Our daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle for the past 2 or so years and I'm always recommending it to others! The staff are amazing. Our daughter had trouble speaking outside of the home, where she'd freeze up. However, the staff were so supportive in following the SLT advice we were given and letting her talk in her own time. They also seemed to recognise themselves quite quickly that she prefers to observe at first. It's been so reassuring that they recognise her character and traits and the way they've cared for her has really helped her grow in confidence. She'd talking much more now there! All of her key workers and room leads have been fantastic and we've found this to be consistent throughout all the rooms from baby to toddler to preschool.

I was quite anxious about choosing a nursery for my daughter because she means so much to me, and I had never left her with anyone else since her birth. However, I am thrilled with our decision to go with Monkey Puzzle. The staff there genuinely loves and cares for children; they are incredibly sweet and attentive to their needs. My daughter adjusted smoothly, facing no struggles even in her first week. The nursery itself is impeccably clean, something I noticed during our first visit. It was the only nursery that requested I remove my shoes before entering the baby room, a detail that did not go unnoticed. They maintain a high staff-to-child ratio, with one teacher for every three children, which is better than average and very important. They also use an app that allows me to see how much she has eaten, the activities she is engaged in, and to communicate with the staff and my daughter's primary carer whenever I need to. So far, it has been a wonderful experience! Highly reccomended

The teachers here and management really care about the children and families they look after. They are supportive and truly care about our two daughters. We could not ask for anything more and we have felt happy knowing that they are safe whilst we are at work. Our daughter started when she was around 10 months old and she has just graduated from preschool.

My daughter has been going to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery for seven months and I have had an excellent experience. We are accustomed to nursery as she has been going for three years but this is definitely one of the best. Very good communication, lots of kids activities, excellent food and wonderful staff! The staff are the best asset to any nursery and yours are amazing.

All staff have been so welcoming to my daughter. The communication is great. My daughter has learnt so much with the guidance of her key worker. Not only do I receive a quick review on the day, I can check the app to see what she has done and eaten that day. I really appreciate the care that has been provided to my daughter. Thank you.

I feel like my child has developed immensely since joining. She has learned many new things from Makaton to writing her name. The staff always provide feedback, both in person and via the app. Our child always looks forward to nursery and misses it when she's not there. They do a range of activities and also encourage children to eat a variety of food.

Such an amazing nursery in the Enfield borough. I always send my child with happiness and trust. My child loves the nursery and always comes home positive. They encourage the children to do so many things. There are always so many different activities each day. Overall have been sending my child for nearly three years and I am more than happy.

I am extremely satisfied with Monkey Puzzle. They have been very good with my daughter, the way they care for her is fantastic which gives us peace of mind whilst at work. The key workers have a great understanding of my daughter's needs and they are always keen to work with us to ensure that our child's progress is on track. The management team is also very understanding and helpful, they are very experienced.

My son adores going into nursery every morning. He has been supported from room to room. The team at the nursery communicate very well and are always quick to support when needed. The staff are always caring and happy to talk and give their time. I always feel assured leaving my son with the carers.

This is a wonderful nursery - it is like a home from home for my daughter. She has an amazing bond with her key worker, and I have to say all the staff, from the manager down, are all engaged, responsive and obviously dedicated to helping the children in their care flourish. Their communication is excellent, and I love the fact that even though my daughter is so young they set goals and targets for her development. They do a wide variety of activities, including time playing outside in their fantastic garden and lots of sensory activities and messy play, as well as songs and stories, which my daughter loves. They regularly ask for input from parents and carers with regards to what is happening at home and they involve the parents in the life of the nursery, with events such as open days and stay and plays. My child has learned so much there and I am so pleased that her first experience of education has been so very positive. She is happy with Monkey Puzzle and so are we!

My child has been attending the nursery for 2 years and will be going off to school soon, I can't thank the nursery enough for all their help with my son's speech and communication. My wife and I are very grateful for everything. Thank you all

Settling in has been hard for my daughter. The team have been kind and patient with her and she is now building relationships with the children. The team have been really supportive and I look forward to seeing my daughters development.

The staff are amazing and they really care about my daughter. They have great communication with the parents. I visited 15 nurseries and I am pleased with my choice. The Enfield branch has great outdoor space. They use a parent app and post everything relevant to my kid. I feel that I am part of her day. Then, I can have a proper conversation with my little one regarding her day. I love that. I moved to another neighbourhood, but Monkey Puzzle is not there. I spend 30-45 minutes driving from my new house to the nursery, just because they are definitely the best nursery. I couldn't recommend the nursery more.

Monkey Puzzle is truly an exceptional nursery. Everything you could wish for in a nursery is provided here and I am so grateful for this. The practitioners are so passionate about their jobs and take such wonderful care of my daughter. The management are very informative and their communication is fantastic. It is managed very well. The range of activities they have for the children are amazing and the fact some of these are shared for parents/carers to do at home is such a nice touch. The variety of nutritious meals is incredible and my daughter enjoys them thoroughly (hats off to the chef as she is an exceptional cook). The parent app also is brilliant and keeps me well updated of my daughter's day. It’s lovely to see photos and videos uploaded on a daily basis. To conclude, I am so happy with Monkey Puzzle and I truly believe my daughter is attending the very best nursery and for me that is priceless!
