Fantastic nursery. Wish my eldest had gone here. Very well structured and organised, endless fun activities. Lots of emphasis on being outside and discovering the world. Lovely dedicated supportive staff. This is an exemplary nursery.

The Hive provides excellent pre-school provision which, is led by teachers, while also providing the hours needed to support working parents. My son has struggled to settle in other settings, but he settled into the Hive very quickly. It is a spacious and calm environment, where the staff really care about the children and take the time to organise lots of fun activities and days out. I remember in his first week he went into Clifton, visited the library and got a hot chocolate from a cafe, he felt so grown up! He also learnt a lot of phonics and numeracy skills, which really set him up for reception. The support we had during lockdown was really useful too, with the teachers providing support by phone tailored to each child, which really helped us during this period. I would highly recommend it for all children, and especially those who struggle to settle into noisy or busy environments.

We had a wonderful experience at The Hive! Our daughter settled in very well, she loved this pre-school. The teachers and the staff are very amazing, passionate and caring. With amazing resources and setup, the children can explore different playing areas (inside and outside). Excellent preparation for reception class, with almost daily phonic lessons through games.

Our son originally attended a popular workplace nursery outside the city. We moved him into The Hive part-time, and then full-time, so he could make friends ready to attend the main school. We had been happy with his previous nursery, but The Hive was an obvious improvement in many ways. The facilities, the care, the learning and the staff were all first class. We would recommend The Hive to the parents of any child. In particular, our son had such a fantastic and successful start to his reception year, thanks to the excellent preparation in The Hive, that we cannot recommend it highly enough for any parent thinking of sending their child to the main school. Well done to the whole team at The Hive, and thank you.

The Hive - Nursery Pre-School has been exceptional for both my children. It has provided fantastic support for my daughter who is old for her year and my son who is very young. The staff really get to know your child and nurture their interests with careful knowledge of their individual needs and abilities. I always feel so grateful for the exceptional care they provide for my children. It's a truly wonderful place.

The end to end experience of visiting The Hive - Nursery Pre-School, meeting the teachers, understanding the settings and services provided to settling our daughter into her first day was amazing! The whole service and experience exceeded our expectations and really put our minds at ease in sending our girls there! They love/loved it! Amazing!
