter didn't have any problems settling in. She went on to the teenies and toddler room and again all the staff were amazing and she loved and looked forward going to the nursery everyday. She was blooming into a happy and bubbly child and I am ever so thankful for all the wonderful caring staff there. I would definitely recommend Monkey puzzle!!

Monkey Puzzle is an absolutely amazing nursery where our little girl has thrived. As a family, we have been so happy with the care that has been provided by all of the staff who clearly work so hard every day. The activities offered are beyond excellent and her days are always so varied which allows her to learn so much. The staff go above and beyond and clearly really care for all of the children. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nurturing nursery with the needs of the child at the forefront of all that they do.

I have sent both my girls to Monkey Puzzle Altrincham and it's been such a lively experience. They have both skipped in each day and made special bonds with all the staff and my eldest was set up so well for starting school which was then such an easy transition for her. The staff are like a family and my girls definitely feel that. I would recommend Monkey Puzzle to anyone who needs reliable and loving care for their children.

I can't praise Monkey Puzzle enough. Our child loves attending every day the staff are all attentive and caring and it's exactly the environment you want your child in. We are so happy we sent our child there.

I just can't recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has always enjoyed going to the point where she's now so excited to see her Monkey Puzzle adults every morning. She likes it so much that she's on occasion cried when she's had to leave. Kinda stings but how amazing is it that she's obviously had such a great time, that she doesn't want to leave. I've got to say the staff here have just gone above and beyond in December in making the children and parents run up to Christmas so festive, happy and entertaining. The crafts days, the festive activity days parties and the big Christmas dinner their fabulous chef made were just truly outstanding. The attention to small things are really special. The staff care so much and you feel the warmth when you enter the building. I feel so lucky my baby is in this beautiful happy environment. I love that they are always looking and working on improving systems and that they communicate this to us weekly.

Our son has attended Monkey Puzzle Altrincham for 2 years. He has always enjoyed being at the nursery and has built lovely relationships with the other children and staff. The staff at Monkey Puzzle really care about the children and each of our son's personal milestones have been celebrated just as much at nursery as they have been at home! Our son has delayed development with his communication, nursery picked up on this quickly and helped us to get the right support for him. They then worked with other professionals to ensure that adaptations were made to meet his needs. We are very glad we chose Monkey Puzzle Altrincham. It is a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment and we would recommend this nursery.

My children attended Monkey Puzzle Altrincham for nearly 3 years and we removed them in September 2024. For the first two years we had absolutely no complaints at all and would highly recommend them to fellow parents. Following their 'Outstanding' rating, we believe the standard of care started to decline and fell short of our expectations. Pros - Central location, some caring key workers. Cons - Lack of visible senior management and poor communication. Behaviour management (negative language, time outs). Parking is really tricky at peak times given the location. Unfortunately, I would no longer recommend this nursery.

We removed our daughter in September 2024. During the first year, my daughter enjoyed going to Monkey Puzzle and she made some great friends. She had some good keyworkers, and she developed well. Once the nursery received an outstanding rating, they opened a new nursery which took their time up. Pros: Good outdoor space. Some caring and good keyworkers. Central location. Spanish classes. The cons: Staff attrition is very high. Leadership - defensive when receiving a complaint/concern. Toileting, regularly returned from nursery with soiled clothes and underwear, often with nappy rash (when in nappies). Food - limited variety. An example: my daughter ate cereals for breakfast for the entire time she was there. Trips into community very rare. Disappointing given the central location. Behavioural management: Time outs were used and negative language. Sadly the standard of care did not meet expectations.

Monkey Puzzle Nursery is the best nursery in this area I would recommend it to anyone. My daughter learns many things and the nursery teachers are so hard work and kind. The management is so good and we are so happy with this nursery.

Our child loves attending Monkey Puzzle in Altrincham, she has always been very happy and settled there and looks forward to going. She has made a lot of her first friends at Monkey Puzzle and loves all the staff.

Staff are friendly and genuinely care about the children - my son calls his key worker his best friend. I am informed about daily activities with detailed updates and pictures. The environment is always safe and clean. I have never had any issues in the 3 years my son has been at Monkey Puzzle. The food is fantastic and is regularly reviewed and updated to make sure it's as varied and nutritious as possible. I have such peace of mind when I drop off in the mornings.

I can’t ask for more. My daughter always enjoys herself there and clearly has a good connection with her key worker and several other staff members. The app is updated regularly so I can always see how my child is doing, what she’s had for dinner every day etc. Her time there has also clearly helped her development as she often comes home with words, songs, actions etc that she has picked up. When the weather permits the staff often take the children to local parks. It’s my first child so I don’t have any experience to compare with but what I have experienced has far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Monkey Puzzle to anybody who asked me.

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery for 3 years now, (he will be attending school a year early come September) but in these 3 years we have watched him grow up to be a well-rounded, happy, articulate little child. He loves the nursery, the staff are so welcoming and caring that we have had no issues or worries about his days at all. The environment at Monkey Puzzle is perfect for nurturing those early year developments.

Our little boy has attended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery since the end of March, he has settled in so well and has the biggest smile on his face when we get to nursery each morning. The staff have been amazing with him and have built lovely relationships with him in a short space of time. He has come on so much since he started at Monkey Puzzle, the staff work on personalised targets and we receive regular updates with his progress. We love seeing the updates with photographs and information about what the babies have been up to each day. They regularly go out on trips around the local area. We love Monkey Puzzle and are so glad we chose this nursery!

Our 2 year old loves Monkey Puzzle Altrincham. She talks about her friends there all the time and is obviously very happy. The staff are wonderful and the children go on trips to the local parks and library which they thoroughly enjoy. There is a focus on learning and education but also on the children having fun. Knowing our daughter is content, makes us, as parents, completely delighted with the care she receives at Monkey Puzzle Altrincham.

Before our son started with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect or how he would adapt to this big change. The managers couldn't have done anymore to answer all my questions and put me at ease. The staff are all so lovely and caring and our son settled into the nursery environment really well. He's moved to the next room now and is continuing to thrive. I love getting the photos and updates on the app to see what he's been up to, especially in the early weeks and months I found this very helpful and reassuring. I can see a real bond between our son and his key worker which as a mum is so lovely to see. Communication has always been very good and the owners are very responsive and understanding. We really like that the activities change regularly so he's getting to try lots of new things every week, he has so much fun! I am so happy we made the decision to join the Monkey Puzzle family and we have recommended it to new parents already.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle since he was 9 months old and is now in the preschool room. He has been very happy there in all the different rooms. The staff are wonderful and the daily feedback we get on the app is brilliant. I always feel completely happy that he is well cared for and looked after. They do an excellent variety of activities with the children and the meal variation and variety is excellent too. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery has been the most perfect environment for our son to grow up in. They have supported his development in every way and he’s learning so much. He is excited to go to “school” every day and has a lovely network of friends to play with. He’s been through three rooms now and every time he has been allocated a key worker who he has developed a great relationship with. All the staff are so kind and friendly. They really prioritise the children and their care and safety and I really feel like he is nurtured there. We love it.

I have only positive things to say about Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Communication between staff and parents is excellent, the nursery is beautifully designed and maintained, and you can really tell the staff care. Our daughter only started there in April, and she settled in beautifully, going in with a smile every day. The staff took the time to get to know her and help her adjust, and we can send her in without any worries knowing she is safe and happy. A truly wonderful nursery.
