My grandson has really come out of his shell in the last year. His confidence has grown and he clearly loves going to Nursery and enjoys his days with you all as he chats all about his day as soon as he gets home. It's so lovely to hear about all the things he has been up to. He also no longer gets upset when I drop him off in the morning which makes me feel so much better too I can't thank you all enough for all that you do

When our daughter was just a few months old, we researched and visited around 15 nurseries in the area to find the best fit for her. We took the task very seriously, documenting our findings on a spreadsheet. We chose Monkey Puzzle primarily because of the incredible staff we met during the process. For us, caring and friendly staff were the most important factor and we haven't regretted our decision for a moment. Our daughter has been attending the nursery for a year now, and the experience has been amazing. The staff are exceptionally caring, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any request, which we deeply appreciate. We'd like to give special thanks to seven staff members in particular for their hard work and dedication. You all make a real difference, and we're so grateful for everything you do!

My son started in Baby Room just over a year ago and took a while to settle in. Each member of staff was amazing, as was the settling in program that they offer- which is tailored to each child. He now loves going in and seeing his friends. There are 3 different age related rooms, which means that activities are always age appropriate, as is the ratio of staff to children. I've been very impressed with all the activities and learning is evident when he comes home. The main reason we selected this nursery is that, when we first visited, each room was having fun and this certainly is the case! He never comes home hungry and they have meals and snacks throughout the day. I have loved that, when numbers permit, they take them out to a local park. I always feel as though he is well looked after and safe.

The nursery is lovely, great great-sized rooms, and lots of toys and resources to aid in our daughter's learning and development. The staff are brilliant, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and attentive. Our daughter loves it there. Couldn't recommend it enough - five-star rating from us.

My child has a special need, and the nursery have played a very vital role in her progress, she feels very comfortable and happy there, and I feel rest assured that she’s well taken care of when I drop her off at the nursery. They have been a great assistance to her development generally, doing all they can to make sure she gets are appointments when due.

We love Monkey Puzzle! Two of my boys have been at Monkey Puzzle from the time they were babies - one from seven months and is still there, currently in the preschool room and the other started from one and graduated from preschool last year. Our third baby will be starting there in a couple of months. The staff are wonderful and caring, and my boys have formed strong bonds with their carers in each of the rooms. The facilities are clean and colorful and the rooms are refreshed regularly and set up daily with excellent and creative activities for the children. They supported the boys along the way, eating a wider variety of foods, using cutlery, potty training, putting their coats on, socializing, etc. I highly recommend this nursery! We started with our first child there in 2020 and have seen the nursery go from strength to strength over the years. It’s a fantastic early years setting.

My child loves it here. Since being here, she’s talking a lot and sings all day long; she’s built up so much confidence that she can converse with an adult now and has toilet trained herself at age two years four months, and the nursery has been keeping up with it there too, so far so good. She gets to explore everything here that I would never be able to do or let her do at home. She behaves so well for them and even eats fruits and veg here that she wouldn’t at home.

The experience has been so great. Settling in my child who is new to the environment and we had no difficulties. My daughter looks forward to going to school and she's happy at drop off and pick up. Gives me the peace of mind I need to know she is always in safe hands. The staff are so lovely and friendly and very welcoming. I am well-updated about her daily activities and progress as well. I am glad Monkey Puzzle is our choice.

My daughter joined the nursery 3 years ago and started in the baby room, she is leaving in September to start school! She has learnt so much and made such amazing relationships with the children and staff at the nursery. They go above and beyond with events and activities, the staff are always uploading lots to the app so you in can see what she is learning about! The teaching is truly amazing she recognizes her name, numbers and talks about being kind to her friends and shows excitement to learn new things at nursery! I cannot thank the nursery and staff enough, for all the love care and nurturing they have shown my daughter. They have helped prepare her for school taught her to be confident and resilient in life.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Eltham since he was 11 months old. He has progressed through the different age groups, from baby to toddler and now pre-school. I am confident in the care provided by the dedicated and enthusiastic carers. They address any concerns promptly and organise engaging activities for the children. In addition, they arrange extra activities, such as sports led by trained teachers, Spanish lessons, and opportunities for the children to interact with animals like ducklings. I had no doubts about enrolling my daughter in Monkey Puzzle Eltham as well. She always seems content when I drop her off in the mornings and I look forward to seeing her transition through Monkey Puzzle.

Monkey Puzzle Eltham is a great nursery. The curriculum is fun and educational and keeps my little one interested. I can see the progress he makes and how much he learns about each topic of the month. I am always well-informed about what is happening at the nursery and know that any query I have will be answered quickly.

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle for over a year now and absolutely loves going every week. The staff are lovely and supportive. She enjoys the activities and has become so much more confident. I always recommend Monkey Puzzle to my friends who are looking for a nursery.

I just want to thank all the teachers/caregivers for all your hard work. Both my children are always happy. I know they are safe and very well looked after and that’s very important to me as a parent to know my children aren’t being neglected. I have started dropping off and collecting my grandson from Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery as my daughter has returned to work after maternity leave. The staff are lovely and my grandson is very happy to go to any of the staff members who come out to collect him. I am included on the family account and look forward to receiving emails with photographs of the activities that he has been part of during the day. It is very reassuring to know how settled he is there and how much the staff care for him.

The carers at Monkey Puzzle Eltham are wonderful and always organising creative activities for the toddlers to do. They are very caring while also focusing on the children's development. Our son is really attached to the carers in the toddler room and happy to go to nursery. The garden at Monkey Puzzle is also a fantastic space that they make lots of use of, including for sports lessons, which our son loves. Management at the nursery is excellent - they are welcoming and extremely responsive by email and phone. The use of the app for information about how much our son has eaten and how much he's slept during the day is also great.

We chose this place as it was closer to home but I am glad my son loves spending time in this nursery. A good mix of outdoor and indoor activities has been great. The key workers and support staff are amazing and I would highly recommend this nursery.

As a first-time Mum I could not have picked a better setting for my little man. From day one, they have been absolutely amazing and alleviated all my fears and worries about sending my son to a nursery. The Baby Room staff are all so lovely and my son is so happy to see them. I love that I can see photos of what he’s been up to and what he’s been eating via the app, and he’s now a much happier eater since starting Monkey Puzzle. The team provided a wide range of activities and gave great feedback on his day and any problems he may have had.

I moved my son to monkey puzzle when he was two. I noticed straight away the much better level of activities and structure. His key workers have always been great with him and I have never had to worry about leaving him there. It’s a great nursery and the team works so hard to make it a loving and educational environment for the kids they care for.

We really recommend this nursery - we have had 2 of our children attend and our third is due to start later this year. Every room has been such a great experience, they have a brilliant schedule of varied activities and the staff are so welcoming and lovely, they know every child so well. They are really effective at making the children happy, our daughter loves going in to see her friends and we love hearing the stories of her day. Our daughter who left for primary school was so confident after being in this setting it really eased the transition into school for her.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle in August 2023, from our show around at the nursery it instantly felt right. We were shown all elements of each room, the structure of the day and exactly what developmental goals the staff would help our child to achieve. It’s clean, bright, spacious and fun. Children are taken outside every day which is so important, they are encouraged to play together and independently and our daughter loves it she goes in and out so happy every day! The staff eat with the children and my daughter eats things I could never get her to eat at home. As a full-time working Mum, it’s what I need to be able to walk away and know my daughter is well cared for. Everyone is really nice and friendly and they love the children so much!

We love Monkey Puzzle!
