I have found N family Harborne to be an excellent nursery. They are professional, caring and respectful. Management team are very approachable, and have made me feel comfortable when communicating. They pay attention to detail, and respond to emails promptly. The staff in the nursery rooms are very accommodating to my children's needs, and are very respectful. They implement my family values into the children's day at nursery, and also incorporate second language the children are learning. They communicate on the app promptly and keep me updated throughout the day - I love the daily pictures of activities. My children are always presented well, and are clean with freshly changed nappies when picking up ready for the journey home. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery, and is happy. This is so reassuring and I'm able to continue with my day, knowing that she's excited to attend, and I'll be kept updated on the app. Highly recommend N family Harborne!!

I had visited many nurseries prior to N Harborne, when I visited N I knew it was the place for my son. Settling in sessions/meeting my son's keyworker was an easy process & on his first official day he walked in as if he had been there for years. All staff are welcoming, attentive, supportive & happy to answer/discuss any questions/concerns you may have. They keep you updated on the family app/ handover at each pick up. Staff know you & child by name, & nothing is ever too much trouble including emergency swap days/ad hoc days. Nursery is very modern, very clean, spacious with plenty of activities to keep your child occupied including playing outside in the garden. You can sign out reading books. Sensory room is fab, I know my son loves this room whether it's for learning/quiet time. The food menu offers a great choice, the kitchen staff are happy for any dietary requirements & the food tastes amazing. The welcome pack for both child/ parent is a lovely touch including the parent room.

Our 3 year old has been here since January, all of the staff are so attentive and they all know my son's name which is lovely. The front of house are always friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. The team in my son's room are incredible, my son has taken a while to settle, but the team have been amazing in reassuring him and made what is a difficult time for us and our son much easier. After each day, the staff let us know exactly what our son has been up to and let us know what new things he has learnt. Our son is under a speech therapist, and the team happily work with her and they give us regular updates after the sessions. We get updates and daily photos on the app of playing in the garden, mealtimes and other activities this has been a really nice touch. Our son is happy here, and therefore we are too!

As my son enjoys his final year at N Family Club Harborne, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support he has received since the very beginning of his journey here. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly caring. They take the time to understand each child's individual needs, ensuring that every little one feels valued and supported in their growth and development. The management team are always approachable and professional, fostering a sense of trust and community among parents. Beyond the outstanding teaching and care, the entire nursery team, from housekeeping to the wonderful chefs, play a vital role in making this setting feel like a home away from home. The meals are nutritious and well-balanced, and the cleanliness and organisation of the nursery are always maintained to the highest standards. It has been an absolute joy watching my son grow, learn, and thrive in such a positive and enriching environment.

N Family Harborne is a remarkable nursery with great facilities and friendly staff. Our daughter has settled in very well, she has developed a great relationship with her key worker and all other staff, the staff really have a genuine care for the children. There are a variety of activities the children get involved in, ranging from painting to cooking. Pick up and drops offs are easy and straightforward. We would definitely recommend N Family Harborne to others.

Both my children love going to this nursery. It took them few months to settle but I wasn't worried because we chose the best nursery for them. Everytime I was in the room and saw a child crying there was always a member of staff cuddling and consoling them. This was a big plus for me because I know if my kids are upset they are not just left alone. Both my kids has multiple allergies. Allergy are taken seriously and any flare ups are commincated immediately. My kids really enjoy the different activities and surprising eat the variety of food too! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, knows their names. The handovers at the end of thr day are very detailed. The place is clean and tidy. I am really happy we chose this place. I have recommended this place for my niece when she is ready to go nursery.

Outstanding care. My little one has thoroughly enjoyed being here. He was very shy to begin with being the only child. It was very difficult for us to find the right amount of exposure, but this Nursery has been extremely helpful and caring. The management is very helpful and accommodative.

Amazing nursery. My toddler has been here since she was 1 and she has built so much confidence snd social skills. Staff team are amazing and they keep you updated on the nursery app. Highly recommend N Family Club!

Cannot speak highly enough of this nursery, my daughter absolutely adores it. There are so many different activities for her to do daily and there is a huge variety of food on offer each week for her meals. All the staff are brilliant, they all know every child and parent by name. So happy we picked this nursery, we have no regrets!

I visited many nurseries when deciding on where to send my daughter. N Family Club Harborne nursery really stood out for me. It was spacious, well kept, toys and furniture were largely wooden, and the garden looked like a great space for kids to enjoy. My daughter has been going here for over a year now and the staff are amazing. Each day, my daughter is so excited for nursery and happily trots into her room to meet her key workers and her little friends, and she has the best time. I enjoy seeing the updates on the app each day and I love the little debrief of her day that I get from staff each evening when I pick her up. They are so attentive and inventive with the variety of activities they put on for the children. The food menu is amazing and my daughter is a good eater and has developed a diverse palate as a result. My daughter is so happy here and I have recommended it to so many friends who have subsequently sent their children here and are so pleased that they did.

I recently started my son at N Family in Harborne, and I've been incredibly impressed from the very beginning. The staff are excellent-taking the time to truly understand each child's needs and providing such a caring, attentive environment. They've been wonderfully accommodating of my son's nap routine and showed great caution and care when he was unwell, especially after an out-of-nursery injury that required a bandage. Their communication is outstanding, with detailed updates on the app that keep me well-informed and reassured throughout the day. It's been heartwarming to see how invested and interactive the staff are with the children-their genuine dedication shines through in everything they do. The menu is also highly versatile and well-varied, ensuring a great range of meals for the little ones. Drop-offs and pick-ups are smooth too. Overall, I couldn't be happier! A huge thank you to N Family Harborne for making this transition so easy and for being truly wonderful.

Staff are amazing - super helpful and so friendly, they go above and beyond for you. My daughter has so much fun there and makes lots of friends. It's a joy to watch her grow here. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Amazing nursery, all staff are friendly and helpful. From the first settling day my daughter loved being at N family Harborne. I am a first time mom and had my reservations about my daughter staring nursery but the staff brings a happy and nurturing environment and my daughter has flourished since starting, I am happy I chose N family Harborne.

I visited several nurseries and by the first impression, this was the clear lead. My 2 year old has been there for 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience for us all. All of the staff are so attentive and they all know my son's name, including the kitchen and cleaning staff. The front of house are so friendly and informative, nothing is ever too much trouble. The team in my son's room are incredible, one staff, in particular, has been our son's rock since day 1 and has made what is a difficult time for parents and children so much easier. During the transition she messaged us multiple times a day to reassure us, she read his favourite books to him over and over and stayed with him to ensure he was settled. The whole team work so hard on each child and daily photos of playing in the garden, crafts etc have been a really lovely touch. The rooms are clean and well organised and the garden is huge. The app is fantastic it gives you all the information you need. Cannot fault the place!

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and nurturing environment at N Family Harborne. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the warmth and dedication of the staff. The facility is bright, clean, and filled with engaging, educational activities that keep our son excited and eager to learn each day. The staff's personalised approach ensures that our son feels valued and supported, and their communication with parents is outstanding (both in person and via the app). Our son has flourished both socially and academically since joining N Family. Our son has been with N Family for 7 months now and it is hands down the best decision we have ever made. As first-time parents, we had all the emotions about the whole idea but knew if we found the right one, he'd thrive and that is exactly what has materialised. N Family is more than just a nursery, by way of being part of our son's life, they are an extension of our family and it truly feels like this from every drop-off, to every pickup we feel like we're stepping into a family home where everyone from the front house team to the educators and everyone in-between great us with warm welcomes and fill our hearts with stories from the day. At N Family, you aren't just a number, you are greeted by name and even the cleaner, yes the cleaner! knows our son's name. Accidents aren't hidden behind, they are a given and N Family are honest and transparent here. Dietary req's/allergies/medications/nappy changes/cream procedures are also followed religiously. 10/10 N Family Harbourne, thank you.

Have nothing but excellent things to say about our nursery. The boys love it and have thrived there. Their care givers are exceptional and we even had a friend sign up their toddler following our recommendation. Facilities are recently renovated/updated so cant be faulted. The kitchen produces thoughtful, healthy meals that the kids enjoy more than what we provide at home.

N Family in Harborne is a great nursery. The staff are incredible. They are so caring and love every single child who walks through the door. My child has learnt so much. He is very good at communicating his feelings and taking turns, and he is just a lovely caring boy and this is a direct result of the care and attention they give him. The food is very nutritious and looks delicious. My little boy certainly loves it. The managers are very accommodating and provide us with clear information on upcoming events.

This is a fantastic nursery with fantastic staff. Both my children attend the nursery and receive lots of love and great care. The nursery staff are always accommodating and nothing is ever too much. I would highly recommend the nursery to all parents.

Our daughter has been at N Family Club Harborne since May 2022 and I can honestly say it’s the best decision we made for her. She took a while to settle (due to her temperament) but the staff were and have continued to be so patient, kind and supportive. It really does feel like a “family” as all staff are friendly and involved. She loves nursery now and always talks about her friends and educators in her room. Highly recommend.
